Claims (2)

  1. Dispositif (10) d'impression de surfaces textiles comportant :
    - un dispositif d'impression (51) qui est déplaçable le long d'un axe longitudinal du dispositif dans un sens longitudinal, le dispositif d'impression (51) présentant une tête d'impression, au moyen de laquelle au moins un textile peut être imprimé avec au moins une encre d'impression,
    - deux palettes (21,31) pour la réception et le maintien d'un textile à imprimer,
    - une station de préparation (20) qui est agencée au niveau d'un premier côté longitudinal pour l'amenée du textile et le montage sur une des palettes (21, 31), et
    - des dispositifs de déplacement (23, 33) avec lesquels les palettes (21, 31) sont déplaçables transversalement à l'axe longitudinal entre une première position de préparation (22) latérale au niveau de la station de préparation (20) et une position d'impression au niveau du dispositif d'impression (51) sur un rail de guidage (40) commun,
    - une deuxième station de préparation (30) étant prévue, laquelle est agencée au niveau d'un deuxième côté longitudinal, qui fait face au premier côté longitudinal,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - chaque palette (21, 31) est déplaçable de la position d'impression à la deuxième station de préparation (30) linéairement pour le retrait de la palette (21, 31) sur le rail de guidage (40) commun et est retirable du rail de guidage (40), et
    - en ce qu'un système d'encliquetage est prévu, au moyen duquel chaque palette (21, 31) est encliquetable de manière réversible sur le rail de guidage (40).
  2. Procédé d'impression de surfaces textiles avec un dispositif (10) selon la revendication 1, pour lequel pour chaque palette (21, 31)
    - un textile est reçu et maintenu sur une palette (21, 31), la palette (21, 31) se trouvant au niveau de la station de préparation (20) dans une première position de préparation (22) latérale au niveau d'un premier côté longitudinal,
    - le textile est déplacé au moyen d'un dispositif de déplacement (23, 33) entre la première position de préparation (22) latérale au niveau du premier côté longitudinal de la station de préparation (20) et une position d'impression au niveau d'un dispositif d'impression (51), et
    - le textile est imprimé dans la position d'impression par le dispositif d'impression (51) au moyen d'au moins une tête d'impression qui est déplacée le long d'un axe longitudinal,
    - le textile imprimé est déplacé au moyen du dispositif de déplacement (23) de la palette (21, 31) concernée de la position d'impression linéairement dans une deuxième position de préparation (32) latérale au niveau de la deuxième station de préparation (30) pour le retrait, et
    - les palettes (21, 31) sont retirées après l'impression dans la position d'impression dans la deuxième station de préparation (30) avec le textile du rail de guidage (40).
