- Utilisation de capteurs de radicaux libres répondant à la formule générale (I)W représente un résidu -C(O)X ou -NLC(O)X ;X représente un résidu OR ;L représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle en C1-C6 ;R représente un résidu alkyle en C1-C40 à chaîne droite où ramifiée, en particulier un résidu alkyle en C4-C20 ; avant tout un résidu alkyle en C6-C14 ;R1 et R5 représentent un atome d'hydrogène ;R2, R3 et R4 représentent un groupe hydroxyle ;dans des agents de lavage et de nettoyage pour l'amélioration de la puissance de nettoyage qui consiste en une meilleure élimination des salissures qui contiennent des substances polymérisables, avant tout des colorants polymérisables.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les colorants polymérisables sont choisis parmi des colorants polyphénoliques, en particulier parmi des flavonoïdes, avant tout parmi des colorants faisant partie de la classe des anthocyanidines ou des anthocyanes ou des oligomères de ces composés.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la puissance de nettoyage améliorée consiste en une meilleure élimination de salissures de couleur rouge à bleu, en particulier de taches de vin rouge ou de taches de fruits ou de légumes qui contiennent des colorants de couleur rouge à bleu.
- Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les salissures sont choisies parmi des salissures qui sont dues à des cerises, à du raisin noir, à des grenades, à de l'aronia, à des prunes, à de l'argousier, à des baies d'açaï, à des baies, avant tout à des groseilles noires ou rouges, à des baies de sureau, à des mûres, à des framboises, à des myrtilles à baies noires, à de la canneberge, à des fraises ou à des myrtilles, a du chou rouge, à des oranges sanguines, à des aubergines, à des carottes noires, à des pommes de terre à chair rouge ou à chair bleue ou à des oignons rouges.
- Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les agents de lavage ou de nettoyage ne contiennent aucun agent de blanchiment.
- Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que, en ce qui concerne l'agent de lavage, il s'agit d'un agent de lavage des textiles sous forme liquide ou sous forme pulvérulente.
