Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Sammeln eines flachen Produktes in Form eines flexiblen Bandes, umfassend ein Sammelgehäuse (11), das einen Boden (14; 114) umfasst, auf dem sich das Band zumindest während der Sammelphasen zwischen zwei Endwänden (12; 112) und zwei Seitenwänden (30; 130), die sich gegenüber den Rändern des Bandes erstrecken, ansammeln wird, wobei die Sammelvorrichtung mindestens ein Mittel zum Verringern des Risikos einer Verdrehung des Bandes in dem Sammelgehäuse umfasst, wobei die Sammelvorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Endwand (12), die einem Eintritt des Produktes in das Versorgungsgehäuse am nächsten ist, einen Deflektor (164) trägt, der dazu geeignet ist, die Schichtbildung des Produktes im Inneren des Versorgungsgehäuses zu begünstigen, wobei der Deflektor mit Vibrationsmitteln (165) verbunden ist, um den Deflektor in Schwingungen zu versetzen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Mittel zum Verringern des Risikos einer Verdrehung des Bandes in dem Sammelgehäuse ausgewählt wird aus:
    - leerlaufend gelagerten Rollen (20; 120), zumindest nahe dem Boden, auf denen das Band während der Sammelphasen aufliegt;
    - Luftzirkulationsmittel (21; 121), um in dem Gehäuse eine Luftzirkulation in Richtung Boden des Sammelgehäuses zu erzeugen;
    - Vibrationsmittel (31) für mindestens eine der Seitenwände;
    - Einstellmittel (41, 42, 43) zum Einstellen eines Abstandes der Seitenwände.
  3. Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Luftzirkulationsmittel mindestens einen Luftsauger (21; 121) umfassen, der so angeordnet ist, dass er einen Unterdruck in einem Kasten (22, 122) erzeugt, der unter dem Boden des Sammelgehäuses angeordnet ist, wobei der Boden perforiert ist, um in dem Sammelgehäuse die Luftzirkulation in Richtung des Bodens desselben zu bewirken.
  4. Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Vibrationsmittel mindestens einen Schwingungserzeuger (31) umfassen, der direkt mit einer der Seitenwände (30) verbunden ist.
  5. Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Mittel zum Einstellen des Abstandes der Seitenwände zwei parallele Wellen (42) mit synchronisierter Drehung umfassen, wobei die Wellen fest mit den Seitenwänden (30) verbundene Träger (41) tragen, die mit den Wellen über eine Verbindung der Art Schraube-Mutter zusammenwirken, wobei die Wellen an ihren Enden mit gegenläufigen Gewinden versehen sind, so dass eine Drehung einer der Wellen ein Entfernen oder Annähern der Seitenwände (30) symmetrisch in Bezug auf eine Laufmittelebene des Bandes verursacht.
  6. Anlage für den Umlauf eines bandförmigen flachen Produktes, umfassend eine Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in Verbindung mit einer Dämpfungseinrichtung (4, 5, 6, 7), die stromaufwärts oder stromabwärts derselben angeordnet und dazu geeignet ist, Bandanforderungsrucke stromabwärts der Dämpfungseinrichtung zu absorbieren.
  7. Verfahren zur Verwendung einer Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, umfassend die Schritte:
    - während eines normal Betriebs Einwirken auf die Eintritts- und Austrittsgeschwindigkeiten des Bandes in dem Sammelgehäuse (111), um dort dauerhaft einen losen Bandtrum (180) zu bilden und beizubehalten;
    - während einer Sammelphase vor einem Wechsel der Bandquelle Einwirken auf die Eintritts- und Austrittsgeschwindigkeiten des Bandes in dem Sammelgehäuse (111), um dort übereinander angeordnete Bandschichten zu bilden.
