Claims (3)

  1. Procédé de prélèvement d'au moins une couverture (2) de livre, à partir d'un flux (11) de convoyage de couvertures (2) de livres qui est mis en mouvement, dans une direction principale de transport (1), sur une ligne de production (6) dévolue à la fabrication de livres, notamment à la fabrication de livres à tirages restreints, lesdits livres étant au moins composés d'un corps d'ouvrage (61) et d'une couverture rigide (2) qui protège ledit corps d'ouvrage (61), incluant les étapes opératoires consistant à
    a) identifier des marques distinctives (62) tant des corps d'ouvrage (61), que des couvertures (2) des livres, et
    b) prélever la couverture (2) à présence minimale en fonction d'une interprétation, s'opérant dans une commande de machine (58), de l'identification préalablement effectuée,
    sachant
    c) qu'une pile (8) de couvertures (2), et un certain nombre de corps d'ouvrage (61), sont délivrés à la ligne (6) de production de livres,
    d) que la marque distinctive (62) d'au moins une couverture (2) est identifiée dans le flux de convoyage (11) de ladite ligne (6) de production de livres, puis transmise à la commande de machine (58), caractérisé par le fait que,
    e) sur la base de la marque distinctive (62) d'au moins une couverture (2) de la pile (8) délivrée, la commande de machine (58) affecte, à ladite pile (8) délivrée, un ensemble de données relatif à l'ordre séquentiel des couvertures (2) des livres et stocké dans ladite commande de machine (58) ; et/ou qu'un opérateur affecte cet ensemble de données à ladite pile (8) délivrée,
    f) sur la base des marques distinctives (62) des corps d'ouvrage (61) délivrés, un ordre séquentiel de ces corps d'ouvrage (61) est constaté dans ladite commande de machine (58), puis comparé à l'ensemble de données relatif à l'ordre séquentiel desdites couvertures (2),
    g) dans le cas où au moins un corps d'ouvrage (61) est manquant par rapport à l'ordre séquentiel desdites couvertures (2), ladite commande de machine (58) provoque, en tant que résultat de cette comparaison, le prélèvement d'au moins une couverture (2) correspondant audit corps d'ouvrage (61) à manquement minimal.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le prélèvement de la couverture (2) de livre, à présence minimale, est effectué après flexion imposée à ladite couverture.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le prélèvement de la couverture (2) de livre, à présence minimale, est effectué au cours d'une chute hors d'un dispositif de traitement de la ligne (6) de production de livres, en particulier hors d'un dispositif (3) imposant une flexion aux couvertures, un réceptacle (4) étant alors engagé dans la trajectoire desdites couvertures (2), afin de recueillir ladite couverture (2) à présence minimale.
