Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen elastischen Gurt mit Schließmechanismus zur Fixierung verschiedener Textilien auf anderen Gegenständen, wie dieser im Anspruch 1 und den folgenden, abhängigen Ansprüchen beschrieben ist. Ebenso werden verschiedene Anwendungsmöglichkeiten mit diesem Gurt in den abhängigen Ansprüchen beschrieben. Eine bevorzugte Anwendung ist die Befestigung von Badetüchern auf Liegestühlen.
  • Ein oftmaliges Ärgernis für Badegäste ist das Verwehen des auf den Liegestuhl gelegten Badetuchs durch den Wind. Dies ist insbesondere am Meeresstrand von Nachteil, da einerseits am Meer meist ein zumindest leichter Wind weht und andererseits das Badetuch in den Sand geweht wird und dadurch verschmutzt. Ebenso kann es bei stärkerem Wind passieren, dass das Badetuch nicht nur vom Liegestuhl geweht wird, sondern weiter verweht wird und nicht nur verschmutzt, sondern gänzlich verloren geht.
    Weiters ist es bekannt, dass durch Bewegungen auf dem Liegestuhl oder einem Sessel durch den Benützer dieser das Handtuch verrutscht und speziell im schräg gestellten Kopfbereich eines Liegestuhls das Verrutschen des Badetuchs unangenehm ist. Dies soll durch eine geeignete Befestigung verhindert werden.
  • Es wird in der Beschreibung auf die Vorteile der Erfindung und der Nutzung bei der Befestigung eines Badetuchs auf einem Liegestuhl eingegangen und der besseren Verständlichkeit wegen auf die verschiedenen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten und Bezeichnungen nicht immer eingegangen. Badetücher werden beispielsweise auch als Liegetücher, Handtücher, oder Strandtücher bezeichnet und umfassen ein flächiges Textilprodukt, welches einerseits zum Abtrocknen, andererseits als Liege- oder Sitzunterlage auf verschiedenen Gegenständen verwendet wird.
    Liegestuhl oder auch Sonnenstuhl, Sonnenliege oder Liege bezeichnet ein Ruhemöbel, welches sowohl innen, wie auch außen vornehmlich zur Erholung verwendet wird und neben der Liegefläche meist Füße zur Beabstandung vom Boden und teilweise eine Sonnenschutzklappe aufweist.
  • Der Gurt kann aber auch zur Befestigung von Badetüchern, wie auch anderen Textilien auf einem Sessel, einem Tisch, aber auch auf einem Wäscheständer oder einem Balkongeländer dienen.
  • Bis jetzt wurde die Aufgabe der einfachen Befestigung von Textilien auf Gegenständen meist durch verschiedene Klammern gelöst. Dies hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass die Klammer auf den Gegenstand abgestimmt werden muss und somit nicht universell einsetzbar ist.
    Klammern mit einem breiten Einsatzbereich sind meist aufwendig gefertigt. Ein derartiger Haltemechanismus ist beispielsweise in der DE20201001869U1 offenbart.
    Neben Klammern wird oftmals auch versucht durch Beschweren des Badetuchs mit schweren Gegenständen, wie beispielsweise Steinen ein Verwehen durch den Wind zu verhindern.
    Einerseits sind derartige Gegenstände oftmals nicht verfügbar, andererseits führen diese zur Verschmutzung des Badetuchs und schränken die nutzbare Liegefläche ein.
  • Weitere Verwendungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Gurt zeigt die US6438805B1 , die ein Band zur Befestigung eines Kopfpolsters auf der schrägen Kopffläche einer Liege beschreibt. Dieses Band ist jedoch nicht elastisch, da es längenverstellbar ausgeführt ist, und damit aufwändig an unterschiedliche Größen angepasst werden muss. Weiters erfolgt keine flächige Klemmung des Kopfpolsters, sondern eine Befestigung durch Festschnappen am Rand. Damit ist eine Positionierung eines Polsters auf einer schrägen Ebene möglich, aber nicht das Befestigen eines Badetuchs auf einer Liege, da damit zwar die Höhe fixiert wird, der Polster aber nicht gegen allfälligen Wind fixiert ist. Weiters ist das Klemmen der Verschlüsse am Polster und die Längeneinstellung langwierig.
  • Dokument CA2677919A1 beschreibt eine Haltevorrichtung um ein Handtuch in Körpernähe zu haben und gleichzeitig beide Hände frei zu haben. Hier ist keine Fixierung des Badetuchs auf einer Liege vorgesehen, sondern der gegenteilige Effekt gewünscht, dass das Badetuch möglichst frei hängt. Weiters ist durch die Klettverschlüsse, die in diesem Fall am Badetuch eingreifen mit erhöhtem Verschleiß zu rechnen, da das Badetuch bei jedem Anheften an Fasern verliert.
  • Die Verwendung von Gurten zu anderen Anwendungen zeigt auch die US2003/213828A1 . Hier wird ein Gürtel, der am Körper getragen wird und daran eine Rolle mit gewickelten Handtüchern oder Reinigungstüchern angebracht ist, beschrieben. Auch mit diesem Gurt ist keine Befestigung eines Badetuchs an einem Liegestuhl möglich.
  • Im Dokument US2006/266776A1 wird ein Armband mit verschiedenen Fächern beschrieben, das vorzugsweise zum Jagen verwendet wird um verschiedene Utensilien möglichst lautlos entnehmen und wieder verwahren zu können. Auch dadurch ergibt sich keine Möglichkeit ein Badetuch an einer Liege zu fixieren.
  • Ein weiterer Nachteil der derzeit verfügbaren Befestigungen liegt darin, dass das Entfernen des Badetuchs nur nach Entfernen der Befestigungsvorrichtung möglich ist.
    Dies ist besonders nachteilig, wenn man das Badetuch zum Abtrocknen benutzen will und anschließend wieder auf dem Liegestuhl befestigen will.
  • Ziel der Erfindung ist es eine universelle Befestigungsmöglichkeit für Textilien auf verschiedenen Gegenständen, wie Liegestühlen zu entwickeln, die für verschiedene Geometrien und unterschiedliche Längen eine sichere und einfach lösbare Befestigung darstellt.
    Ein derartiger Gurt ist in Anspruch 1 und den folgenden abhängigen Ansprüchen beschrieben und wird nachfolgend in den verschiedenen Ausführungsformen erläutert.
  • Der Gurt besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem textilen Band, welches aus zumindest teilweise elastischen Fäden oder Fasern aufgebaut ist, damit dieses elastisch verformbar ist und zumindest einem Schließmechanismus, damit dieses einen geschlossenen Gurt ergibt.
  • Die Fixierung des Textils erfolgt durch eine Klemmung des Gurts am Gegenstand unter entsprechender Dehnung des Gurts. Durch die Dehnung bei der Montage und die Elastizität des Gurtes kommt es zu einer Klemmkraft und daher zu einer Fixierung des Textils.
    Zur Fixierung ist es möglich das Badetuch bereits vorher auf den Liegestuhl zu legen, dann jeweils am Kopfende und am Fußende einen Gurt um das Badetuch und den Liegestuhl zu spannen und vorzugsweise auf der Rückseite der Liege zu verschließen.
  • Es ist aber auch möglich, den Gurt vorher um den Liegestuhl zu spannen und anschließend das Badetuch unter den Gurt zu schieben. Durch die Elastizität des Gurts ist dies einfach möglich.
    Ebenso ergibt sich die Möglichkeit das Badetuch zu entfernen, ohne dass der Gurt gelöst wird.
    Der Verschlussmechanismus kommt hier idealerweise auf der Rückseite des Liegestuhls zum Liegen, damit die Liegefläche nicht wesentlich erhöht wird und der Liegekomfort dadurch nicht eingeschränkt wird.
    Durch das Verschließen des Bandes ist es auch kein Problem, den Gurt innerhalb der Füße des Liegestuhls, oder auch am Kopfende bei Vorhandensein eines Sonnenschutzes anzubringen.
  • Die Elastizität des Gurts liegt zwischen 10 und 200 %, wobei vorzugsweise eine mögliche Dehnung zwischen 50 und 150 % durch die Verwendung geeigneter Fasern, bzw. der Herstellung durch Stricken oder Weben eingestellt wird.
    In der Anwendung wird der Gurt dann zwischen zumindest 5% und der maximalen Dehnung gedehnt.
  • Ebenso kann durch das geeignete Herstellverfahren des Bandes erreicht werden, dass sich dieses zwar in die Länge elastisch dehnt, dabei aber seine Breite nicht verändert, sondern nur in der Dicke geringfügig abnimmt.
    Neben der Elastizität kann auch die Klemmkraft, die der Kraft entspricht, mit der der Gurt gedehnt wird, durch Auswahl der Fasern und des Fertigungsverfahrens eingestellt werden.
    Die Kraft zur Dehnung des Bandes liegt bevorzugt im Bereich zwischen 5 und 50 N.
  • Die Länge und Breite, sowie die Dicke des Gurts sind beliebig wählbar. Eine Länge von 800 bis 1500 mm hat sich für die Anwendung an Liegestühlen als besonders geeignet herausgestellt. Die Breite liegt zwischen 20 und 50 mm, sowie die Dicke zwischen 0,5 und 3 mm.
  • Die Länge kann dabei fix vorgegeben sein und sich durch die Elastizität an unterschiedliche Abmessungen des Gegenstandes anpassen.
    Die Länge kann aber auch verstellbar sein. Und bei verschiedenen Verschlussmöglichkeiten realisiert werden.
  • Das Band ist mit zumindest einem Verschlussmechanismus ausgestattet. Durch den Verschlussmechanismus ist es möglich den Gurt einfach um den Gegenstand zu führen und das Textil durch Klemmen zwischen Gurt und Gegenstand zu befestigen.
    Der Schließmechanismus kann ein Klettverschluss sein, der an den beiden Enden des Bandes angebracht ist. Dabei beträgt die Länge des Klettverschlusses zwischen 30 und 150 mm.
    Für eine Längenverstellung kann ein Klettende auch länger ausgeführt sein, bzw. mindestens ein Klettverschlussteil an mehreren Stellen des Bandes angebracht werden.
    Es ist aber auch möglich an mindestens einem Bandende zumindest eine Schnalle zu befestigen. Hierbei kann mit einer Schnalle ein Verschluss ähnlich eines Gürtels ausgeführt sein. Die Längenverstellung erfolgt hier durch mehrere Eingriffmöglichkeiten für die Schnalle am Band. Es ist aber auch möglich zwei Schnallen durch ein Ineinanderfügen zu verschließen.
  • Eine Befestigung mit zwei Schnallen wird auch als Schnappverschluss bezeichnet. Dabei ist jeweils das Ende des Gurts fix oder verstellbar mit einer Schnalle verbunden, beispielsweise vernäht, verschweißt oder verklebt und die beiden Schnallen werden miteinander mittels Schnappverbindung verbunden.
  • Weiters kann der wiederverschließbare Verschluss auch durch mindestens einen Knopf mit mindestens einem korrespondierenden Knopfloch ausgeführt sein. Ebenso kann es vorteilhaft sein, dass der Verschlussmechanismus durch mindestens einen Druckknopf realisiert ist. Durch entsprechende Positionierung der Verschlusselemente ist hier eine Längenverstellung möglich um die Einsatzmöglichkeiten des Gurts zu erhöhen.
  • Die Längenverstellung kann auch durch eine zusätzliche Schlaufe des Bandes mit einer Klammer realisiert werden. Eine derartige Längenverstellung ist bei starren Bändern, beispielsweise Tragegurten Stand der Technik und wird daher nicht näher beschrieben.
  • Der Gurt kann einfärbig, aber auch beliebig gemustert gefertigt werden, wie es in der Textilindustrie Stand der Technik ist.
  • Ebenso kann der Gurt mit verschiedenen Designs, Schriftzeichen oder auch Logos versehen werden.
    Die Aufbringung dieser Schriftzeichen kann mittels Druckverfahren oder durch Besticken am fertigen Band, wie auch durch Mitweben, bzw. Mitstricken bei der Bandherstellung erfolgen.
    Mit einem Logo kann hier eine gute Werbefläche geschaffen werden, die das Produkt auch ideal als Werbeartikel und Give-away positioniert.
    Da die Anwendung meist im Urlaub erfolgt ist der Werbewert insbesondere für Reiseveranstalter, Fluglinien, Mietwagenanbieter, Hotelketten und ähnliche Firmen interessant.
  • Es kann aber auch ein personalisierter oder beliebig gestalteter Standardschriftzug aufgebracht werden. Durch derartige Schriftzüge ("OCCUPIED", oder "DONT TOUCH") wird die Produktattraktivität entsprechend erhöht.
  • Es ist weiters möglich am Gurt zusätzliche Befestigungselemente für verschiedene Gegenstände anzubringen. Diese Befestigungselemente können insbesondere elastische Schlaufen, oder auch kleine Taschen sein.
    Die Befestigungselemente können entweder angenäht sein, aber auch mit Befestigungsmitteln angebracht sein, wie sie bereits für die Verbindung des Bandes beschrieben wurden.
    Die Befestigungselemente dienen insbesondere zur sicheren Lagerung von Schreibgeräten, Feuerzeugen, Zigarettenpackungen, Mobiltelefonen, Brillen, sowie Bücher oder Hefte.
    Auch diese Gegenstände sind damit sicher gehalten und jederzeit griffbereit.
  • Neben Befestigungselementen für weitere Gegenstände, ist es auch möglich eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für den Gurt selbst zu integrieren. Eine derartige Befestigungsvorrichtung dient dazu, beim Transport des Gurts, diesen möglichst geordnet und platzsparend transportieren zu können. Dazu wird vorzugsweise ein rechtwinkelig zum Gurt angeordnetes Klettband mittels Vernähen, Verkleben oder Verschweißen angebracht um dem Gurt in zusammengerolltem Zustand zu fixieren. Prinzipiell ähnliche Befestigungsvorrichtungen sind bei Schiern mit den sogenannten Schifix realisiert. Im Gegensatz dazu ist das Fixierungsteil in diesem Fall jedoch nicht lose, sondern mit dem Gurt fix verbunden.
  • Weitere Anwendungen neben der Befestigung eines Badetuchs an einem Liegestuhl ist die Befestigung an einem Sessel.
    Es kann aber auch ein Badetuch oder andere Textilien auf einem Wäschetrockner oder einem Balkongeländer fixiert werden. Dies ist insbesondere im Urlaub von Vorteil, wenn keine Wäscheleine und keine Wäscheklammern vorhanden sind und das Badetuch über Nacht getrocknet werden soll.
    Der Gurt kann aber auch für die Befestigung eines Tischtuchs auf einem Tisch erfolgen.
    Weiters ist der Gurt auch als Koffergurt geeignet. Hierbei ist es von Vorteil, wenn der Gurt eine hohe Rückstellung besitzt, sich also nur mit großer Kraft verformen lässt und gleichzeitig längenverstellbar ist, um während seiner Anwendung möglichst stark gedehnt zu sein.
  • Neben der Verwendung des Produktes als Gurt, der bei Bedarf an einem Gegenstand angebracht wird um einen weiteren Gegenstand zu befestigen, kann auch der Gurt bereits an einem Gegenstand vormontiert sein. Beispielsweise kann am Liegestuhl mindestens ein Abroller für den elastischen Gurt fix montiert sein. Dieser Gurt kann aus der Abrollvorrichtung gezogen werden und mit dem zweiten Gurtende, oder einem Befestigungsschloss verbunden werden.
    Vorteilhaft ist an dieser Ausführungsform, dass der Gurt nicht transportiert werden muss, oder vergessen werden kann.

Claims (12)

  1. Elastischer Gurt zur Befestigung von flächigen Textilien auf verschiedenen Gegenständen durch Klemmung des Textils zwischen dem Gegenstand und dem vorgespannten Gurt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gurt mindestens einen Verschließmechanismus zum Verbinden der beiden Endstücke aufweist, der Gegenstand einen Liegestuhl darstellt und das flächige Textil ein Badetuch ist.
  2. Gurt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die maximale elastische Dehnung des Gurts zwischen 10 und 200% liegt und bei der Dehnung keine, oder nur eine minimale Kontraktion in der Breite erfolgt.
  3. Gurt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschließmechanismus ein Klettverschluss ist.
  4. Gurt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschließmechanismus ein Schnappverschluss ist.
  5. Gurt nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dehnkraft im Bereich zwischen 5 und 50 N liegt.
  6. Gurt nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge zwischen 800 und 1500 mm beträgt.
  7. Gurt nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge durch mehrere Verschließmechanismen einstellbar ist.
  8. Gurt nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser zumindest ein zusätzliches Befestigungselement für beispielsweise Schreibgeräte, Feuerzeuge, Zigarettenpackungen, Mobiltelefonen, Brillen, sowie Bücher oder Hefte aufweist.
  9. Gurt nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser durch eine senkrecht zum Gurt angebrachte Fixiereinrichtung , beispielsweise einem Klettband im Transportzustand in seiner Lage stabilisiert und fixiert werden kann.
  10. Gurt nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche mit einem Logo oder Schriftzug versehen, ist.
  11. Gurt nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser als Werbemittel eingesetzt wird.
  12. Gurt nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser an einem Gegenstand fix befestigt ist und mittels mindestens einem Abrollmechanismus ein Textil an diesen Gegenstand klemmen kann.
