Claims (17)

  1. Method for the application of at least one substance in a preprogrammed pattern onto a material to be embroidered by means of an embroidery machine or a multihead embroidery machine which comprises preferably a plurality of needle locations (17) for one or several corresponding embroidery needles, characterized in
    that a relative motion controlled by a program of the embroidery machinebetween at least one application device (37) and the material to be embroidered (15) is generated and that the at least one substance is applied onto the material to be embroidered.
  2. Method according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the application device (37) comprises at least one spraying device by means of which the at least one substance is sprayed onto the material to be embroidered (15), whereby the spray function of the at least one spraying device (37) is activated and deactivated by the program of the embroidery machine if need be.
  3. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a spraying process takes place together or alternately with an embroidery process, a material to be embroidered (15) that is passing through being simultaneously and/or alternately embroidered and sprayed.
  4. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one substance is color, ink, glue, lacquer or a combination of said substance classes.
  5. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a pen or a cartridge with a front side outlet opening which is brought into contact with the material to be embroidered is used as application device.
  6. Application device for embroidery machines, in particular shuttle embroidery machines or multihead embroidery machines, for the application of a substance onto a material to be embroidered (15) comprising
    - at least one device (37) for applying a substance,
    - at least one support (11) which serves to first hold the device (37) and second to fix the device on an embroidery machine,
    - at least one adjusting device on the at least one support (11) for the fine adjustment of the position of the device relative to the material to be embroidered (15).
  7. Application device according to claim 6, characterized in that the at least one device for applying comprises at least one spraying device (37), preferably a marking gun, and preferably the at least one spraying device comprises
    - a first connection (45) to the substance supply,
    - a second connection (47) for the medium supply and
    - a nozzle (33) for spraying a mixture of substance and medium.
  8. Application device according to claim 7, characterized in that the spraying device (37) comprises
    - a first connection (45) to the substance supply,
    - a second connection (47) for the medium supply and
    - a nozzle (33) for spraying a mixture of substance and medium and
    - is provided with a first channel which leads from the first connection (45) to the nozzle (33) and
    - in which a second channel coming from the second connection joins.
  9. Application device according to the preceding claim 8, characterized in that the first channel comprises at a position between the mouth of the second channel and the nozzle (33) an on/off valve for the activation or deactivation of the outlet of a mixture of substance and medium.
  10. Application device according to one of the preceding claims 6-9, characterized in that the adjusting device comprises at least one guiding rail fixed on the support and a locking for fixing the position of the spraying device on the guide rail.
  11. Application device according to one of the preceding claims 6-10, characterized in that it comprises at least one collecting station (39) which is preferably composed at least of one funnel, one suction tube and one collecting tank.
  12. Application device according to one of the preceding claims 7-11, characterized in that it comprises a material transport system, in particular with a pressure and storage container for the transport of the substance and optionally a rinsing device for cleaning the spraying device.
  13. Application device according to one of the preceding claims 6-12, characterized in that the application device is a pen or a cartridge with a front-sided outlet opening.
  14. Embroidery machine, in particular shuttle embroidery machine or multihead embroidery machine, comprising a plurality of needle locations (17), characterized in that the embroidery machine is provided with at least one application device (37), preferably with a plurality of application devices (37), according to one of the claims 6 to 13.
  15. Embroidery machine according to the preceding claim 14, characterized in that the plurality of application devices (37) is placed in a certain ratio with the plurality of needle locations (17).
  16. Embroidery machine according to one of the preceding claims 14-15, characterized in that the at least one application device (37) or the plurality of the application devices (37) is placed on the same side with respect to the passage of the material to be embroidered as one or several needle stems.
  17. Embroidery machine according to one of the preceding claims 14-16, characterized in that the application device comprises at least one spraying device (37) and, if need be, is provided with at least one collecting station (39) for collecting a sprayed substance, which collecting station (39) preferably comprises at least one funnel, one suction tube and one collecting tank.
