Definitions

  • the invention relates to an operable to open a container closure means, comprising at least one actuating portion, on which a user engages the closure means for performing an opening operation and a standing operatively connected to the actuating portion closure portion which closes the container and in which the container during the opening process is opened, wherein the closure means is associated with a fragrance for generating a predetermined fragrance, with which the activation of the release of the fragrance in response to the execution of the opening operation for opening the container is carried out and which comprises a fragrance reservoir, which the fragrance on takes, wherein the reservoir has a breakable during the implementation of the opening process Reservoirwandung.
  • the invention further relates to a container provided with such a closure means and a method for opening a container.
  • packaging is a marketing tool that ideally addresses one or more of the human senses that can not be directly addressed by the packaged product.
  • closure means is disclosed, for example, in European Patent EP 1 056 660 B1 in the form of a container closure molded from a plastic which is impregnated with a flavoring agent, i. with an agent that affects both the sense of taste and the sense of smell. It is proposed that the flavor or fragrance is preferably that of a consumable product such as fruit, sweets or drinks.
  • the impregnation of the closure means with the fragrance causes the air surrounding the exterior of the closure member to be impregnated with said "fragrance" and to that extent produce the desired effect.
  • a drawback of such a closure is that it continuously delivers odorant to the environment, such that in a supermarket, for example, there is a risk of "odor overkill" due to the presence of a plurality of containers with such closure means, which may comprise a wide variety of fragrances.
  • a special covering device such as an additional lid for the closure means, the release of the fragrance into the environment at least to reduce.
  • an additional part of the closure means is necessary, further this is the artistic Possibilities for the closure means reduced.
  • a generic closure means is for example in published patent application DE 100 64 572 A1, which relates to a can lid having in its lid mirror a tongue for forming a pouring opening along a score line.
  • the lid mirror has on its side facing the interior of the can side a separate, formed by walls space for receiving, for example, a fragrance, wherein the opening of the can, the inwardly moving part of the tongue exerts a force on the wall through which the room a Opening so that the fragrance can escape during the opening process.
  • the invention has for its object to at least partially remedy the disadvantages described in a conventional, operable to open a container closure means, which is associated with a fragrance. This is achieved in a surprisingly simple manner on the device side already by a closure means operable to open a container with the features of claim 1.
  • the closure means according to the invention is characterized in that the fragrance is attached to the actuating section.
  • the invention is based on the idea of providing a closure means in which the fragrance is attached to the actuation section so that as a rule it can be avoided to provide the fragrance in the region of the closure section, whereby ultimately contamination of the food with the fragrance can be prevented.

  • no fragrance is provided in the region of the closure portion, ie the portion of the closure means which closes the container and in which the container is opened during the opening process.
  • the fragrance is preferred wise alone on the operating portion, it should be noted that this operating portion has an area which is touched by the user in the operation, but depending on the embodiment may also include one or more areas that are not touched during the operation usually.
  • fragrance ⁇ X may indicate a carrier which carries the actual perfume or fragrance agent, may also include other additives. However, it is also possible that the fragrance alone comprises the actual fragrance causing the fragrance, or a fragrance reacting with, for example, another fragrance reactant to form an odorant.
