Claims (8)

  1. Procédé d'assainissement de l'infrastructure multicouches constituée d'une couche de ballast (11) ainsi que des couches de sol (10) se trouvant en dessous de celle-ci de voies ferrées (4) constituées de traverses (6) et de rails (5) dans le cas de lignes ferroviaires,
    dans lequel les wagons de travail (1, 2, 3) sont déplacés vers l'avant en continu pendant les processus de travail, et
    dans lequel un premier wagon de travail (1) retire la voie ferrée (4) d'abord de l'ancienne infrastructure et un deuxième wagon de travail (2) se trouvant derrière celui-ci, vu dans le sens de travail, encastre ensuite la même voie ferrée (4) ou une nouvelle voie ferrée (4) ou une voie ferrée partiellement renouvelée (4) de nouveau sur l'infrastructure assainie,
    dans lequel la couche de ballast (11) est retirée, et
    dans lequel du ballast régénéré ou neuf pour la nouvelle couche de ballast (11) est encastré, et
    dans lequel au moins un troisième wagon de travail supplémentaire (3) est utilisé entre le premier wagon de travail (1) et le deuxième wagon de travail (2), lequel retire toutes les couches de sol (10) ou des couches de sol individuelles (10) au moyen d'un dispositif de déblai (8), dans lequel du matériau de sol régénéré ou neuf pour les nouvelles couches de sol (10) est encastré, caractérisé en ce que
    le troisième wagon de travail (3) ou un wagon de travail supplémentaire présente entre le premier wagon de travail (1) et le deuxième wagon de travail (2) derrière le dispositif de déblai (8) pour les couches de sol (10) un dispositif de traitement (15) pour un fond de déblai se trouvant sous les couches de sol (10) et un fond formé par les sols présents en dessous des couches de déblai est régénéré au moyen du dispositif de traitement (15).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la voie ferrée (4) est séparée en une travée courte (12) ainsi qu'en travées longues (13) et
    que les mêmes travées (12, 13) sont reçues par le premier wagon de travail (1) et transportées vers le deuxième wagon de travail (2) et y sont de nouveau encastrées, ou
    que les travées (12, 13) sont partiellement renouvelées et encastrées par le deuxième wagon de travail (2), ou
    que de nouvelles travées (12, 13) sont encastrées par le deuxième wagon de travail (2).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que les rails (5) sont écartés et
    que les mêmes traverses (6) sont reçues par le premier wagon de travail (1) et transportées vers le deuxième wagon de travail (2) et y sont de nouveau encastrées et les mêmes rails (5) sont de nouveau resserrés ou
    que les mêmes traverses (6) sont reçues par le premier wagon de travail (1) et transportées vers le deuxième wagon de travail (2) et y sont de nouveau encastrées et de nouveaux rails (5) sont resserrés ou
    que de nouvelles traverses (6) sont encastrées par le deuxième wagon de travail (2) et les mêmes rails (5) sont de nouveau resserrés ou
    que de nouvelles traverses (6) sont encastrées par le deuxième wagon de travail (2) et de nouveaux rails (5) sont resserrés.
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la couche de ballast (11) est déblayée lors de l'avance avant le retrait de la voie ferrée (4).
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la couche de ballast (11) est retirée au moyen du troisième wagon de travail (3) ou au moyen d'un wagon de travail supplémentaire entre le premier wagon de travail (1) et le deuxième wagon de travail (2).
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le ballast et/ou les matériaux de sol sont encastrés au moyen du deuxième wagon de travail (2).
  7. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le ballast et/ou les matériaux de sol sont encastrés au moyen du troisième wagon de travail (3) ou au moyen d'un wagon de travail supplémentaire entre le premier wagon de travail (1) et le deuxième wagon de travail (2).
  8. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'ensemble ou une partie des wagons de travail (1, 2, 3) présentent des mécanismes de roulement sur chenilles (9) pour le soutien et le déplacement des wagons de travail (1, 2, 3) sur le fond sans voie.
