    - verrouillage mécanique de la première partie de plaque de fond (6) avec la seconde partie de plaque de fond (2),
    les deux parties de plaque de fond (2, 6) étant amenées en recouvrement l'une avec l'autre pour le verrouillage lors du pliage l'une sur l'autre de telle sorte qu'au moins une encoche (17, 18, 117, 118) formée dans la première partie de plaque de fond (6) soit amenée sensiblement en recouvrement avec une encoche (15, 16, 115, 116) formée dans la seconde partie de plaque de fond (2) associée à celle-ci par paires et des moyens de serrage (19, 119) reliés à la première partie de plaque de fond (6) soient serrés dans l'encoche (15, 16, 115, 116) de la seconde partie de plaque de fond (2),
    un renflement (19, 119) présent dans au moins une encoche (17, 18, 117, 118) formée dans la première partie de plaque de fond étant serré dans l'encoche associée dans la seconde partie de plaque de fond (2) en ce qu'une force est exercée vers la seconde partie de plaque de fond (2) sur la première partie de plaque de fond (6) dans la zone (20) du renflement (19, 119) en direction de la normale à la surface.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, une ébauche (1) étant retirée, dans une première étape, d'une réserve d'ébauches (24), dans laquelle des ébauches (1) sont empilées, orientées de préférence sensiblement verticalement, en ce que la première ébauche (1) respective de la réserve d'ébauches (24) est rabattue de préférence de 90°, en particulier à l'horizontale pour la suite de la fabrication du récipient (21).
  8. Installation de machine pour la fabrication d'un récipient (21) à partir d'une ébauche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 à l'aide du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 7, comprenant
    - des moyens d'amenée pour l'amenée d'une ébauche (1),
    - des moyens de pliage des plaques (3, 5), formant les parois latérales du récipient fini, de l'ébauche (1),
    - des moyens de pliage de la première partie de plaque de fond (6) sur les parois latérales,
    - des moyens de pliage de la seconde partie de plaque de fond (2) sur la première partie de plaque de fond (6),
    caractérisé en ce que des moyens pour le verrouillage mécanique de la première partie de plaque de fond (6) avec la seconde partie de plaque de fond (2) sont prévus, les moyens pour le verrouillage mécanique comportant au moins un dispositif pour l'exercice d'une force en direction de la normale à la surface des parties de plaque de fond (2, 6) dans la zone (20) du renflement (19, 119).
