Definitions

  • the invention relates to a table support for an inflated balloon with a base supported on a base, through which extends at least one slot, which is intended for attachment of a neck through which the balloon is filled and of a tubular material of a the balloon forming sheath exists.
  • Balloon mounts are used to decorate rooms where a celebration is to take place.
  • the balloons can be connected to the bracket.
  • the US 4,428,149 describes a balloon holder with a tubular body having a slot for insertion of the balloon neck and a wall with a bore for holding a balloon node. This bracket is not intended for table decoration.
  • the slot in a foot-defining surface has at least two junctions and a width sufficient to receive a neck through which the balloon is filled and which consists of a compressed material of a balloon forming sheath the surface in the area of the junctions has recesses, of which a first is designed as a guide for the lower part of the balloon, into which an inlet opening for filling the balloon opens and a second recess is formed as a receptacle for a knotting, through which the inlet opening is closed after filling of the balloon and the neck extends from the first recess to the second recess through the slot.
  • This two-dimple design with the neck running through the slot with a certain amount of preload, is particularly well-suited for the installation of latex balloons. Due to the existing between the two wells bias of the neck an upright state of the balloon is caused within the holder.
  • the depressions open at their lowest points in a hole extending through the slot.
  • the strand of the balloon can be aligned, so that a particularly favorable position for the balloon can be selected.
  • a recess is provided on mutually opposite areas of the surface in each case.
  • This arrangement of the recesses ensures that the aspiring balloon holds the holder in a stable position, so that a large support surface can be selected for setting up the foot.
  • the neck in a region lying between the recesses has a longitudinal tension, by means of which, on the one hand, the lower part of the balloon and, on the other hand, the knot is pulled into their respective recesses. This also gives the balloon with respect to the foot a very stable position, which can be selected according to the desired table decoration.
  • the second recess is provided in a base of the foot, and out of the first recess the inflated balloon protrudes.
  • the footprint remains as a large-scale support for the foot, so that it is safe.
  • the inflated balloon is guided in its depression so that it provides the desired sight, which can be intensified by printing on the balloon surface.
  • the foot is formed as a cube.
  • the slot extends through one of the side surfaces to a central axis formed as a bore.
  • Such a cube offers a timeless appearance, which can be used for a variety of cases as a table decoration.
  • a plurality of slots extend through the cube to a hole associated with a respective slot, and each hole are each associated with two recesses which are distributed over at least two mutually opposite side surfaces.
  • a recess is formed as at least one surface surrounded by webs in the region of the surface, and the slot extends through two opposing webs into the surface into which it protrudes at least to a depth in the a slider wrapped around the neck is clamped.
  • a holder bears in particular the design bill, which is usually found in foil balloons.
  • This shape of the neck can be particularly favorable to wrap around a slide to be inserted into the slot, so that a firm clamping of the wrapped by the neck slider is formed in the slot.
  • the slot has a width applied in multiple folds neck clamping width. In this way, it is possible to take into account different material thicknesses of a foil balloon by a corresponding design of the slot.
  • FIGS. 7 to 14 illustrated embodiments do not belong to the claimed invention.
  • a holder 1 consists essentially of a foot 2, with which a balloon 3 is connected.
  • the balloon 3 may also be filled with a gas or gas mixture suitable for balloon fillings
  • the foot 2 has a boundary 4 encompassing it, for example in the form of a cube 5.
  • a slot 6 for example in vertical Direction can go. Any other course of the slot 6 is conceivable.
  • This slot 6 has in each case two mutually opposite surfaces 9, 10 respectively junctions 7, 8.
  • the slot 6 extends into the foot 2 into, for example, up to a through the foot 2 extending through the central axis 11, which serves as a bore 12th is trained.
  • This bore 12 opens into recesses 13, 14, which are provided in the opposing surfaces 9, 10.
  • These recesses 13, 14 are formed as funnels, which taper in each case in the direction of the bore 12 or as hemispheres, in the lowest point of the bore 12 opens, so that they can fulfill their respective tasks.
  • the depression 13 facing the balloon 3 serves to accommodate a lower part 15 of a balloon 3 facing the cube 5, so that a protruding from the recess 13 part of the balloon 3 above the balloon 3 facing surface 9 of the cube 5 is.
  • a knot 17 is provided, which closes the one hand, the balloon 3 against leakage of air present in the balloon 3 and the other ensures that the filling opening 16 is pulled through the bore 12 in the direction of the upper recess 13.
  • the filling opening 16 is compressed with its neck 18 into a strand, so that it can be pulled through the slot 6 into the bore 12.
  • the slot 6 has in the region of its junction in the boundary 4 curves 49, which facilitate insertion of the neck 18 in the slot 6.
  • the knot 17 is mounted at a position of the filling opening 16, which is dimensioned with respect to the bore 12 so that when inserting the neck 18 in the slot 6 within the filling opening 16 builds up a tension sufficient to one hand, the balloon 3 in to keep the predetermined position of the recess 13 and on the other hand to prevent the filling opening 16 from slipping out of the slot 6.
  • the cube 5 can be connected via coupling parts 19, 20 with a rotating device 21.
  • This consists of a turntable 22, on whose the cube 5 facing surface 23, the coupling parts 19, 20 rise. These engage in the coupling holes 24, 25, which are provided in the bottom surface 10 of the cube facing the rotating device 21.
  • the turntable 22 is coupled to an electric motor 26, which puts the cube 5 and thus the entire holder 1 in rotational movements via the turntable 22.
  • a non-illustrated electronic playback device for playing music can be provided in the cube 5 within a recess 27 provided for this purpose. This can also be coupled to the electric motor 26 so that the musical performance can be tuned to the rotational movements performed by the holder 1.
  • slit 6 and other courses of slots 28 may be provided in the foot 2, so that, for example, small balloons 29 from a side surface 30 of the foot 2 well.
  • the attachment of the small balloon 29 takes place within the slit 28 provided for him in a similar manner as the attachment of the balloon 3 within the two recesses 13, 14.
  • Such designs of the foot 2 are particularly conceivable if it deviates from the shape of the cube, Thus, for example, the side surfaces 30 extend obliquely to the central axis of the foot 2, so that the slot 28 opens vertically into the side surface 30. In this way, the small balloon 29 can be supported on the inclined side surface 30 with its lower part 31.
  • the foot 2 extends between two legs 32, 33 which are set apart in the form of a triangle. In their upper region, approximately in the region of a belt line 34, they form an upper depression 13 which opens into the slot 6. Following the slot 6, a lower recess 14 is formed between the legs 32, 33 bent away from one another, into which an inlet opening 35 protrudes. This is provided with a knot 36 which prevents the inlet opening 35 from sliding out of the slot 6.
  • a head 39 can be seen in plan view, which is shown above a body. Below the head 39 open into the body 40 shoulders 41, 42 to which arms 43, 44 and hands 45, 46 are attached. The figure rests on feet 47, 48, on which she stands.
  • the head 39 may be formed as a balloon, which is displaced through the slot 49 in the direction of the center of the body 40, so that at this point the necessary for attachment of the balloon depressions 13, 14 are provided.
  • An incalculable number of other figurative representations may be provided for the attachment of a balloon on a foot 2.
  • the holder 1 is used both for latex balloons 60 and for foil balloons 61.
  • Typical attachments of the latex balloon 60 are in the FIGS. 1 to 6 . 12 . 13, 14 while typical fasteners of foil balloons 61 are shown in FIGS FIGS. 10 and 11 result.
  • they can be mounted in narrow slots 6 and also in wide slots 28.
  • the slots can run in any direction, for example, vertically, horizontally and also obliquely to a horizontal footprint 62nd
  • a film material 63 of a film balloon 61 is relatively stiff to the latex material of the latex balloon 60 and can not be placed in a plurality of pleats 55 and pulled through a slot 6, such as the latex material. For this reason, separate for the attachment of foil balloons 61 designs of the slot 6, through which the balloon 8, 61 forming material can be pulled into tight folds pulled. Rather, the film material 63 forms a stiff neck 64 which contains two air-tightly interconnected film layers which seal the inflated balloon 61 against a loss of pressure. The resulting stiff Neck 64 can be wrapped around a solid object, such as the slider 54 at best.
  • This slider 54 has, together with the neck 64 wrapping around it a thickness which is firmly pressed within the slot 59.
  • the slot 59 has a width 56 in which the slider 54 with the surrounding rigid neck 64 has a firm grip.
  • the foil balloon 61 can be supported with its lower part 65 on a surface 57 which is surrounded by webs 50, 51, 52, 53 and which serve to guide the lower part 65. This area 57 surrounded by the webs 50, 51, 52, 53 is incorporated in the surface 9 of the foot 2 facing the film balloon 61.
  • the slot 59 has a foil balloon 61 facing away from the depth 58, in which the slider 54 can be pressed with its entire length. In order to exert appropriate forces on the slider 54, this is provided on its two opposite sides 67, 68, each with a projecting beyond the boundary 4 of the holder 1 end 69. On these opposite ends 69, the necessary force can be exerted on the slider 54 to push it with the wrapped sheet material 63 in the slot 59 can. To move the slider 54 passages 70, 71 are provided in two opposite webs 50, 52, which allow a displacement of the ends 69 in the direction of the slot 59.
  • foil foils 61 are used in this way, a tight fit of the neck 64 within the slot 59 is achieved.
  • the foil balloon 61 is supported with its lower part 65 on the one hand on the surface 57 and on the other hand on the webs 50, 51, 52.53.
  • a correspondingly wide selected slider 72 is wrapped with a neck 18 of the latex balloon 60.
  • care is taken to ensure that the neck 18 final knot 17 protrudes after wrapping the slider 72 in the area surrounded by the webs 50, 51, 52, 53 recess 13 and optionally rests on the surface 57.
  • This wrapping turns the latex balloon 60 securely guided with its lower part 3 between the webs 50, 51, 52, 53.
  • This slot 73 has, at its lower end 74 facing away from the latex balloon 60, a receiving channel 75 extending through the holder 1, which is designed to be large enough to receive a knot 17 of the neck 18.
  • This knot 17 prevents the neck 18 from slipping out of the horizontal slot 73.
  • the latex balloon 60 also receives a similarly tight fit in a horizontally extending slot 73 which terminates at its lower end 74 in a tunnel-shaped recess 76 which extends parallel to the slot 73 to the point through which the neck 18 of the latex Balloons 60 protrudes from the lower end 74 of the slot 73. At this point, the neck is closed with a knot 17 which prevents the latex balloon 60 from being released from the holder 1.
  • a holder 1 with a horizontally or obliquely running slot 6, 59, 73 can be used both for latex balloons 60 and for foil balloons 61. At most, there are differences in the width 56 of the slot 6, 59, 73. This must either be so wide that attachment of the balloon 3 by means of a slider 54 is possible or very narrow, if he the neck 18 of a latex balloon 60 must record.
