Claims (15)

  1. Sicherheitsschalter (600) mit mindestens einer einpoligen Unterbrechungseinheit (10), wobei die Einheit umfasst:
    - eine mobile Kontaktbrücke (22),
    - ein Paar von festen Kontakten (41, 51), die mit der Kontaktbrücke zusammenwirken und jeweils mit einer Stromzuleitung (4, 5) verbunden sind,
    - zwei Lichtbogenlöschkammern (24), die sich jeweils auf ein Öffnungsvolumen der Kontaktbrücke (22) öffnen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Löschkammer (24) mit mindestens einem Schaltgas-Ableitungskanal (38, 42) verbunden ist, wobei die Ableitungskanäle auf einer stromaufwärtigen Fläche des Gehäuses (12) der Unterbrechungseinheit (10) münden, wobei die stromaufwärtige Fläche gegenüber einer weiteren stromabwärtigen Fläche angeordnet ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, in Kontakt mit Auslösemitteln (7) angeordnet zu sein.
  2. Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Ableitungskanäle der Schaltgase (38, 42) in einer gemeinsamen Leitung vereinigen, die auf der stromaufwärtigen Fläche des Gehäuses (12) der Unterbrechungseinheit (10) mündet.
  3. Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ableitungskanäle der Schaltgase (38, 42) einer ersten bzw. einer zweiten Löschkammer (24) unterschiedliche Längen haben, wobei die in einem ersten Gasableitungskanal zirkulierenden Schaltgase dazu bestimmt sind, durch Venturi-Effekt die in einem zweiten Kanal zirkulierenden Gase anzusaugen.
  4. Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Lichtbogenlöschkammer (24) mindestens zwei Entionisierungsflügel (25) umfasst, die voneinander durch einen Gasaustauschraum getrennt sind, wobei mindestens ein Austauschraum mit einem Schaltgas-Ableitungskanal (38, 42) verbunden ist.
  5. Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Gasableitungskanal (42) einer Löschkammer (24) mindestens eine Unterdruckkammer (43) durchquert, umfassend mindestens eine Wand, die mit einer Metallfolie (85) bedeckt ist.

  13. Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsflansche (27) Seitenwangen umfassen, die zumindest teilweise die Längsfläche der drehbaren Welle (26) bedecken, um die Queröffnung der Aufnahme der Welle (20) teilweise zu verschließen.
  14. Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mobile Kontaktbrücke (22) zwischen einer Öffnungsposition und einer Verschlussposition ihrer Kontakte im Uhrzeigersinn drehbar ist.
  15. Schutzschalter (100), umfassend einen Sicherheitsschalter (600) nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Auslöser (7) umfasst, der an die stromabwärtigen Bereiche (5) des Sicherheitsschalters (600) angeschlossen ist.
