In Fig. 2 ist die Vorrichtung im Bereich einer Wasserstrahldüsenführung 13 in einer Vorderansicht gezeigt mit den insgesamt zehn an der Wasserstrahldüsenführung 13 translatorisch bewegbaren Wasserstrahldüsen 9 mit angedeutetem Wasserstrahl 9.1 und dem jeweiligen Antrieb 10, die über den Hochdruckverteiler an die Wasserversorgung anzuschließen sind.
Fig. 3 verdeutlicht näher die Vorrichtung gemäß der Schnittlinie A-A. Der Wasserstrahl ist wieder mit 9.1. beziffert und die Wasserstrahldüse mit 9. Es sind die beiden Wasserstrahldüsenführungen 13 und 14 ersichtlich, in denen jeweils eine Zahnstange 17 und ein Ritzel 18 für die Verstellung der Wasserstrahldüsen 9 über die Antriebsmotoren 10 angeordnet sind, wobei die beweglichen Druckleitungen 12 zum Anschluss der Wasserstrahldüsen 9 an den zentralen Hochdruckverteiler angedeutet sind.
Fig. 4 und 5 verdeutlichen eine Matte 7 zum Erstellen von Stecklingen S, einmal im geraden Schnitt (Fig. 4) und einmal im kurvenförmigen Schnitt (Fig. 5,) um besondere Geometrien der Löcher in den Mauerziegeln berücksichtigen zu können.

Fig. 3 illustrates closer the device according to the section line AA. The water jet is again at 9.1. The two water jet nozzle guides 13 and 14 can be seen in each of which a rack 17 and a pinion 18 for the adjustment of the water jet nozzles 9 are arranged via the drive motors 10, wherein the movable pressure lines 12 for connecting the water jet nozzles. 9 are indicated on the central high-pressure distributor.
Fig. 4 and 5 illustrate a mat 7 for creating cuttings S, once in a straight line ( Fig. 4 ) and once in the curved section ( Fig. 5 ,) to be able to consider special geometries of the holes in the bricks.

Claims (9)

  1. Device (1) for cutting out plugging pieces (S), in particular for filling holes in building bricks, from a mat (7) consisting of an insulating material, preferably glass and/or rock wool, by means of cutting tools to which the mat (7) is fed via a transport belt (2), the cutting tools being designed as water jet nozzles (9) that cut out plugging pieces (S) from the mat (7) and that each comprise a separate motorised drive (10) for individually adjusting the relevant water jet nozzle along the water jet nozzle guide (13), and a transport belt (2) being provided, by means of which the mat (7) is continuously transported under water jet nozzles (9) that are arranged side-by-side and can be moved in a translational manner on the water jet nozzle guide (13) transversely to the transport direction (8)of the mat (7), characterised in that two mutually spaced water jet guides (13, 14) are provided in the transport direction (8) of the mat (7), on each of which guides a plurality of water jet nozzles (9) are provided that are to be supported transversely to the transport direction (8), each comprise a separate drive (10), and can be moved individually along the water jet nozzle guides (13, 14), and in that, in order to produce a longitudinal cut, a further water jet nozzle guide (15) for supporting at least one further water jet nozzle (16) that can be moved along the further water jet nozzle guide (15) and is intended for cutting the mat (7) transversely to the transport direction (8) thereof is assigned to the water jet nozzles, said further water jet guide (15) being movable in parallel with the transport direction (8) of the mat (7) by means of a drive (15.1).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that at least ten water jet nozzles that comprise separate drives (10) and are intended for cutting out the plugging pieces (S) are provided on the water jet guide (13, 14).
  3. Device according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that a pressure of > 3,000 bar can be applied to the water jet nozzles (9).
  4. Device according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the water jet nozzles (9) can be connected by means of movable high-pressure lines (12) to a central high-pressure distributor (11) in order to be supplied with pressurised water.
  5. Device according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the transport belt (2) comprises slides (6) which engage behind the mat (7) in the transport direction (8) and transport said mat in the transport direction (8).
  6. Device according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the transport belt (2) is designed as an endless conveyor belt that is deflected around return rollers (3).
  7. Device according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that a central water outlet is assigned to the transport belt (2).
  8. Device according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the motorised drive (10) of each water jet nozzle (9) is arranged on the water jet nozzle guide (13, 14) and contains control signals from a central control device.
  9. Device according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the mutually spaced water jet nozzle guides (13, 14) each support water jet nozzles (9) on that are in each case mutually offset, with a gap therebetween, in a direction parallel to the transport direction (8) of the mat (7) and can implement a movement path that is transverse to the transport direction (8) of the mat (7) which overlap one another.
