Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour découper des éléments de remplissage (S), en particulier pour boucher des trous dans des briques, dans une natte (7) en matériau isolant, de préférence de la laine de verre et/ou de la laine minérale, au moyen d'outils de coupe auxquels la natte (7) est amenée par un convoyeur (2), dans lequel les outils de coupe sont réalisés sous forme de tuyères à jet d'eau (9) découpant les éléments de remplissage (S) dans la natte, avec respectivement leur propre entraînement motorisé (10) pour un réglage individuel de la tuyère à jet d'eau respective suivant un guide de tuyère à jet d'eau (13), et un convoyeur (2) est prévu sur lequel la natte (7) est transportée en continu sous des tuyères à jet d'eau (9) disposées côte à côte et mobiles transversalement au sens du transport (8) dans la natte (7) en translation au niveau du guide de tuyère à jet d'eau (13), caractérisé en ce que, dans le sens du transport (8) de la natte (7), deux guides de tuyère à jet d'eau (13, 14) disposés à distance l'un de l'autre sont prévus, sur lesquels sont prévues respectivement plusieurs tuyères à jet d'eau (9), à supporter transversalement au sens du transport (8), respectivement avec leur propre entraînement (10), qui peuvent être déplacées individuellement suivant les guides de tuyère à jet d'eau (13, 14), et en ce qu'un guide de tuyère à jet d'eau (15) supplémentaire pour supporter au moins une autre tuyère à jet d'eau (16) déplaçable suivant le guide de tuyère à jet d'eau (15) supplémentaire pour découper la natte (7) transversalement au sens du transport (8) de celle-ci est attribué aux tuyères à jet d'eau pour réaliser une coupe longitudinale, ledit guide de tuyère à jet d'eau (15) supplémentaire pouvant être déplacé par un entraînement (15.1) en parallèle au sens du transport (8) de la natte (7).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur le guide de tuyère à jet d'eau (13, 14), au moins dix tuyères à jet d'eau avec leur propre entraînement (10) sont prévues pour découper les éléments de remplissage (S).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les tuyères à jet d'eau (9) peuvent être sollicitées par une pression > 3000 bar.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les tuyères à jet d'eau (9) peuvent être raccordées par des conduites haute pression (12) à un distributeur haute pression (11) central pour une alimentation en eau sous pression.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur (2) présente des coulisseaux (6) saisissant par l'arrière la natte (7) dans le sens du transport et la transportant dans le sens du transport (8) .
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur (2) est réalisé comme un convoyeur sans fin renvoyé par des poulies de renvoi (3) .
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur (2) se voit attribuer une évacuation d'eau centrale.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement motorisé (10) de chaque tuyère à jet d'eau (9) est disposé sur le guide de tuyère à jet d'eau (13, 14) et reçoit des signaux de commande d'un dispositif de commande central.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les guides de tuyère à jet d'eau (13, 14) disposés à distance l'un de l'autre supportent respectivement des tuyères à jet d'eau (9), sont disposés respectivement de manière mutuellement décalée dans la direction parallèle au sens du transport (8) de la natte (7) et peuvent effectuer un déplacement transversalement au sens du transport (8) de la natte (7) qui se chevauchent.
