Definitions

  • the invention relates to a valve of a hydraulic door operating device, that is to say of a hydraulic door closer or rotary vane drive according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a hydraulic door drive in which a solenoid valve is used to allow the closing of the door in case of fire.
  • a solenoid valve is used to allow the closing of the door in case of fire.
  • this requires a sensor to detect the door opening angle and a control electronics for driving the solenoid valve, which is expensive and has a relatively complex structure result.
  • the active leaf in a double-wing revolving door system, the active leaf must be found or prevented from closing, as long as the inactive leaf is still open so far that when closing the active leaf, the closing order - passive wing before the leaf - can not be met.
  • a valve is provided, in particular for blocking and / or damping a door movement in the hydraulic circuit of a door operating device, in particular a door closer or a rotary wing drive.
  • a door operating device is thus set up to open and / or close a connected door.
  • the door operating device has a housing.
  • the valve is adapted to be used in the door operating device influencing the flow of hydraulic fluid of the door operating device, so it can block or release.
  • the valve according to the invention comprises a sleeve and a slide.
  • the slider is guided longitudinally displaceably in the sleeve and biased by a return spring along the longitudinal displaceability.
  • the slider has such a designed contact surface for hydraulic fluid that the hydraulic fluid can be urged against this contact surface.
  • This contact surface is part of the slider or valve body, which is pressed by means of the return spring against a counter edge, which is formed in the sleeve of the valve. Ie. Due to the action of the restoring spring, the contact surface is fluid-tight at the opposite edge and thus blocks the flow of hydraulic fluid.
  • the slider is designed according to the invention to be acted upon mechanically from the outside against the action of the return spring. Ie.
  • the slide when closing a connected door, the slide can be moved by a working piston of the door actuating device in the direction of the return be pressed spring so that the contact surface is lifted from the opposite edge and thus the blockage of the flow of hydraulic fluid is at least partially canceled.
  • the slider is designed to be mechanically acted upon from the outside by the opposite edge against the action of the return spring. Due to the spring-loaded mounting of the slider, this is automatically pressed back towards the counter edge with decreasing mechanical loading of the return spring, so that it can finally be liquid-sealing again by means of its contact surface at the opposite edge ⁇ ⁇ when the mechanical loading is less than the force of the return spring or no longer exists.
  • both the valve body and the return spring are preferably accommodated.
  • the slider is formed with a return spring facing away from the sleeve protruding.
  • This has the advantage that in the case of the working piston whose movement can be limited in the direction of return spring, for example by the sleeve. Ie. the slider can only be moved far in the direction of the return spring until it is flush with the sleeve. In that case, mechanical actuators, such as the aforesaid working piston, are possible.
  • a distance between slide and sleeve, through which the hydraulic fluid must flow be dimensioned such that the flow of hydraulic fluid is still obstructed when the TBegenkante is lifted.
  • the contact surface is preferably arranged inclined at an angle to the longitudinal displaceability of the slide.
  • a kind of run-on slope for the hydraulic fluid is created.
  • the angle is pointed in the direction of the slide or valve body and is advantageously about 60 °.
  • the slider preferably has on a side facing the sleeve a recess which is delimited on one side by the contact surface, extends along the longitudinal displaceability of the slide, with the sleeve enclosing a preferably hollow cylindrical cavity and being hydraulically connected to the hydraulic connection of the sleeve.
  • the recess has the advantage that the slide along the longitudinal Extension of the sleeve can move without the liquid exchange between the slide and sleeve is interrupted.
  • the valve further comprises a mounting block, in which the sleeve is inserted and which is adapted to be used stationary in the hydraulic door operating device.
  • the mounting block thus serves to fasten the valve according to the invention in the door operating device. Ie. the fastening block forms the part of the valve that is stationarily arranged with respect to the housing of the door actuating device.
  • the mounting block preferably also has a recess on a side facing the housing of the door operating device, which extends along the direction of insertion of the fastening block in the housing of the door operating device, with the housing of the door operating device again a preferably hollow cylindrical cavity and with both Hydraulic line of the mounting block as well as hydraulically connected to a hydraulic line of the housing.
  • the recess has the advantage that the mounting block can be used in door actuation devices whose hydraulic lines to be connected to the valve are possibly located at a different location with respect to the valve and are nevertheless hydraulically connected to the recess of the mounting block. As a result, the range of application of the valve is expanded, and this is therefore universally applicable.
  • the valve according to the invention further comprises a setting section, which is arranged to be longitudinally movable in the fastening block and engages with the sleeve in such a way that it entrains the sleeve during a longitudinal movement in the fastening block.
  • a setting section which is arranged to be longitudinally movable in the fastening block and engages with the sleeve in such a way that it entrains the sleeve during a longitudinal movement in the fastening block.
  • This can change the position of sleeve and slides are set within the mounting block to the respective door operator.
  • the slider is actuated by a working piston of the door operating device. If the working piston is now further inside the door operating device with respect to the fastening block, the arrangement consisting of slide and sleeve can be moved in the direction of the working piston, although the fastening block does not change its position.
  • the sleeve can, as described above, limit the movement path of the mechanical loading element of the door actuating device.
  • adjustment section and sleeve can be integrally formed, whereby the construction of the valve is simplified.
  • the adjusting portion is preferably arranged freely rotatable in the mounting block. Thereby, it is possible to move the adjusting portion by rotating with respect to the mounting block in the interior of the door operating device or in the reverse direction, for example using a screwdriver, which simplifies the operability of the valve.
  • the sleeve On a side facing the fastening block, the sleeve preferably again has a recess which extends along the longitudinal movability of the adjustment section, encloses a cavity with the fastening block and is hydraulically connected both to the hydraulic connection of the sleeve and to a hydraulic line of the fastening block ,
  • the recess has the advantage that the sleeve by means of of the adjustment portion can be moved within the mounting block, without the flow of liquid between the sleeve and mounting block is interrupted. This also serves the universal replaceability of the valve according to the invention.
  • one of the previously described recesses is formed circumferentially. This creates between the respective recess and the immediately adjacent part a hollow cylindrical cavity. This has the advantage that the part with the recess in each case adjacent ⁇ part can be rotated without the respective hydraulic connection is lost. Ie. Hydraulic connection remains independent of the rotational position of the part with the recess and is thus always guaranteed, which increases the reliability.
  • the slider preferably also has a passage opening, which is hydraulically connected to a gap between the slide and the sleeve and extends in the direction of an actuating element of the door operating device or a closing sequence control device.
  • the passage opening directs the flow of liquid between said space in which the run-up surface may be located and an outside of the valve. The outside is a different location than that at which the mounting block is hydraulically connected to the housing of the door operator.
  • the slide has, at an end facing away from the intermediate space, preferably a continuous recess or opening, which extends substantially transversely to the longitudinal displaceability of the slide and is designed to be continuous from the passage opening.
  • a fluid channel is created, which is the fluid exchange between Passage opening and door operating device also guaranteed in exemplary fitting to the slide working piston of the door operating device, which increases the reliability. Ie. in the case of opening this is easy to produce by drilling.
  • the sleeve also has, at an end remote from the intermediate space, a continuous recess or opening which extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal extension of the continuous recess or opening on the slider.
  • a fluid channel is created in the sleeve, which ensures the fluid exchange between the slide and door operating device even in example now also applied to the sleeve working piston of the door operating device, which further increases the reliability.
  • a door operating device is set up to hydraulically open and / or close a connected door.
  • the door operating device includes a housing, a hydraulic circuit by which hydraulic fluid is forced to move when the door operating device performs an opening or closing movement, and one of the valves described above.
  • the valve is inserted into the hydraulic circuit of the door operator so as to block the flow of hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic circuit due to the action of the return spring.
  • the slider of the valve is mechanically urged by an actuator, such as a working piston, the door operating device in the opening or closing movement and thus urged away from the opposite edge in the direction of return spring or forced.

  • FIG. 2 shows a representation of the valve corresponding to FIG. 1 in a second switching position and a somewhat modified one
  • FIG. 3 shows a representation of the valve corresponding to FIG. 1 in a third switching position and in turn a slightly modified form
  • Fig. 4 is a valve according to a second embodiment of the
  • Fig. 5 shows a valve according to a third embodiment of the invention.
  • valve 1 according to a first embodiment of the invention is shown in simplified form, wherein only the upper half of the valve according to the representation selected in the figures, ie the half of the valve visible above a longitudinal axis L, hereinafter referred to as valve 1, is shown.
  • the valve 1 accordingly has a sleeve 2 in which a slide 3 is guided.
  • the slider 3 is in this case by a return spring 4 in a Direction biased parallel to the longitudinal axis L of the sleeve 2 and thereby pressed against a counter edge 6, which is formed within the sleeve 2 at this.
  • the slide 3 has for this purpose a contact surface 5, which is arranged according to the angle indication ⁇ contained in FIG. 3 inclined to the longitudinal axis L.
  • the slider 3 comes due to the action of the return spring 4 with its contact surface 5 at the opposite edge 6 liquid-tight to the plant. Ie.
  • the blocking effect of the valve 1 is created by the sealing effect between the contact surface 5 and the counter edge. 6
  • the sleeve 2 also has a hydraulic port 7, which is formed in the example case as a sleeve 2 completely cross-flow channel.
  • the hydraulic connection 7 is hydraulically connected via an outside recess 8 of the sleeve 2, a line section 9 of a fastening block 10 and a further recess 11 now of the fastening block 10 with a hydraulic line 12, which leads to a hydraulic source not shown in the figures.
  • the hydraulic channel 12 is preferably formed in a housing 13 of a door actuating device not shown in more detail, ie a door closer or rotary vane drive, since the valve 1 is connected in the installed state in the hydraulic circuit of such door operating devices.
  • Flow direction ⁇ F preferably corresponds to an opening direction of the door operating device or the connected door, in which the
  • Valve 1 blocks the flow of fluid. This is useful, for example, so that a maximum opening angle of the connected door is never exceeded. If he were exceeded, this could lead to the door operating device is damaged or, for example, collides with a wall.
  • the contact surface 5 of the slider 3 by the return spring 4 is always moved towards the opposite edge 6.
  • the cavity between the slide 3 and sleeve 2 in the region of the opposite edge 6 is relatively narrow. This narrowness hinders the fluid flow and thus leads to a relatively slow movement speed of the door.
  • the exemplary closing speed is hindered at the end of the closing movement, resulting in a closing damping.
  • the valve 1 can of course also be used so that the piston 24, the thrust surface 5 of the opposite edge 6 pushes away when the door is closed. In that case, an opening damping is achieved at the end of the door opening movement.
  • the valve 1 preferably has a screw portion 15, for example in the form of a hexagon socket screw head.
  • the screw portion 15, at least in sections, preferably has an externally threaded portion 15a, by means of which it is screwed into an internally threaded portion 10a formed in the fastening block 10.
  • the screw section 15 may preferably have a groove 15b running around the outer circumference, into which a seal 16 is inserted, for example, in the form of an O-ring.
  • the seal 16 is consequently used between the fastening block 10 and the screw section 15 in a liquid-sealing manner, in that it is advantageously elastic and is clamped between the groove 15b and the opposite inner surface of the fastening block 10.
  • a twisting of the screw portion 15 leads to a translational movement of the screw portion 15 within the mounting block 10 along the longitudinal axis L.
  • the sleeve 2 is received, for example via a spring-groove connection preferably in the housing 13 of the door operating device against rotation.
  • the housing 13 for this purpose has a projection 13b which extends along the longitudinal axis L and projects in the direction of the sleeve 2.
  • the sleeve 2 in turn has a preferably groove-like guide in the form of a rail or Guide recess 2d on.
  • the guide recess 2d can only move translationally along the projection 13b and thus the sleeve 2 in the fastening block 10, as shown in FIG. 2 to the right and to the left.
  • Another advantage of this linear guide for the sleeve 2 is that the hydraulic line 9 and the hydraulic connection 7 can change their positions relative to one another only along a single straight line, in this case, for example, parallel to the longitudinal axis L, which increases operational reliability.
  • the linear guide of the sleeve 2 can also be done by the mounting block 10.
  • the fastening block 10 is designed to be longer with respect to FIGS. 1 and 2 and has, for example, a guide recess 10d, in which the sleeve 2 is guided along the longitudinal axis L so as to be longitudinally displaceable by means of a guide projection 2h formed on it.
  • a receiving space for the return spring 4 is formed.
  • a hollow cylinder-shaped cavity is formed between sleeve 2 and slide 3.
  • the recess 3a is missing, and the recess 2a alone provides for this cavity or vice versa.
  • the return spring 4 is inserted and supported with its screw portion 15 facing the end of a stop surface 2 b of the sleeve 2. Ie. the return spring 4 is formed by way of example by means of a helical spring.
  • the stop surface 2b is advantageously formed by means of a recess 2 a limiting wall of the sleeve 2. With its end remote from the screw section 15, the return spring 4 is supported on a spring stop 17.
  • the spring stop 17 is formed in the example shown in Fig. 1 by means of a ring which is inserted into a circumferentially encircling groove 3b of the slider 3.
  • the ring preferably has a rectangular cross section, so that it provides a good stop surface for the return spring 4.
  • the groove 3b prevents the ring in FIGS. 1 and 2 from moving to the right or to the left.
  • the spring stop 17 is supported only in the direction of the return spring 4, as shown in Fig. 2, since the return spring 4 prevents movement of the spring stop 17 in the direction of return spring 4 due to their bias.
  • the spring stop 17 is placed on the recess 3a, to which also the spring stop 17 is placed; there is no additional receptacle for the spring stop 17 is required.
  • the ring advantageously has a non-circular cross-section outer contour, for example in the form of an external hex, so that the ring is rotated for example by means of an open-end wrench and translationally in the direction of stop surface 2b and away moves and thus the bias of the return spring 4 can be adjusted.
  • the slide 3 preferably also has a circumferential groove 3c on the circumference, into which a seal 18 analogous to the seal 16 is inserted. is set and thus liquid-tight between sleeve 2 and slide 3 is arranged.
  • the sleeve 2 preferably also on a side opposite to the screw portion 15 side of the hydraulic line 9 a circumferentially circumferential groove 2c similar to the grooves 3c, 15c, in which a seal 19 analogous to the seals 16, 18 is inserted and thus liquid-tight between Mounting block 10 and sleeve 2 is arranged.
  • the leakage losses between the housing 13 of the door operating device and the valve 1 are as low as possible, preferably seals 20, 21 are provided on both sides of the hydraulic channel 12, which are preferably clamped between the housing 13 and mounting block 10.
  • the attachment block 10 preferably has peripherally circumferential grooves or recesses 10b, 10c at corresponding locations.
  • the housing 13 may also have recesses or grooves 13a which now encircle the inner grooves in corresponding regions corresponding to the grooves 10b, 10c.
  • the mounting block 10 in an area on the right and / or left side of the hydraulic line 9 has an outer diameter which is smaller than an inner diameter of the housing 3 in the associated region, whereby the recess 11 is formed.
  • an exemplary hollow-cylindrical cavity is formed between mounting block 10 and housing 13. This cavity allows the hydraulic line 9 not to be in alignment with the hydraulic line 12 to allow fluid flow. Rather, the hydraulic lines 9, 12 may be arranged offset to one another.
  • This standardized valves are 1 possible, which can be used in variously designed door actuation devices, which helps reduce manufacturing costs.
  • the screwing section 15 In order for the screwing section 15 not only to be able to move the sleeve 2 in a pressing manner in the direction of the door actuating device, but also to be able to move the sleeve 2 in the opposite direction, it has a driving device on the side facing the sleeve 2.
  • the carrier device is formed by means of a preferably annular driver section 15c, which is designed to protrude in a direction preferably transversely to the longitudinal axis L and onto the sleeve 2.
  • the sleeve 2 has a recess 2e, which is preferably designed to be complementary to the driver section 15c. Ie. the driver portion 15c is engaged with the recess 2e, so to speak.
  • the driver portion 15c and the recess 2e are formed so that they can be brought in and / or disengaged from a predetermined force, which facilitates the (dis) assembly.
  • the screw portion 15 has a recess 2e similar to the recess and the sleeve 2 to this recess substantially complementary projection.
  • the driving portion 15c as shown in Fig. 2, formed by means of a projection which rests flat and clamped on the sleeve 2. Ie. the entrainment of the sleeve 2 by means of the screw 15 takes place by means of clamping or friction effect.
  • the driver portion 15c as shown in Fig. 3, also formed by means of a recess, so that between the recesses 2e and 15c, a cavity is formed.
  • a driver part 23 is inserted and preferably has the shape of a ring.
  • the ring shape is advantageous because the screw portion 15 is rotated relative to the sleeve 2.
  • the restoring spring 4 has to apply less force in order to press the contact surface 5 of the slide 3 in a liquid-tight manner against the opposite edge 6 of the sleeve 2.
  • this restriction allows damping in the movement of the connected door leaf.
  • the intermediate space 22 can be designed so that the liquid flow is hardly hindered or even impeded.
  • a valve 1 is provided that can be adjusted in terms of damping and blocking effect.
  • the mounting block 10 is stationary with respect to the housing 13.
  • the seals 20, 21 slide along the housing to a negligible extent. Ie. they are subject to little or no mechanical closure, thus keeping very long. At least that looks different with the seal 18.
  • the piston 24, for example working piston shown in the figures pushes the door actuating device against a stop surface 3g of the valve body 3 and pushes it optionally in the direction of the screw section 15.
  • the seal 18 slides with each movement of the valve Valve body 3 along the facing contact surface of the sleeve 2 and is therefore exposed to relatively high wear. This results in that the seal 18 may need to be replaced. Due to the screw portion 15 now not the whole valve 1 but only the screw portion 15 with sleeve 2 and valve body 3 must be screwed out. This reduces maintenance and simplifies maintenance.
  • the housing 13 is slightly modified. As can be seen, the housing 13 essentially resembles the housing 13 according to FIGS. 1 and 2. However, the hydraulic line 12 is designed offset to the right with respect to these FIGS. Here, the significance of the recess 11, which is preferably relatively wide along the longitudinal axis L, can be recognized. Because of this width, the valve 1 can be used in housing 13 with differently designed hydraulic lines 12, provided that the respective hydraulic line 12 is hydraulically connected to the recess 11 of the fastening block 2 when the valve 1 is inserted, ie Hydraulic fluid exchange between hydraulic line 12 and recess 11 is possible. Ie. the recess 11 improves the universal use of the valve. 1
  • valve 1 Due to the operative connection between the contact surface 5 and the counter edge 6, a valve 1 which can be inserted and removed again in a simple manner into a door operating device is provided. Therefore, the valve 1 can be used both as a locking device and as a blocking device as part of a closing sequence control.
  • the piston 24 is replaced by an unspecified actuator of this closing sequence control or forms this actuator, which can be operated by a door leaf side door operating device, so then the poppet side valve 1 blocks or releases the hydraulic fluid flow and thus a determination or release of the gang - Wing-side door operating device and thus causes the door.
  • the hydraulic fluid H flows either coming from the hydraulic line 12 via an existing between sleeve 2 and slide 3 gap 25 and a continuously formed within the slide 3 through-hole 3d in the direction of piston 24 and in the reverse direction.
  • the passage opening 3d serves to pass the hydraulic fluid H from the outside in the direction of the recess 14 or vice versa.
  • the piston 24 is in the position shown in Fig. 2, it may be that it rests flat against him opposite outer surfaces 2f of the sleeve 2, so that the hydraulic flow is either greatly impaired or blocked in this area.
  • the piston according to FIG. 1 has by way of example a passage opening 24a, which is formed with respect to the passage opening 3d in such a way that the hydraulic fluid H can flow through.
  • the Flow of the hydraulic fluid H through the piston 24 is indicated by a double arrow.
  • the piston 24 has a groove-like recess 24b, through which the hydraulic fluid H coming from the passage opening 3d is led laterally out of the piston 24 or coming from the side of the piston 24 through the recess 24b is passed through to the passage opening 3d, as also indicated by a double arrow.
  • a recess 24 b formed analogously to the recess have 3 e.
  • the sleeve 2 on the end facing the piston 24, as also shown in Fig. 2 have a recess 24b analogously formed recess 2g.
  • the liquid flows through the slide 3 and the sleeve 2 in this end region are again indicated by double arrows.
  • This embodiment allows the use in door actuation devices with completely sealing piston 24, which increases the application areas.

  • the fastening block 10 can be firmly screwed to the housing 13 in a simple manner, for example by means of a ring key. Ie. the mounting block 10 sets the valve 1 in the door actuator, whereas the screw 15 in conjunction with the sleeve 2, the adaptation of the valve to the door operator, as described above, allows.
  • the screw portion 10f has an external dimension transverse to the longitudinal axis L that is greater than an outside dimension of the external threaded portion 10e.
  • a stopper is formed so that the screw portion 10f can not be moved too far into the housing 13 in the female threaded portion 13c of the housing 13 and thus the mounting block 10.
  • the screw 10f simplifies the assembly, since this only has to be screwed tightly, without having to pay attention to any dimensions.
  • Fig. 4 shows a valve 1 according to a second embodiment of the invention in section analogous to Figs. 1 to 3. It differs from the previous embodiments essentially by the other arrangement of the return spring 4. This is in the space 25 between the valve body 3, sleeve 2 and screw portion 15 along the L Lucassver- displaceability of the valve body 3 in the direction of the screw portion 15 biased away. Ie. the return spring 4 pushes back the valve body 3, so its contact surface 5, against the opposite edge 6 of the sleeve 2nd D. h. the spring stop 17 and the recesses 2a and 3a can be omitted. Therefore, the valve body 3 and sleeve 2 can be made substantially shorter than in the variants described above.
  • the other design of the valve 1 is carried out according to the above-described embodiments.
