  • the invention relates to a book production line with a device according to the preamble of claim 6.
  • Known book production lines intermittently add a book block and a book cover one after the other.
  • the book blocks and the book covers are usually first produced in separate machines.
  • the book block passes separately from the associated book cover processing stations, such as stations for rounding, squeezing, etcbeleimen and funds.
  • the book cover usually passes through a Deckenausbiege issued before it comes in a downstream Ein fatiguemaschine for so-called wedding, ie to a combination of book cover and book block.
