Abstract

Eine Flügelfixierverpackung mit einem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) zum Auflegen eines zu verpackenden Gegenstandes (4a, 4b) weist wenigstens einen Flügelabschnitt (2a, 2b) auf, welcher gegenüber dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) verschwenkt werden kann, wobei ein erstes flächiges Fixierelement (1) vorgesehen ist, welches so angeordnet ist, dass es beim Verschwenken des wenigstens einen Flügelabschnitts (2a, 2b) gespannt wird und so einen auf dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) liegenden Gegenstand (4a, 4b) fixiert. Zwischen dem ersten Fixierelement (1) und dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) ist ein zweites flächiges Fixierelement (5) angeordnet, welches so angeordnet ist, dass es beim Verschwenken des wenigstens einen Flügelabschnitts (2a, 2b) gespannt wird und so einen auf dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) liegenden Gegenstand (4a, 4b) fixiert.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flügelfixierverpackung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Solche Verpackungen sind seit langem bekannt. Wie beispielsweise aus US 5,678,695 bekannt ist, weisen diese in der Regel einen Aufnahme- oder Auflagebereich auf, auf den der zu verpackende Gegenstand gelegt wird. Seitlich dieses Bereiches befinden sich Flügelelemente, an denen eine Folie befestigt ist. Das Verpackungsgut wird dann unter der Folie auf der Auflage platziert, und anschließend werden die Flügel seitlich in Richtung der Unterseite der Auflage verschwenkt. Dabei wird die Folie gespannt und drückt so den zu verpackenden Gegenstand gegen die Auflage und fixiert diesen.
  • Die bekannten Verpackungen haben sich vielfach bewährt. Allerdings sind diese Verpackungen bei sehr flachem Verpackungsgut nicht geeignet, dieses mit der ausreichenden Folienspannkraft so zu fixieren, dass es beim Transport auch auf der Auflage verbleibt.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Flügelfixierverpackung der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, mit welcher auch flache Gegenstände sicher auf der Auflage gehalten werden.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch eine Flügelfixierverpackung mit den Merkmalen des Schutzanspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen finden sich in den Unteransprüchen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist zwischen dem ersten - bevorzugt als Folie ausgebildeten - Fixierelement und dem Aufnahmebereich ein zweites Fixierelement vorgesehen. Dieses zweite Fixierelement, welches ebenfalls als Folie ausgebildet sein kann, liegt näher am Aufnahmebereich als das erste Fixierelement und kann daher zur Fixierung besonders flacher Gegenstände verwendet werden. Gleichzeitig kann das zweite Fixierelement mit dem Aufnahmebereich als wiederverschließbare Tasche ausgebildet sein. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Flügelfixierverpackung können daher sowohl flache Gegenstände mittels des zweiten Fixierelementes als auch höhere Gegenstände mittels des ersten Fixierelementes sicher in der Flügelfixierverpackung gehalten werden.
  • Die Fixierelemente können durch Beschichtung oder auf anderem Wege rutschfest ausgebildet sein, so dass die Fixierwirkung der Fixierelemente noch verbessert wird. Besonders vorteilhaft ist eine rutschfeste Ausbildung des zweiten Fixierelementes auf der dem ersten Fixierelement zugewandten Seite.
  • Beide Fixierelemente können mit den Flügeln verbunden sein und so über diese gespannt werden.
  • Das zweite Fixierelement kann zusätzlich auch mit dem Aufnahmebereich verbunden sein, so dass es mit drei Seiten mit der Verpackung verbunden ist und so mit dem Aufnahmebereich, an welchem die Flügel angebracht sind bzw. mit dem die Flügel einstückig ausgebildet sind, eine Tasche zur Aufnahme eines flachen Gegenstandes bildet. Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Tasche wiederverschließbar ausgebildet, so dass auch eine Mehrfachverwendung der Verpackung möglich ist.
  • Die so geschaffene Flügelfixierverpackung lässt also das sichere Verpacken verschieden dicker Gegenstände zu und ist darüber hinaus auch noch wiederverwendbar.
  • Die Erfindung wird nun anhand eines in den Figuren 1 bis 2B gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiels schematisch näher erläutert.

  • In Figur 1 ist eine erfindungsgemäße Flügelfixierverpackung dargestellt. Diese weist einen Auflagebereich 6 auf, auf welchem ein zu verpackender Gegenstand 4a unmittelbar oder mit einer Unterlage gelegt wird. An gegenüber liegenden Seiten schließen sich an den im gezeigten Beispiel etwa rechteckigen oder quadratischen Aufnahmebereich 6 Flügel 2a, 2b an, welche gegenüber dem Aufnahmebereich 6 verschwenkt werden können. Hierzu sind entsprechende Falzlinien oder Materialschwächungen vorgesehen. Zum Fixieren des Gegenstandes 4a ist ein erstes Fixierelement 1 hier in Form einer Spannfolie vorgesehen, welches mit jeweils einem Randabschnitt an je einem Flügel 2a, 2b bevorzugt durch Kleben befestigt ist. Der Gegenstand wird in Richtung des Pfeils P1 in den Bereich unterhalb des ersten Fixierelementes 1 geschoben.
  • Zur Fixierung des Gegenstandes 4a werden, wie in Figur 2 gezeigt, die Flügel in Richtung der Pfeile P4 nach außen geklappt. Dadurch wird das erste Fixierelement 1 gespannt, da sich deren Befestigungsabschnitte an den Flügeln 2a, 2b weiter voneinander entfernen. Die Folie 1 (das erste Fixierelement) legt sich auf den Gegenstand 4a und hält diesen auf dem Aufnahmebereich 6.
  • Zur Verstauung der Verpackung in einem Umkarton oder dergleichen können noch die Seitenwände 3a, 3b umgeklappt werden, so dass auch an diesen Stirnseiten der Gegenstand 4a ausreichend geschützt ist.
  • Unter Verwendung des ersten Fixierelements 1 lassen sich vergleichsweise dicke Gegenstände, die in den Zeichnungen mit 4a gekennzeichnet sind, verpacken. Die erfindungsgemäße Flügelfixierverpackung weist zum Verpacken von relativ flachen Gegenständen ein zweites Fixierelement 5 auf, wie dies in Figur 2 gezeigt ist.
  • Zwischen dem ersten hier folienartigen Fixierelement 1 und dem Aufnahmebereich 6 ist ein zweites Fixierelement 5 vorgesehen, welches im gezeigten Beispiel wiederum als Folie ausgebildet ist. Ebenso wie das erste Fixierelement 1 ist auch das zweite Fixierelement 5 im gezeigten Beispiel wieder an den Flügeln in identischer Weise befestigt, bevorzugt angeklebt. Der Befestigungsbereich 9 des zweiten Fixierelementes 5 liegt jedoch näher am Aufnahmebereich 6 als der Befestigungsbereich 8 des ersten Fixierelementes 1. So ist der Raum zwischen dem zweiten Fixierelement 5 und dem Aufnahmebereich 6 niedriger und mithin auch kleiner als der zwischen dem ersten Fixierelement 1 und dem Aufnahmebereich 6, so dass mittels des zweiten Fixierelementes 5 insbesondere flachere Gegenstände, hier mit 4b gekennzeichnet, fixiert werden können.
  • Wie in Figur 2 gezeigt, wird ein solcher flacher Gegenstand unterhalb der Folie 5 (des zweiten Fixerelementes) auf dem Aufnahmebereich 6 platziert, angedeutet durch den Pfeil P2. Im gezeigten Beispiel ist das zweite Fixierelement 5 nicht nur mit dessen Rändern an den Flügeln 2a, 2b befestigt, sondern mit einem dritten Rand auch an dem Aufnahmebereich 5, wie durch die Verbindungslinie 10 angedeutet ist. Auch hier ist die Folie 5 bevorzugt mit dem Aufnahmebereich 6 verklebt. Hierdurch bilden die Folie 5 und der Aufnahmebereich mit den Flügeln 2a, 2b eine Tasche, in die der flache Gegenstand 4b aufgenommen werden kann, so dass er zusätzlich gegen Herausrutschen gesichert ist. Zur Absicherung des Herausrutschens und beispielsweise zur Verhinderung des Eintrags von Staub kann an der noch offenen Seite der Tasche eine Verschlussmöglichkeit vorgesehen sein.
  • Im in den Figuren 2A und 2B gezeigten Beispiel ist eine Klebeschicht 7 in Form eines Streifens vorgesehen, welche mit einem Abdeckstreifen 7a kaschiert ist. Die Klebeschicht 7 erstreckt sich bevorzugt über die Breite der Folie 5 oder jedenfalls über einen wesentlichen Teil derselben. Zu Fixierung der Folie 5 und zum Verschluss der Tasche wird die Kaschierung 7a abgezogen und die Folie auf die Klebeschicht 7 gedrückt. Anschließend werden , wie auch in Figur 1A gezeigt, die Flügel 2a, 2b umgeklappt, so dass die Folie 5 gespannt und der flache Gegenstand sicher fixiert ist. Zudem kann die so verschließbare Tasche auch wiederverschließbar ausgebildet sein. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass die Verpackung mehrmals wieder verwendet werden kann. Dies ist gerade bei Austauschlieferungen oder Reparaturen vorteilhaft und spart Kosten. Der Verschluss erfolgt dann mittels eines genau abgestimmten adhäsiven Klebers, der seine Klebkraft nicht verliert bzw. beim Öffnen keine Aufreiß-/Abreißstellen bietet, die die Verpackung an diesen Stellen zerstört und unbrauchbar macht.
  • Die Fixierelemente 1 und/oder 5 können zusätzlich rutschfest ausgebildet sein. Insbesondere bei Verpackung des dickeren Gegenstandes 4a gemäß den Figuren 1 und 1A dient dann das zweite Fixierelement als rutschfeste Unterlage. Auch das zweite Fixierelement 5 kann selbst mit einer rutschfesten Unterlage, etwa aus zwei Folien oder dergleichen, gebildet sein. Alternativ oder ergänzend kann die rutschfeste Unterlage auch auf dem Aufnahmebereich 6 fixiert sein, so dass die beiden Fixierelemente 5 und 1 darüber angeordnet sind. Durch den rutschfesten Boden wird die Kraft, die bei einem Stoß auf das verpackte Produkt erzeugt wird, deutlich reduziert.
  • Die verpackten Produkte werden in der Verpackung deutlich weniger in Richtung der inneren Ränder der Verpackung bewegt, was den Schutz des Produktes vor Beschädigungen erheblich verbessert.
  • Insbesondere die Kombination aus Unterfolie (Tasche) und Oberfolie (erstes Fixierelement) bietet daher hohe Flexibilität für viele Anwendungen, was die bekannte Fixierverpackung um neue Funktionen erweitert.
  • Bisher musste mit mehreren Verpackungsgrößen und Arten gearbeitet werden, was zusätzlich Vielfalt und Kosten verursachte.

Claims (9)

  1. Flügelfixierverpackung mit einem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) zum Auflegen eines zu verpackenden Gegenstandes (4a, 4b) und wenigstens einem Flügelabschnitt (2a, 2b), welcher gegenüber dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) verschwenkt werden kann, wobei ein erstes flächiges Fixierelement (1) vorgesehen ist, welches so angeordnet ist, dass es beim Verschwenken des wenigstens einen Flügelabschnitts (2a, 2b) gespannt wird und so einen auf dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) liegenden Gegenstand (4a, 4b) fixiert,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zwischen dem ersten Fixierelement (1) und dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) ein zweites flächiges Fixierelement (5) angeordnet ist, welches so angeordnet ist, dass es bei Verschwenken des wenigstens einen Flügelabschnitts (2a, 2b) gespannt wird und so einen auf dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) liegenden Gegenstand (4a, 4b) fixiert.
  2. Flügelfixierverpackung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das erste und/oder zweite Fixierelement (1, 5) als flexible Folie ausgebildet ist.
  3. Flügelfixierverpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zwei Flügelabschnitte (2a, 2b) an gegenüber liegenden Seiten des Aufnahmeabschnitts (6) vorgesehen sind, an denen das erste und/oder zweite Fixierelement (1, 5) befestigt ist.
  4. Flügelfixierverpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Oberfläche des ersten und/oder zweiten Fixierelementes (1, 5) rutschfest ausgebildet ist.
  5. Flügelfixierverpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das zweite Fixierelement (5) mit dem Ausnahmeabschnitt (6) eine Tasche bildet.
  6. Flügelfixierverpackung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das zweite Fixierelement (5) mit dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) verbunden ist.
  7. Flügelfixierverpackung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Tasche mit einer verschließbaren Öffnung versehen ist.
  8. Flügelfixierverpackung nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zum Verschließen der Öffnung eine selbstklebende Beschichtung (7) vorgesehen ist.
  9. Flügelfixierverpackung nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Beschichtung (7) an dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (6) vorgesehen ist.
