Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zum Schneiden bzw. Zuschneiden von Plaketten bzw. Plakaten in Streifen, umfassend
    einen Schritt-für-Schritt-Vortrieb eines Plakats in einer Ebene entlang einer Richtung,
    ein Zuschneiden des Plakates in parallele Streifen bzw. Bänder quer zu der Vortriebsrichtung,
    ein Abrollen eines Halte- bzw. Klebebands und
    ein Aufrollen der zugeschnittenen Streifen des Plakats, auf deren (dessen) einer Seite das Band anhaftet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darüber hinaus umfaßt
    nach jedem Schneiden bzw. Zuschneiden eines Streifens eine Überführung bzw. einen Transport desselben in eine von der Vortriebsebene des Plakats beabstandete Position, und
    ein Anhaften bzw. eine Adhäsion zwischen dem Klebeband und dem zugeschnittenen Streifen im Hinblick auf das Aufrollen,
    wobei der Vortrieb des Plakats um einen Schritt zum Zuschneiden eines nachfolgenden Streifens während des Transports des vorhergenannten stattfindet, gegebenenfalls während des Anhaftens desselben.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transport ein Absenken des zugeschnittenen Streifens in einer Ebene parallel zu der Vortriebsebene des Plakats umfaßt und eine Verlagerung des so abgesenkten Streifens quer bzw. transversal zu der Vortriebsrichtung des Plakats.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anhaftung bzw. das Kleben zwischen dem abgerollten Klebeband und dem zugeschnittenen Streifen während der Verlagerung transversal zu der Vortriebsrichtung des Plakats erfolgt.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anhaftung zwischen dem abgerollten Klebeband und dem zugeschnittenen Streifen in der parallelen Ebene, in welche der zugeschnittene Streifen abgesenkt wurde, vor der transversalen Verlagerung stattgefunden hat.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anhaften ein Aufbringen des zugeschnittenen Streifens während des Absenkens auf das Klebeband, welches glatt bzw. liegend in der obengenannten, parallelen Ebene eingebracht wird, umfaßt.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Halten des Streifens zum Zuschneiden in der Vortriebsebene des Plakats vor und während des Schneidens umfaßt.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Schneiden bzw. Zuschneiden von Plaketten bzw. Plakaten für die Ausführung des Verfahrens gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, umfassend
    Mittel (1, 3) zum schrittweisen Vortrieb einer Plakette bzw. eines Plakats (2) in einer Ebene entlang einer Richtung (F),
    Mittel (5) zum Zuschneiden der Plakette bzw. des Plakats in parallele Streifen bzw. Bänder quer zu der Vortriebsrichtung,
    Mittel (11, 38) zum Abrollen eines Halte- bzw. Klebebands (12, 37),
    Mittel (29, 44) zum Aufrollen der geschnittenen Streifen des Plakats (31, 48), auf deren einer Seite das Band anhaftet, Vorrichtung gekennzeichnet durch Transport- bzw. Übertragungsmittel (23, 27, 28; 11, 29; 38, 42 - 44) von jedem zugeschnittenen Streifen in Abstand von der Vortriebsebene des Plakats,
    Anhaftungs- bzw. Klebemittel (6, 23; 42, 43), um das Klebeband und den zugeschnittenen, übertragenen Streifen im Hinblick auf das Aufrollen aneinander anzuhaften,
    Vortriebsmittel (1, 3) des Plakats, welche jene um einen Schritt vortreiben, um einen Streifen abzuschneiden, während die Übertragungsmittel (11, 29; 38, 42 - 44) einen vorhergehenden, zugeschnittenen Streifen übertragen und gegebenenfalls während die Anhaftungsmittel (42, 43) das Klebeband auf diesen vorhergehenden, zugeschnittenen Streifen ankleben.
  8. Zuschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übertragungsmittel Mittel (23, 27, 28) zum Absenken des zugeschnittenen Streifens in einer Ebene (7, 33) parallel zur Vortriebsrichtung des Plakats (2) und Mittel (11, 29; 38, 42 - 44) zum Verlagern umfassen, die fähig sind, den abgesenkten Streifen quer zu der Vortriebsrichtung (F) des Plakats zu verlagern.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absenkmittel ein Vakuum- bzw. Sauggehäuse (23) umfassen, das fähig ist, sich zwischen einer oberen bzw. hohen Position und einer unteren bzw. niedrigen Position zu verlagern, und umfassend eine ebene Wand (26), die unter dem zuzuschneidenden Streifen (22) in der oberen Position des Gehäuses und im wesentlichen in der parallelen Ebene in der unteren Position angeordnet ist, ebenso wie Steuer- bzw. Regelmittel (25, 27, 28), welche das Sauggehäuse während seiner Verlagerung mitnehmen und welche ein Vakuum in einem Hohlraum (24) des Gehäuses, wo die in der ebenen Wand (26) vorgesehenen Perforationen münden, in seiner oberen Position und während seiner Verlagerung nach unten steuern bzw. regeln und dieses Vakuum in der unteren Position des Gehäuses unterbrechen bzw. ausschalten, und daß die Vortriebsmittel (1, 3) des Plakats jene um einen Schritt vortreiben, während das Gehäuse (23) sich in der oberen Position befindet.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Querverlagerung wenigstens ein Transportband (47) umfassen, das einen oberen Teil bzw. ein oberes Band aufweist, das in der parallelen Ebene (33) betätigt ist, und Mitnahmemittel des genannten, wenigstens einen Transportbands, welche dieses in Bewegung setzen, wenn das Sauggehäuse (23) seine untere Position verlassen hat, und welche es anhalten, wenn der zugeschnittene Streifen um einen (zumindest größeren) Abstand als seine Länge verlagert worden ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obengenannten Haftmittel zwei drehbare Walzen (42, 43) umfassen, die eine auf der anderen angeordnet sind, von welchen die eine an ihrem Umfang das von den Abrollmitteln (38) abgerollte Klebeband (37) aufnimmt, und zwischen welche jeder durch die Übertragungsmittel geführte, zugeschnittene Streifen (47) auf das Klebeband (37) aufgebracht bzw. festgelegt ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Haftmittel Anordnungsmittel (6, 13', 30') des abgerollten Klebebands (12) in der zu der Vortriebsebene des Plakats parallelen Ebene aufweisen und daß die Absenkmittel (23) den zugeschnittenen Streifen auf dem so angeordneten Klebeband festlegen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obengenannten Anordnungsmittel einen Aufnahmetisch (6) in Form eines Sauggehäuses umfassen, welcher permanent unter Unterdruck ist und welches eine obere, perforierte Wand (7) in der genannten, parallelen Ebene aufweist, auf welcher das Klebeband, das von den Abrollmitteln (11) stammt, glatt bzw. flach bzw. liegend angesaugt wird.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vortriebsmittel des Plakats wenigstens ein Transportband (1) umfassen, welches das zuzuschneidende Plakat (2) in der Vortriebsebene unterstützt und es Schritt für Schritt zu den Zuschneidemitteln (5) vortreibt, wobei der zuzuschneidende Streifen (22) nicht mehr durch das Transportband während seinem Vortrieb unterstützt ist, und daß die Vorrichtung ein Führungselement (14) umfaßt, welches den zuzuschneidenden Streifen während seines Vortriebs unter der perforierten Wand (26) des Sauggehäuses (23) führt und welches am Ende des Vortriebsschritts einziehbar bzw. einklappbar ist, um die Verlagerung des Sauggehäuses (23) zwischen seiner oberen und unteren Position und umgekehrt zu ermöglichen.
