Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for rehabilitating existing of gravel and from underlying soil materials multilayer substructure consisting of sleepers and rails tracks on rail lines according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • the railways consist of a multi-layered substructure on which the tracks are located. These tracks consist of the sleepers and the rails.
  • the multi-layer substructure initially consists of soil layers. These are, in particular, a protective cover layer, an antifreeze layer and possibly further layers. On these soil layers is then a gravel layer. This serves to receive the track.
  • the above-described substructure must be rehabilitated from time to time.
  • the track itself is not necessarily always renewed. It can also be renewed or partially renewed at the same time. There are various procedures for renovation and renewal of underground layers and track systems.
  • EP 2 071 077 A2 describes a method for renewing the multi-layered substructure of tracks, in which on the track a work cart is continuously advanced, the track is split into a short yoke and in long yokes, first the short yoke and then the long yokes are removed according to the forward movement of the working carriage, after removal the yokes of the substructure will be renewed and finally the yokes will be reinstalled.
  • the invention has for its object to provide an improved method for rehabilitating existing of ballast and from underlying soil layers multi-layer substructure consisting of sleepers and rails tracks on rail lines.
  • the head-work car is initially designed so that the yoke-mounted track transported along this head-work vehicle to the rear and there is stored either in the head-work car or preferably in one of the work car behind it.
  • the track is then pushed through the head work car.
  • the passage of the track can be done in different ways.
  • the installation process is interrupted.
  • the interruption does not result in any discontinuity of the workflow since there is no shift interruption.
  • no new approach of the layers is required because the installation units for the ballast and for the soil materials remain only at a certain point.
  • the head-working car according to the invention allows a track renewal and simultaneous underground remediation, with all to be built and installed soil layers can be handled from a storage place. At the same time, the old tracks are removed and reinstalled. But they can also be replaced by new tracks. The tracks can be fed from the opposite direction to the ground materials the head-car, since they are logistically independent of the soil layers. In order to keep the machine design simple, the removal and installation work of the substructure layers are carried out with the track dismantled. The special feature is in the type of expansion of the underground layers and in the yokewise installation of the old or a new track.
  • ballast cleaning unit of a corresponding work car.
  • the non-reusable dirt and fines of the ballast can then be transported by the cleaning unit to appropriate bunker cars.
  • the reusable and recycled or washed ballast masses are then transported via conveyor belts back to the installation unit of the head-working car. Here they are applied to the base coat and leveled and compacted if necessary.
  • the old soil layers are abandoned by means of a lifting unit on an associated feeding station.
  • the old soil layers are transported via conveyor belts along the work cars of the various stations of the total tractor unit.
  • the transport ends for the excavated soil layers in their bunker cars.
  • the new soil material is transported from their bunker wagons over the trolleys to the appropriate installation of the head-work wagon.
  • it is useful and helpful to interpose a transfer trolley.
  • the appropriate installation unit of the Kopf-Arbeitswagens the new soil material (usually frost protection layer and layer protection layer) is installed, leveled and compacted if necessary.
  • other processes can be selected than those previously described procedure.
  • the goal is a complete renewal of the underground layers. For this purpose, only the conveyor belts and the work car in the feeder must be changed accordingly.
  • the excavation unit described above solves both the gravel layer and the old soil layer.
  • the ballast layer is hereby transferred to the loading station by means of the excavating unit.
  • the old soil layer is also transferred via a corresponding feed station by means of the excavation unit.
  • the excavation unit can be based on different techniques. The simplest technique is an excavator unit. However, other possible techniques may also be used, for example conveyor chains, milling machines, paddle wheels or other conceivable solutions by means of which the excavated material can be released and loaded.
  • the track can be removed and reinstalled using the technology described above. It can be expanded both the old track and then reinstalled. Alternatively, it is also possible that the old track can be replaced with a new track. Partial renewal is also possible. If a simultaneous track material replacement in the sense of a track renewal should take place, these new tracks are preferably fed from the opposite direction of the machine. Here it is possible to renew individual or all track construction materials.
  • the old track construction materials are loaded onto the work cars while the new track construction materials are unloaded and installed. If necessary, the work car can also be converted from old to new track materials.
  • the longitudinal process on the work car takes place by means of existing on the market techniques such as gantry cranes or the like. For loading and unloading the track construction materials can also be a standard technique, namely the so-called rail crane can be used.
  • the track is transported through the head-work car to the rear.
  • the track is in a sense immersed in the gullet of the head-work vehicle and is transported from there to the rear. This can also be done underfloor.
  • the track can either be removed and installed by the inventive head-work car. But it is also possible that the removal or installation of the track can be done from a neighboring track. In the event that a new track is installed, this can also be done by a movable on the track, separate work unit.
  • the feeding stations for the ballast and for the soil materials are preferably raised. This increase allows the conveyance of the tracks through the excavation unit according to the invention below the raised assemblies.
  • the transport of the ballast and the soil materials is carried out according to the embodiment in claim 5 by means of conveyor belts.
  • the track construction materials namely the track yokes or the rails and sleepers can be fed from the opposite direction to these base materials of the head-working machine because they are logistically independent of the soil layers.
  • the conveyor belt systems described above can be arranged arbitrarily in order to transport the corresponding materials to their processing station or bunker.
  • the conveyor belts are adjustable so that a reversible transport direction can be realized.
  • the development according to claim 7 proposes various storage and processing steps for dismantled, recycled and / or new ballast or soil materials and for the unusable dirt and fines or waste from the respective preparation by means of various types of work cars.
  • the work train has at least one transfer car.
  • This transfer car is particularly useful for transferring the soil from the bunker cars on the transfer belts.
  • head-work car is arranged at the top or at the end of a work trolley consisting of several work, with which consisting of gravel and from underlying soil materials multilayer substructure consisting of sleepers and rails tracks on railways by expansion
  • a work trolley consisting of several work, with which consisting of gravel and from underlying soil materials multilayer substructure consisting of sleepers and rails tracks on railways by expansion
  • the ballast and the soil materials is rehabilitated, has facilities for yokewise removal and for yokewise transporting back the track on.
  • Further components of the head-working carriage according to the invention are a lifting device for removing the ballast and a first feeding station for the excavated ballast, from where it can be fed to one of the rear working cars.
  • the work train as in Fig. 1 is shown, consists of a variety of work cars.
  • the in Fig. 1 shown Pakistanzug divided into four sections and shown one above the other.
  • the second representation is to be added on the left to the top representation, the third representation on the left to be added to the second representation, etc.
  • the heart of the work train is the head work car 1 either at the top or at the end of the work train.
  • This head work cart 1 has an excavating device 2 in the form of an excavator. Furthermore, two feed stations 3, 4 and two mounting devices 5, 6 are provided.
  • the excavating device 2 After the expansion of the track 9 and its transport to the rear, first the excavating device 2 ensures the excavation of the ballast 10.
  • the excavating device 2 releases the excavated ballast 10 of the loading station 3.
  • the ballast 10 is fed by means of a conveyor belt 11 to a work cart 12 for ballast processing.
  • the ballast can be recycled 10 and possibly additionally washed, the washing can optionally be done.
  • the non-reusable dirt and fines of the ballast 10 are transported from the work car 12 to the work car 13 and bunkered there.
  • the reusable and recycled as well as possibly the washed ballast are transported via conveyor belts 14 back to the head-work car 1 and the installation device 5 abandoned for the recycled ballast 10.
  • the underlying soil material 15 (surface protection layer and possibly frost protection layer) is excavated by means of the excavating device 2 and the task station 4 of the head-working vehicle 1 abandoned. From there, the transport of the old soil material 15 by means of conveyor belts 16 over all work cars away up to the work car 17, where the old soil materials 15 are bunkered. The transport for the excavated soil materials 15 ends there in this bunker car. At the same time, new floor materials 15 are transported by their work car 18 via corresponding conveyor belts 19 to the installation device 6 of the head work cart 1. To transfer the new soil materials from their bunker cars on the conveyor belts 19, it makes sense and helpful to interpose a transfer car 20.
  • the new soil material 15 is installed, leveled and, if necessary, compacted. Subsequently, the ballast 10 is installed by means of the installation device 5 of the head-working vehicle 1.
  • a fleece can be installed in the multi-layered substructure.
  • the track 9 is reinstalled. It can be used while the old, yoke-way track 9. For this purpose, the track 9 is transported through the head-work car 1 through to the front to the installation site.
  • a separate railcar 21 is provided. This builds a new track 9.
  • the head-work car 1 is at the end of the work train.
