Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einhängesitz zur hängenden Anordnung an einem Wandhalter mit einer zumindest abschnittsweise im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden Haltestange, wobei eine Rückenlehne des Einhängesitzes mit einer Haltestangenaufnahme versehen ist, die einen Tragrand zur abstützenden Auflage auf der Haltestange des Wandhalters aufweist.
  • Einhängesitze der eingangs genannten Art, wie z.B. aus DE 10 2004 048 671 A oder DE 20 2004 002 690 21 bekannt, dienen zur Ausbildung von variablen Sitzgelegenheiten in Wandanordnung. Derartige Sitze kommen insbesondere in Einrichtungen für Pflegedienstleistungen zum Einsatz, in denen beispielsweise ältere Menschen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen betreut werden. In Kombination mit entsprechend ausgebildeten Wandhaltern, die regelmäßig eine horizontal an einer Wand montierte Haltestange umfassen, können Einhängesitze variabel an den Orten positioniert werden, an denen sie benötigt werden.
  • Aus den variablen Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Einhängesitze ergibt sich in der Regel ein häufiger Wechsel des Installationsortes, so dass der Einhängesitz mit entsprechender Häufigkeit von einem Wandhalter bzw. einer Haltestange entfernt und in geänderter Position an derselben oder auch einer anderen Haltestange wieder positioniert werden muss. Diese Positionswechsel sind für das Pflegepersonal mit entsprechendem Aufwand verbunden. Insbesondere ist es hierzu regelmäßig notwendig, den Positionswechsel beidhändig vorzunehmen, um eine am Einhängesitz vorgesehene Verriegelungs- bzw. Entriegelungseinrichtung zu bedienen und gleichzeitig den Sitz bzw. die Rückenlehne des Sitzes zu ergreifen, um den Sitz von der Haltestange abzunehmen bzw. an der Haltestange einzuhängen.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Einhängesitz vorzuschlagen, der im Vergleich zu den bekannten Einhängesitzen eine komfortablere Handhabung und insbesondere eine Handhabung mit nur einer Hand ermöglicht.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe weist der erfindungsgemäße Einhängesitz die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 auf.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Einhängesitz ist mit einem Tragegriff versehen, der ein Griffstück aufweist, das über eine ausziehbar am Tragrand angeordnete Riegeleinrichtung mit der Haltestangenaufnahme kraftschlüssig verbunden ist, derart, dass in einer Nicht-Betriebsstellung des Tragegriffs die Riegeleinrichtung eine Aufnahmeöffnung der Haltestangenaufnahme verriegelt und in einer Betriebsstellung des Tragegriffs die Riegeleinrichtung die Aufnahmeöffnung freigibt.
  • Aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung des Einhängesitzes ist es möglich, gleichzeitig mit dem Ergreifen und Anheben des Tragegriffs die Riegeleinrichtung, die die Aufnahmeöffnung der Haltestangenaufnahme in einer Nicht-Betriebsstellung des Tragegriffs verriegelt, zu entriegeln und den Einhängesitz von der Haltestange abzunehmen. Das Ergreifen des Haltegriffs und das Lösen der Verriegelung wird somit mit einem einzigen Handgriff ausgeführt, so dass auch nur eine Hand benötigt wird, um den Einhängesitz zu handhaben. Entsprechend ist auch zum Einhängen des Einhängesitzes an der Haltestange eine einhändige Handhabung des Einhängesitzes ausreichend.
  • Ein besonders sicheres Einhängen des Einhängesitzes wird ermöglicht, wenn die Haltestangenaufnahme zumindest abschnittsweise als Profilleiste ausgeführt ist, die in einem Aufnahmeteil zwei zumindest abschnittsweise parallele und entsprechend dem Durchmesser der Haltestange beabstandete Profilschenkel aufweist, deren dem Tragrand benachbarter Aufnahmeabschnitt einen spitzen Winkel mit der Rückenlehne einschließt. Hierdurch ist zum einen die Haltestangenaufnahme in besonderer Weise an die Haltestange angepasst, mit einer eindeutigen Positionierung des Einhängesitzes an der Haltestange. Zudem wird aufgrund der relativ geneigten Ausrichtung der Aufnahmeabschnitte zur Rückenlehne unter einem spitzen Winkel die korrekte Positionierung des Einhängesitzes bzw. Anordnung des Einhängesitzes an der Haltestange durch die Wirkung der Schwerkraft unterstützt. Der mit seiner Haltestangenaufnahme schräg von oben auf die Haltestange aufgesetzte Einhängesitz erfährt seine korrekte Positionierung aufgrund der spitzwinkligen Ausrichtung der Aufnahmeabschnitte zur Rückenlehne quasi in Fortsetzung der etwa in dieselbe Richtung weisenden Zuführbewegung des Einhängesitzes zur Wand, so dass der Einhängesitz in seine Endposition gleitet.
  • Wenn die Profilschenkel an ihren freien Enden einen Führungsabschnitt ausbilden, der sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Rückenlehne erstreckt, kann der, wie vorstehend ausgeführt, schräg von oben in Richtung der Wand ausgerichteten Zustellbewegung des Einhängesitzes eine Vertikalbewegung vorangestellt werden, um diese vertikale Zustellbewegung zur selbsttätigen Entriegelung der Riegeleinrichtung während des Einhängens zu nutzen. Dabei wird die Riegeleinrichtung durch die in die Haltestangenaufnahme eingeführte Haltestange aus ihrer Riegelungsstellung in ihrer Entriegelungsstellung gedrückt. Nach Überführung der Haltestange in den Aufnahmeteil der Haltestangenaufnahme gleitet die Riegeleinrichtung wieder in ihre Verriegelungsstellung zurück, so dass die Haltestange durch die Riegeleinrichtung hintergriffen wird und somit ein Abnehmen des Einhängsitzes von der Haltestange nur noch durch erneute Betätigung der Riegeleinrichtung bzw. Ergreifen des Tragegriffs möglich ist.
  • Wenn gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform die Riegeleinrichtung als zumindest eine mit dem Griffstück verbundene Zugstange ausgeführt ist, deren Anschlagende zur Freigabe der Aufnahmeöffnung in der Betriebstellung des Tragegriffs bündig im Aufnahmeabschnitt des Profilschenkels aufgenommen ist, ist der Verriegelungsvorgang beim Einhängen bzw. der Entriegelungsvorgang beim Abnehmen des Einhängesitzes ohne Einfluss auf die während des Einhängens oder Abnehmens ausgeführte Bewegung und somit kein wesentlicher Widerstand von der das Einhängen oder Abnehmen ausführenden Person spürbar. Die Handhabung des Einhängesitzes wird hierdurch besonders komfortabel.
  • Wenn das Griffstück des Tragegriffs als Griffleiste ausgebildet ist, derart, dass in der Nicht-Betriebsstellung des Tragegriffs die Griffleiste bündig mit der Oberfläche des Tragrands in einem am Tragrand ausgebildeten Rezess aufgenommen ist, ist die Ausbildung des Tragegriffs ohne wesentlichen Einfluss auf eine in sich ebene Oberfläche der Haltestangenaufnahme, so dass insbesondere die Reinigung des Einhängesitzes durch die Ausbildung des Tragegriffs nicht beeinflusst wird. Da im Pflegebereich der Einhaltung hoher Hygienestandards eine besondere Bedeutung zukommt, ist hiermit ein wesentlicher Vorteil verbunden.
  • Wenn darüber hinaus der Einhängesitz so ausgebildet ist, dass der Rezess zur flächenbündigen Aufnahme der Griffleiste im Tragrand einen stufenförmigen Randabsatz am Tragrand ausbildet und in seiner Breite so bemessen ist, dass die Griffleiste mit einem Längsrand einen Vorsprung am Tragrand ausbildet, kann auf eine besondere konstruktive Ausgestaltung, wie beispielsweise eine zumindest teilweise strukturierte Gestaltung der Oberfläche der Griffleiste, um ein Ergreifen der Griffleiste zu erleichtern, verzichtet werden. Stattdessen reicht ein einfaches Hintergreifen der Griffleiste aus, so dass die Oberfläche der Griffleiste entsprechend glatt ausgebildet sein kann, was wiederum die Erfüllung der bereits vorstehend genannten Hygienestandards erleichtert. Nachfolgend wird eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform des Einhängesitzes anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert.

  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Einhängesitz 10, der im vorliegenden Fall als Klappsitz ausgeführt ist, mit einer Rückenlehen 11 und einer über ein am unterem Ende der Rückenlehne 11 ausgebildetes Sitzscharnier 12 gegen die Rückenlehne 11 verschwenkbar angeschlossenen Sitzfläche 13. Die Rückenlehen 11 ist mit einem Tragrahmen 14 versehen, der zwei vertikal verlaufende Traversen 15, 16 aufweist, die an ihren unteren Enden über einen U-förmig ausgebildeten Stützrahmen 17 und an ihren oberen Enden über eine Haltestangenaufnahme 18 miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Die Haltestangenaufnahme 18 weist eine Profilleiste 19 auf, mit einem Aufnahmeteil 20, das einen Tragrand 21 und an dem Tragrand anschließende Profilschenkel 22, 23 auf. Die Profilschenkel 22, 23 weisen unmittelbar benachbart dem Tragrand 21 Aufnahmeabschnitte 24, 25 auf, die so ausgerichtet sind, dass sie mit der Rückenlehne bzw. einer Rückenlehnenebene 25 einen spitzen Winkel α ausbilden. An die Aufnahmeabschnitte 24, 25 anschließend weisen die Profilschenkel 22, 23 jeweils eine Führungsabschnitt 27, 28 auf.
  • Wie eine Zusammenschau der Fig. 1 und 2 deutlich macht, ist an der Haltestangenaufnahme 18 ein Tragegriff 29 vorgesehen, der eine Griffleiste 30 und mit der Griffleiste 30 verbundene, hier an Längsenden 31, 32 der Griffleiste angeordnete Zugstangen 33, 34 aufweist. Die Zugstangen 33, 34 sind ausziehbar in der Profilleiste 19 aufgenommen, so dass die Griffleiste 30 in einer Nicht-Betriebsstellung des Tragegriffs 29, die in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist, bündig in einem Randabsatz 35 des Tragrands 21 aufgenommen ist, und in einer Betriebsstellung, in der der Tragegriff 29 manuell ergreifbar ist, ist die Griffleiste 30 mit einem eine Durchgriffsöffnung 26 freigebenden Abstand zum Tragrand 21 angeordnet.
  • Wie Fig. 3 zeigt, befindet sich in der Nicht-Betriebsstellung des Tragegriffs 29, in der die Griffleiste 30 bündig in der Profilleiste 19 angeordnet ist, eine aus den beiden Zugstangen 33, 34 gebildete Riegeleinrichtung 36 in ihrer eingefahrenen Position, in der sich die Zugstangen 33, 34 im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem einem Wandhalter 37 zugewandten Führungsabschnitt 27 des Profilschenkels 22 der Profilleiste 19 erstrecken.
  • Ausgehend von der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Nicht-Betriebsstellung des Tragegriffs 29 wird der Einhängesitz 10 gegenüber einer Haltestange 38 des Wandhalters 37 vorpositioniert, derart, dass der der Rückenlehne 11 zugewandte Führungsabschnitt 28 der Profilleiste 19 auf Anschlag gegen die Haltestange 38 bewegt wird ( Fig. 4 ). Infolge der Vorpositionierung befinden sich die Zugstangen 33, 34 oberhalb der Haltestange 38. Nachfolgend wird der Einhängesitz 10, wie in Fig. 5 dargestellt, eingehängt, wobei je nachdem, wo der Einhängesitz 10 erfasst wird, also beispielsweise am Tragegriff 29 oder an der Rückenlehne 11, die die Riegeleinrichtung 36 bildenden Zugstangen 33, 34 durch Zug an der Griffleiste 30 des Tragegriffs 29 oder durch einen Druck der Haltestange 38 gegen am unteren Enden der Zugstangen 33, 34 ausgebildete Anschlagenden 40, 41 durch eine Absenkbewegung des Einhängesitzes 10 aus der Profilleiste 19 nach oben herausgedrückt werden.
  • In jedem erfolgt bei einem Fortsetzen der Absenkbewegung des Einhängesitzes 10 gegenüber der Haltestange 38 eine schwerkraftbedingte Relativverlagerung der Haltestange 38 von der in Fig. 5 dargestellten Stellung, in der die Haltestange 38 in das Aufnahmeteil 20 eingeführt ist, in die in Fig. 6 dargestellte Endposition, in der die Haltestange 37 im Aufnahmeteil 20 der Profilleiste 19 aufgenommen ist und die Profilleiste 19 mit dem Tragrand 21 abstützend auf der Haltestange 38 aufliegt. Nachfolgend der Verlagerung der Haltestange 38 in den Aufnahmeteil 20 erfolgt schwerkraftbedingt ein selbsttätiges Absenken des Tragegriffs 29 mit Überführung der Zugstangen 33, 34 der Riegeleinrichtung 36 in die Verriegelungsstellung, in der eine durch die Profilschenkel 22, 23 begrenzte Aufnahmeöffnung 39 der Profilleiste 19 blockiert ist, und das Abnehmen des Einhängesitzes 10 von der Haltestange 38 ohne ein bewusstes Ergreifen der Griffleiste 30 des Tragegriffs 29, mit der Folge, dass die Anschlagenden 40, 41 aus der Aufnahmeöffnung 39 herausbewegt werden und die Aufnahmeöffnung 39 freigegeben wird, nicht möglich ist.

Claims (6)

  1. Einhängesitz (10) zur hängenden Anordnung an einem Wandhalter (37) mit einer zumindest abschnittsweise im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden Haltestange (38), wobei eine Rückenlehne (11) des Einhängesitzes mit einer Haltestangenaufnahme (18) versehen ist, die einen Tragrand (21) zur abstützenden Auflage auf der Haltestange des Wandhalters aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Haltestangenaufnahme einen Tragegriff (29) mit einem Griffstück aufweist, das über eine ausziehbar am Tragrand angeordnete Riegeleinrichtung (36) mit der Haltestangenaufnahme kraftschlüssig verbunden ist, derart, dass in einer Nicht-Betriebsstellung des Tragegriffs die Riegeleinrichtung eine Aufnahmeöffnung (39) der Haltestangenaufnahme verriegelt und in einer Betriebsstellung des Tragegriffs die Riegeleinrichtung die Aufnahmeöffnung freigibt.

    dass die Haltestangenaufnahme (18) zumindest abschnittsweise als Profilleiste (19) ausgebildet ist, die in einem Aufnahmeteil (20) zwei zumindest abschnittsweise parallele und entsprechend dem Durchmesser der Haltestange (28) beabstandete Profilschenkel (22, 23) aufweist, deren dem Tragrand (21) benachbarteter Aufnahmeabschnitt (24, 25) einen spitzen Winkel α mit der Rückenlehne (11) einschließt.
  3. Einhängesitz nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Profilschenkel (22, 23) an ihren freien Enden eine Führungsabschnitt (27, 28) ausbilden, der sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Rückenlehne (11) erstreckt.
  4. Einhängesitz nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Riegeleinrichtung (36) als zumindest eine mit dem Griffstück verbundene Zugstange (33, 34) ausgeführt ist, deren Anschlagende (40, 41) zur Freigabe der Aufnahmeöffnung (39) in der Betriebsstellung des Tragegriffs (29) bündig im Aufnahmeabschnitt (24, 25) des Profilschenkels (22, 23) aufgenommen ist.
  5. Einhängesitz nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Griffstück des Tragegriffs (29) als Griffleiste (30) ausgebildet ist, derart, dass in der Nicht-Betriebsstellung des Tragegriffs die Griffleiste bündig mit der Oberfläche des Tragrands in einem am Tragrand (21) ausgebildeten Rezess aufgenommen ist.
  6. Einhängesitz nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Rezess zur flächenbündigen Aufnahme der Griffleiste (30) im Tragrand (21) einen stufenförmigen Randabsatz (35) am Tragrand ausbildet und in seiner Breite so bemessen ist, dass die Griffleiste mit einem Längsrand einen Vorsprung am Tragrand ausbildet.
