Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gesichtsschutz zur Befestigung an einem Schutzhelm, mit einem Visier mit zwei Haltearmen und mit zwei an einer Helmschale eines Helms befestigbaren Lagervorrichtungen für die Haltearme zum Verschwenken des Visiers zwischen zwei Positionen, einer Betriebsposition, in der das Visier heruntergeklappt ist und das Gesicht schützt, und einer Parkposition, in der das Visier hochgeklappt ist.
- Aus dem Dokument
DE 35 90 667 C2 ist ein Sicherheitshelm mit einem schwenkbaren Gesichtsschutz bekannt. Die Lagervorrichtungen für die Haltearme des Visiers sind außen an der Helmschale befestigt. Nachteilig ist bei einem solchen Sicherheitshelm, dass sich im Einsatz Hindernisse, an denen sich der Helm vorbeibewegt, hinter den Tragarmen und/oder dem Visier verhaken und so den Träger des Helms beim Einsatz behindern oder ihm den Helm vom Kopf reißen und den Träger dadurch gefährden können. Insbesondere wenn im Forst mit hochgeklapptem Visier gearbeitet wird, hat der obere Rand des Visiers breiten Abstand von der Helmaußenseite, so dass in diesem Fall Äste leicht zwischen Helm und Visier gelangen und das Visier vom Helm oder den Helm vom Kopf reißen können. - Ein weiterer Schutzhelm dieser Art ist aus dem Dokument
DE 87 14 490 U1 bekannt. Bei diesem Schutzhelm werden ein Gesichts- und ein Gehörschutz durch ein gemeinsames Verbindungsstück außen an dem Helm befestigt. - Weitere Dokumente, welche das Anbringen von Helmzubehör wie einem Gesichtsschutz außen an einem Schutzhelm zeigen, sind
DE 28 26 636 C2 ,DE 29 07 056 A1 ,DE 33 14 595 C2 ,DE 35 90 667 C2 ,DE 97 10 596 U1 undDE 297 08 134 U1 . Bei den aus diesen Dokumenten bekannten Schutzhelmen kann der Träger des Helms ebenfalls beim Einsatz behindert oder gefährdet werden, wenn sich Hindernisse an den Tragarmen des Visiers verhaken. - Bei einem aus dem Dokument
DE 10 2006 013 25 A1 bekannten Schutzhelm ist ein Haltebügel des Visiers an der Außenseite einer Helmschale an einer Schwenkachse unterhalb eines abklappbaren Seitenbereiches angelenkt. Die Anordnung des Visiers ist dabei auch so getroffen, dass die Gefahr nicht ausgeschlossen ist, dass sich Hindernisse an dem Haltebügel des Visiers verhaken können. - Das Dokument
WO 2008/0331 89 A2 zeigt einen Feuerwehrhelm mit einem Visier, das an dem unteren Rand einer Innenschale des Helms angelenkt ist. Die Aufbewahrungsstellung des Visiers befindet sich offenbar zwischen einer Innen- und einer Außenschale. Diese Art von Gesichtsschutz ist nur bei einem ganz speziellen Helmaufbau einsetzbar. - Ein Gesichtsschutz der eingangs genannten Art ist aus dem Dokument
EP 0 130 108 A2 bekannt. Bei diesem Gesichtsschutz bestehen die Lagervorrichtungen zur Anbringung des Gesichtsschutzes innen an der Helmschale jeweils aus einem Innenelement, das zwischen der Innenseite der Helmschale und einer Polsterkarlotte so weit eingeschoben wird, dass ein an dem Innenelement federnd gelagerter Zapfen in eine Anlenköffnung, die in dem Visier gebildet ist, und in eine Anlenköffnung, die als eine Durchgangsöffnung in der Helmschale gebildet ist, eingeführt wird. Zum Sichern des Visiers in gewählten Positionen, z.B. der Betriebsposition und einer Parkposition, wird die Reibung der Haltearme des Visiers zwischen der Innenseite der Helmschale und der Polsterkarlotte ausgenutzt. - Einen Gesichtsschutz mit im Wesentlichen dem gleichen Aufbau wie der nach dem vorgenannten Dokument
EP 0 130 108 A2 zeigt das DokumentFR 2 352 507 A2 - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Gesichtsschutz der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, dass sich in beiden Positionen des Visiers keine Hindernisse an dem Visier und/oder dessen Tragarmen verhaken können und dass die Positionen definiert festgelegt werden können.
- Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß durch die technischen Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
- Bei dem Gesichtsschutz nach der Erfindung ist jeder Haltearm an seinem freien Ende als eine Ringlagerbuchse ausgebildet und jede Lagervorrichtung weist einen Lagerzapfen zur Aufnahme der Ringlagerbuchse auf. Jeder Tragarm und die ihm zugeordnete Lagervorrichtung bilden somit ein Visiertraggelenk, das sich geschützt innerhalb des Umrisses des Helms befindet. In der Parkposition des Visiers schützt das Visier gemeinsam mit der Helmschale den Tragarm vor dem Angriff von Hindernissen. In der Betriebsposition des Visiers befindet sich jeder Tragarm hinter dem Visier und die seitlichen Ränder des Visiers liegen an der Außenfläche der Helmschale eng an. Das Visier liegt mit seinem Rahmen auf dem vorderen Rand der Helmschale auf. Auch in der Betriebsposition bieten somit das Visier und/oder dessen Tragarme keinen Angriffspunkt für Hindernisse. Weiter ist bei dem Gesichtsschutz nach der Erfindung jede Lagervorrichtung als ein Teil einer Steckkupplung ausgebildet, der auf den innen an der Helmschale angebrachten anderen Teil der Steckkupplung aufsteckbar ist. Der Gesichtsschutz ist so durch den Benutzer des Helms mühelos an dem Helm befestigbar und von dem Helm trennbar.
- Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung bilden die Gegenstände der abhängigen Ansprüche.
- In einer Ausgestaltung des Gesichtsschutzes nach der Erfindung ist mit Hilfe eines federnden Rastfingers eine Rastverbindung zwischen den Steckbuchsen der Lagervorrichtung und den stabartigen Vorsprüngen herstellbar. So lässt sich auf einfache Weise eine Rastverbindung zwischen jeder Lagervorrichtung und der Helmschale herstellen.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gesichtsschutzes nach der Erfindung umfasst der Lagerzapfen jedes Steckkupplungsteils axial vorstehende, elastisch biegsame Nocken, auf die die Ringlagerbuchse zur Bildung des Traggelenks aufschnappbar ist. Die Befestigung des Gesichtsschutzes innen an dem Helm kann so vom Helmbenutzer durch eine Schnappverbindung erfolgen.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gesichtsschutzes nach der Erfindung ist ein federvorgespanntes Sperrelement vorhanden, das in die Ringlagerbuchse von außen einfasst und durch die Ringlagerbuchse mitnehmbar ist, um das Visier in seiner einen oder anderen Position lösbar kraftschlüssig zu halten. Dadurch lässt sich auf einfache Weise sicherstellen, dass das Visier die vom Benutzer gewählte Position beibehält.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gesichtsschutzes nach der Erfindung umfasst das federvorgespannte Sperrelement eine an einem Ende eines Stabes drehbar gelagerte Rolle, wobei sich das andere Ende des Stabes durch ein Drehlager erstreckt und wobei zwischen dem Drehlager und einer Schulter an dem Stab eine Druckfeder zum Erzeugen der Federvorspannung angeordnet ist. Die Verriegelung des Visiers in der gewählten Position erfolgt so durch ein einfaches, verschleißarmes Element, das keiner Wartung bedarf. Der als Stecker ausgebildete Steckkupplungsteil, der das federvorgespannte Sperrelement enthält, kann bei Bedarf einfach gegen einen neuen Stecker ausgetauscht werden.
- Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden im Folgenden unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Es zeigt:

Fig. 1 in einer Seitenansicht, inFig. 2 in einer Vorderansicht, inFig. 3 in einer Rückansicht und zusätzlich inFig. 4 in einer Seitenansicht gezeigt. Der Schutzhelm 30 umfasst einen insgesamt mit 33 bezeichneten Gesichtsschutz nach der Erfindung mit einem Visier 132, das inFig. 1 hochgeklappt in einer Parkposition und inFig. 4 heruntergeklappt in einer Betriebsposition gezeigt ist. - Da die Lagervorrichtungen des Gesichtsschutzes 33 auf beiden Seiten des Helms 30 spiegelbildlich gleich ausgebildet sind, wird in der folgenden Beschreibung nicht zwischen rechten und linken Lagervorrichtungen, Traggelenkten, Haltearmen usw. unterschieden.
- Das Visier 132 des Gesichtsschutzes 33 umfasst auf jeder Seite des Helms 30 einen Haltearm 32 sowie eine als ein Stecker ausgebildete Lagervorrichtung 50, an der ein Teil eines Traggelenks 60 angeformt ist. Die Lagervorrichtung 50 jedes Haltearms 32 ist an der Innenseite einer Helmschale 36 befestigt. Jede Lagervorrichtung 50 ist als ein Teil einer Steckkupplung ausgebildet, der auf den innen an der Helmschale 36 angebrachten anderen Teil der Steckkupplung aufsteckbar ist. Dieser andere Teil der Steckkupplung besteht gemäß der Darstellung in
Fig. 9 aus mehreren an der Innenseite der Helmschale 36 angeformten stabartigen Vorsprüngen 74, die auch inFig. 2 gezeigt sind, in welcher die Lagervorrichtung 50 aber nicht dargestellt ist. Die Lagervorrichtung 50 wird auf die stabartigen Vorsprünge 74 aufgesteckt, wodurch ein Traggelenk 60 des Visiers 132 in jedem Schläfenbereich an der Innenseite der Helmschale 36 zu liegen kommt. In denFig. 1 ,4 und9 ist die Lagervorrichtung 50 befestigt innen an der Helmschale 36 zu erkennen. Der Aufbau des Traggelenks 60 wird im Folgenden mit Bezug auf dieFig. 5-9 näher beschrieben. - Der Haltearm 32 ist an einem Ende an der Rückseite eines Rahmens des Visiers 132 angeformt, wie es in den
Fig. 5-8 zu erkennen ist. An dem freien Ende des Haltearms 32 ist eine Ringlagerbuchse 52 ausgebildet. Jede Lagervorrichtung 50 hat einen Lagerzapfen 54 zur Aufnahme der Ringlagerbuchse 52. Jede Lagervorrichtung 50 ist als ein Stecker oder Teil einer bereits erwähnten Steckkupplung ausgebildet, der auf den innen an der Helmschale 36 angebrachten anderen Teil der Steckkupplung aufsteckbar ist, welcher gemäßFig. 9 aus den stabartigen Vorsprüngen 74 besteht. In jedem Stecker sind Steckbuchsen ausgebildet, welche die nach unten vorstehenden Enden der stabartigen Vorsprünge 74 aufnehmen, wie es inFig. 9 zu erkennen ist. Ein federnder Finger 73 stellt eine Rastverbindung zwischen der Lagervorrichtung 50 und der Helmschale 36 her. Der Lagerzapfen 54 jedes Steckkupplungsteils umfasst axial vorstehende, elastisch biegsame Nocken 54', auf die die Ringlagerbuchse 52 aufschnappbar ist. In denFig. 5 und8 sind die beiden Teile des Traggelenks 60, nämlich die Ringlagerbuchse 52 und der Lagerzapfen 54 zusammengesteckt dargestellt, in denFig. 6 und7 hingegen auseinandergezogen. Der Haltearm 32 erstreckt sich von dem Visier 132 aus zu seinem an die Lagervorrichtung 50 anschließbaren oder angeschlossenen freien Ende hin im Wesentlichen parallel zu und mit derartigem Abstand von dem Visier 132, dass zwischen dem Haltearm 32 und dem Visier 132 ein Schlitz 37 gebildet ist, durch den sich in der Parkposition die Helmschale 36 erstreckt, wie es inFig. 1 gezeigt ist, und dass das Visier 132 in der Parkposition eng anliegend auf der Außenfläche der Helmschale 36 angeordnet ist, wie es ebenfalls inFig. 1 und insbesondere in denFig. 2 und3 gezeigt ist. - Ein federvorgespanntes Sperrelement 70 fasst in die Ringlagerbuchse 52 von außen ein und ist durch die Ringlagerbuchse 52 bei dem Hoch- und Herunterklappen des Visiers 132 mitnehmbar, um das Visier 132 in seiner einen oder anderen Position lösbar kraftschlüssig zu halten. Die beiden Stellungen des federvorgespannten Sperrelements 70 sind in den
Fig. 5 und8 gezeigt, in denen das Visier 132 in der Betriebsposition bzw. in der Parkposition ist. Das federvorgespannte Sperrelement 70 umfasst eine an einem Ende eines Stabes 72 drehbar gelagerte Rolle, wobei sich das andere Ende des Stabes 72 verschiebbar durch ein Drehlager 75 erstreckt und wobei sich zwischen dem Drehlager 75 und einer Schulter 76 an dem Stab 72 eine Druckfeder 78 abstützt zum Erzeugen der Federvorspannung. - Gemäß der Darstellung in
Figur 7 ist in der Ringlagerbuchse ein axial vorstehender kleiner Zapfen vorhanden, der nach dem Zusammenbau der Ringlagerbuchse und des Drehzapfens 54 in eine inFigur 7 nicht sichtbarer Ausnehmung in dem Sperrelement 70 formschlüssig eingreift. Das ist der Grund dafür, dass das Sperrelement 70 von dem Visier 132 mitgenommen wird, wenn dieses verschwenkt wird. -

Claims (5)
- Gesichtsschutz zur Befestigung an einem Schutzhelm,
mit einem Visier (132) mit zwei Haltearmen (32) und mit zwei an einer Helmschale (36) eines Helms (30) befestigbaren Lagervorrichtungen (50) für die Haltearme (32) zum Verschwenken des Visiers (132) zwischen zwei Positionen, einer Betriebsposition, in der das Visier (132) heruntergeklappt ist und das Gesicht schützt, und einer Parkposition, in der das Visier (132) hochgeklappt ist, wobei jede Lagervorrichtung (50) zur Anbringung innen an der Helmschale (36) ausgebildet ist,
wobei sich jeder Haltearm (32) von dem Visier (132) aus zu seinem an die Lagervorrichtung (50) anschließbaren oder angeschlossenen freien Ende hin im Wesentlichen parallel zu und mit derartigem Abstand von dem Visier (132) erstreckt, dass zwischen Haltearm (32) und Visier (132) ein Schlitz (37) gebildet ist, durch den sich in der Parkposition die Helmschale (36) erstreckt, und
wobei das Visier (132) in der Parkposition eng anliegend auf der Außenfläche der Helmschale (36) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jeder Haltearm (32) an seinem freien Ende als eine Ringlagerbuchse (52) ausgebildet ist und jede Lagervorrichtung (50) einen Lagerzapfen (54) zur Aufnahme der Ringlagerbuchse (52) aufweist, und dass jede Lagervorrichtung (50) als ein Teil einer Steckkupplung ausgebildet und mit Steckbuchsen versehen ist, mit denen er auf einen innen an einer Helmschale (36) angebrachten, aus mehreren stabartigen Vorsprüngen (74) bestehenden anderen Teil der Steckkupplung aufsteckbar ist, und
dass an jeder Lagervorrichtung (50) einer der Lagerzapfen (54) angeformt ist, der jeweils mit einer der Ringlagerbuchsen (52) der Haltearme (32) zu einem Traggelenk (60) zusammensteckbar ist. - Gesichtsschutz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit Hilfe eines federnden Rastfingers (73) eine Rastverbindung zwischen den Steckbuchsen der Lagervorrichtung (50) und den stabartigen Vorsprüngen (74) herstellbar ist.
- Gesichtsschutz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerzapfen (54) jedes Steckkupplungsteils axial vorstehende, elastisch biegsame Nocken (54') umfasst, auf die die Ringlagerbuchse (52) aufschnappbar ist. - Gesichtsschutz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein federvorgespanntes Sperrelement (70), das in die Ringlagerbuchse (52) von außen einfasst und durch die Ringlagerbuchse (52) mitnehmbar ist, um das Visier (132) in seiner einen oder anderen Position lösbar kraftschlüssig zu halten.
- Gesichtsschutz nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das federvorgespannte Sperrelement (70) eine an einem Ende eines Stabes (72) drehbar gelagerte Rolle umfasst, wobei sich das andere Ende des Stabes durch ein Drehlager (75) erstreckt und wobei zwischen dem Drehlager (75) und der Rolle auf dem Stab (72) eine Druckfeder (78) zum Erzeugen der Federvorspannung angeordnet ist.
