Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein selbstentfaltendes Tray, aufweisend einen Boden mit zwei daran angelenkten Seitenwänden, die in aufgerichteter Form senkrecht zum Boden und parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und mindestens eine Einstecklasche am Boden zur Befestigung im Display, sowie ein regalförmiges, selbst enthaltendes Display auf Basis der Trays. Im Tray ist ein Spannelement angeordnet, das dazu führt, dass sich das Tray leicht aus dem gefalteten, zusammengeklappten Zustand in einen aufgerichteten, aufgeklappten Zustand überführen lässt. Entsprechend ziehen die Trays, wenn sie im erfindungsgemäßen Tray eingebaut sind, das flach liegende Display beim Aufrichten in die gewünschte Form. Aufgrund der besonderen Form der Trays weist das Display dennoch eine hohe Stabilität auf.

Description

  • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein selbstentfaltendes Tray, aufweisend einen Boden mit zwei daran angelenkten Seitenwänden, die in aufgerichteter Form senkrecht zum Boden und parallel zueinander angeordnet sind, und mindestens eine Einstecklasche am Boden zur Befestigung im Display, sowie ein regalförmiges, selbstentfaltendes Display auf Basis der Trays.
  • Displays dienen in verschiedenen Varianten und Materialien zur Präsentation von Waren. Dabei werden z.B. regalförmige Displays eingesetzt, um zusätzliche Verkaufs- oder Präsentationsflächen zu schaffen. Ein Material, das zunehmend für die Herstellung von Displays verwendet wird, ist Pappe bzw. Wellpappe, da diese den Vorteil hat, dass sie ein geringes Gewicht aufweist, vergleichsweise geringe Kosten bei der Herstellung gegenüber einem Holz- oder Metallregal entstehen und dennoch eine ausreichende Stabilität erreicht wird. Die Stabilität ist dabei ein wesentliches Kriterium für die Konstruktion des Wellpappen- bzw. Pappdisplays.
  • Ein stabiles Regaldisplay aus Wellpappe bzw. Pappe ist bspw. aus der DE 10 2008 023 619 A1 bekannt. Dieses Regaldisplay weist einen Regalkörper mit einem U-förmigen Grundriss auf. Die Seitenwände sind jeweils doppelwandig ausgebildet und weisen senkrecht belastbare Aufnahmeöffnungen auf, in die die Regalböden eingelegt werden. Hierdurch wird die erforderliche Stabilität auch bei schwereren Produkten gewährleistet. Die Konstruktion soll zudem einen vereinfachten Aufbau gewährleisten.
  • Um eine ausreichende Stabilität zu gewährleisten, sind vielfach vergleichsweise aufwendige Aufbauten notwendig. Selbst bei einfacheren Lösungen sind immer mehrere Aufbauschritte üblich. Alternativ kann das Display bereits in aufgebauter Form versandt werden, was jedoch aufgrund des erhöhten Platzbedarfs zu erhöhten Versandkosten führt.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, ein Bauelement für ein Display bereitzustellen, das einen einfachen Aufbau mit wenigen Handgriffen ermöglicht, einen platzsparenden und kostengünstigen Versand sowie eine kostengünstige Produktion des Displays erlaubt.
  • Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch ein selbstentfaltendes Tray, aufweisend
    • einen Boden mit zwei daran angelenkten Seitenwänden, die in aufgerichteter Form senkrecht zum Boden und parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und
    • mindestens je eine Einstecklasche zur Befestigung im Display, die jeweils an den beiden weiteren Seiten des Bodens angelenkt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    • der Boden eine Falzlinie aufweist, die den Boden in zwei Bodenteilstücke teilt,
    • die Seitenwände aus je zwei Seitenwandhälften bestehen, wobei die Seitenwandhälften mindestens einer aufgerichteten Seitenwand je einen Haltestreifen aufweisen,
    • die Haltestreifen je mindestens eine Einkerbung aufweisen und
    • die Seitenwandhälften über ein Spannelement, das durch die Einkerbungen der Haltestreifen geführt ist, miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Die Aufgabe wird weiterhin gelöst durch ein selbstentfaltendes Display, aufweisend
    • einen Displaymantel, umfassend eine Rückwand und zwei an die Rückwand angelenkte Displayseiten,
      und
    • mindestens ein erfindungsgemäßes Tray.
  • Weitere Ausführungsformen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche oder nachfolgend beschrieben.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Tray sowie das erfindungsgemäße Display bestehen bevorzugt aus Pappe, Wellpappe oder Karton, besonders bevorzugt aus Wellpappe. Sowohl die Innen- als auch die Außenseiten der Trays bzw. des Displays können dabei auf übliche Art und Weise beklebt, bedruckt oder beschichtet sein.
  • Das im erfindungsgemäßen Tray angeordnete Spannelement ist bevorzugt ein Gummiband. Bevorzugt weist das erfindungsgemäße Tray genau zwei Spannelemente auf, wobei je ein Spannelement zwei Haltestreifen einer Seitenwand miteinander verbindet und das zweite Spannelement die beiden Haltestreifen der dazu parallelen Seitenwand miteinander verbindet.
  • Die Einkerbung in den Haltestreifen ist jeweils so ausgeführt, dass sie das Spannelement sowohl im gespannten als auch im entlasteten Zustand sicher hält. Beispielsweise ist die Einkerbung als streifenförmiger Einschnitt in einem Winkel von 45° zur oberen Kante des Haltestreifens oder halbkreis- oder hakenförmig ausgeführt, so dass die Öffnung der Einkerbung zur Außenseite des Trays weist. Die Haltestreifen sind bevorzugt an die weiteren Elemente der Seitenwandhälften oder an die Seitenwandelemente angelenkt, die senkrecht zu den Seitenwandhälften angeordnet sind. Eine gute Stabilität wird erreicht, wenn die Haltestreifen im Zuschnitt eine Verlängerung der senkrecht stehenden Seitenwände bilden. Im aufgerichteten Zustand sind sie dann in einem bevorzugt rechten Winkel zur Seitenwand angeordnet, mit der sie über eine Faltlinie verbunden sind.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Tray weist in einer Ausführungsform ein zusätzliches Umschlagelement auf, das zur Verstärkung der Seitenwand dient. Dieses Umschlagelement ist bevorzugt zweiteilig ausgebildet, wobei je ein Teil die Außenseite der Seitenwand bildet und der andere Teil die Innenseite der Seitenwand. Das Umschlagelement wird beim Aufrichten der Seitenwand um den Haltestreifen gekrempelt, so dass der Haltestreifen mit dem gespannten Gummiband in der Mitte des Umschlagelementes zwischen der Innenseite und der Außenseite der Seitenwand zu liegen kommt. Das Umschlagelement weist dabei in der Mitte einen Schnitt auf, der eine Verlängerung der Falzlinie des Bodens des Trays darstellt.
  • In einer Ausführungsform ist die Falzlinie des Bodens teilweise als Schnittkante ausgebildet. Bevorzugt ist die Falzlinie eine Faltkante.
  • Sowohl das Tray als auch das Display weisen je einen gefalteten, zusammengeklappten Zustand und einen aufgerichteten, aufgeklappten Zustand auf. Im gefalteten Zustand ist das Tray bzw. das Display flach liegend und das Spannelement maximal gespannt Im aufgerichteten Zustand ist das Tray als Tray, d.h. als Regalboden, erkennbar und die Spannelemente sind in der entlasteten Position. Das Display weist in der aufgerichteten Form die Form eines Regals auf.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Tray bzw. das erfindungsgemäße Display werden bevorzugt flach liegend transportiert. Hierdurch wird beim Transport nur ein geringer Raum benötigt, wodurch Transportkosten gespart werden können. Zum Aufrichten wird das Tray leicht angehoben, so lange, bis zwischen den beiden Bodenteilstücken des Bodens ein gewisser Winkel entsteht. Ab diesem Punkt ist die Spannung der Spannelemente so groß, dass die Spannelemente die beiden Haltestreifen aufeinander zu ziehen, so lange, bis optisch aus den beiden Seitenwandhälften eine einheitliche Seitenwand entsteht. Wenn die Trays in dem erfindungsgemäßen Display eingebaut sind und das flach liegende Display zum Aufrichten angehoben wird, ziehen sich die Trays, wie vorbeschrieben, in Form und richten hierdurch den Displaymantel auf. Entsprechend lässt sich das erfindungsgemäße Tray bzw. das erfindungsgemäße Display mit wenigen Handgriffen aufrichten, so dass ein zeitintensives Aufrichten gespart werden kann. Das Display weist dennoch eine hohe Stabilität auf, so dass es für die Präsentation von üblichen Waren und Produkten genutzt werden kann.
  • Die erfindungsgemäßen Trays sind bevorzugt so im erfindungsgemäßen Display eingeordnet, dass die Unterseiten der Bodenteilstücke im flach liegenden Zustand aufeinander zu liegen kommen. Entsprechend bildet sich beim Aufrichten des Displays zunächst ein zur Oberseite des Displays zeigendes "dachförmiges" Konstrukt aus dem Tray aus. Dieses hat den Vorteil, dass die Faltung des Trays entgegen der Belastung ausgestaltet ist und auch hierdurch die Stabilität erhöht wird.
  • Bevorzugt weist die Rückwand des Displaymantels mindestens eine Falzlinie auf.
  • In einer Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Displays ist die Falzlinie in der Rückseite des Displaymantels in einer Flucht mit der Falzlinie des Trays angeordnet ist.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand der nachfolgenden Figuren beispielhaft näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:

  • Figur 1 zeigt eine Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Trays aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt. Das Tray 1 weist einen Boden 3 aus zwei Bodenteilstücken 8, 8' auf. Der Boden 3 wird mittig durch die Falzlinie a in die beiden Bodenteilstücke 8, 8' geteilt. An den Boden 3 sind an allen vier Seiten Elemente zur Ausbildung von Seitenwänden angelenkt. An der Längsseite des Bodens 3 ist Seitenwand 4 angelenkt, die aus den Seitenwandhälften 6, 7 gebildet wird. Die Seitenwandhälften 6, 7 werden über eine Schnittkante voneinander getrennt, die eine Verlängerung der Falzlinie a darstellt. Die Seitenwandhälften 6, 7 werden jeweils von dem Umschlagelement 12 gebildet, das hier dreiteilig ausgeführt ist. An die kurzen Seitenwände 15, 16 sind jeweils die Haltestreifen 11 angelenkt. Die Haltestreifen 11 weisen Einkerbungen 9 in Form schräg verlaufender Ausnehmungen auf. Die Einkerbungen 9 dienen zur Befestigung des Spannelementes 10. An die Seitenwände 15, 16 sind zudem die Einstecklaschen 14 angelenkt, mit denen das Tray im Display 2 befestigt werden kann.
  • Figur 2 zeigt das Tray gemäß Figur 1 in teilweise zusammengefaltetem Zustand. Die Seitenwände 15, 16 sind jeweils senkrecht zum Boden 3 aufgefaltet und die Haltestreifen 11 in ihre endgültige Position gefaltet. Es ist erkennbar, dass die Haltestreifen 11 über das Spannelement 10 miteinander verbunden sind. Das Spannelement 10 ist jeweils in den Einkerbungen 9 der Haltestreifen 11 angeordnet.
  • Figur 3 a zeigt das Tray 1 in teilweise zusammengefaltetem Zustand. In zusammengefaltetem Zustand sind die Haltestreifen 11 nicht mehr erkennbar, da sie durch das Umschlagelement 12 umkrempelt sind und von diesem verdeckt werden. In diesem Fall ist auch das Spannelement 10 weitestgehend innerhalb der Seitenwand 4, 5 verborgen. Das Tray 1 ist entlang der Falzlinie a gefaltet, so dass die Unterseiten der Bodenteilstücke 8, 8' aufeinander zu weisen und das Tray eine dachförmige Anordnung aufweist.
  • In Figur 3b ist das Tray 1 im aufgerichteten Zustand gezeigt. Die Seitenwandhälften 6, 7 bzw. 6', 7' bilden jeweils die Seitenwände 4, 5 aus. So bilden die Bodenteilstücke 8, 8' den Boden 3. Die im Inneren der Seitenwände 4, 5 gelagerten Haltestreifen 11 und Spannelemente 10 sind nahezu nicht erkennbar.
  • Die Figuren 4a bis 4c zeigen das Aufrichten des erfindungsgemäßen Displays. In Figur 4 a ist das Display flach liegend dargestellt. Der Displaymantel 17 bedeckt dabei jeweils die gefalteten Trays 1, die entlang der Falzlinie a gefaltet sind, so dass jeweils die Bodenteilstücke 8, 8' aufeinander zu liegen kommen. An der Seite sind jeweils die Seitenwandhälften 6', 7' der einzelnen Trays erkennbar. Wie in Figur 4b erkennbar ist, ziehen die Spannelemente 10 die Hälften der Trays 1 in Position und drücken so den Mantel 17 des Displays auseinander in seine aufgerichtete Form. Das dargestellte Display weist zusätzlich einen Sockel 19 auf, der ebenfalls entlang einer Falzlinie c gefaltet ist. Die Falzlinien b in der Rückwand 13 des Displaymantels 17 sind zu erkennen. Durch diese Falzlinien b liegt ein Flächenelement im Displaymantel vor, das bewirkt, dass die beiden Displayseiten 18, 18' im zusammengefalteten Zustand des Displays voneinander beabstandet sind und so der Displaymantel um die zusammengeklappten Trays gefaltet werden kann. Figur 4c zeigt das erfindungsgemäße Display im aufgerichteten Zustand. Das Display weist in dieser Form neben erfindungsgemäßen Trays 1 einen Sockel 19 auf.

Claims (14)

  1. Selbstentfaltendes Tray (1), aufweisend
    - einen Boden (3) mit zwei daran angelenkten Seitenwänden (4, 5), die in aufgerichteter Form senkrecht zum Boden (3) und parallel zueinander angeordnet sind, und
    - mindestens je eine Einstecklasche (14) zur Befestigung im Display (2), die jeweils an den beiden weiteren Seiten des Bodens (3) angelenkt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der Boden (3) eine Falzlinie (a) aufweist, die den Boden (3) in zwei Bodenteilstücke (8, 8') teilt,
    - die Seitenwände (4, 5) aus je zwei Seitenwandhälften (6, 7) bestehen, wobei die Seitenwandhälften (6, 7) mindestens einer aufgerichteten Seitenwand (4, 5) je einen Haltestreifen (11) aufweisen,
    - die Haltestreifen (11) je mindestens eine Einkerbung (9) aufweisen und
    - die Seitenwandhälften (6, 7) über ein Spannelement (10), das durch die Einkerbungen (9) der Haltestreifen (11) geführt ist, miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Tray gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tray (1) aus Pappe, Wellpappe oder Karton, bevorzugt Wellpappe, besteht.
  3. Tray gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannelement (10) ein Gummiband ist.
  4. Tray gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tray aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt besteht.
  5. Tray gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (4, 5) je ein zweiteiliges Umschlagelement (12) aufweisen, das so gefaltet wird, dass es die Außenseite und die Innenseite der Seitenwand (4, 5) bildet und der Haltestreifen (11) von dem Umschlagelement (12) umschlossen wird.
  6. Tray gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzlinie (a) den Boden (3) in zwei deckungsgleiche Bodenteilstücke (8, 8') teilt.
  7. Tray gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tray vier rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnete Seitenwände (4, 5, 15, 16) aufweist, die in aufgerichteter Form senkrecht zum Boden angeordnet sind, bevorzugt die gleiche Höhe aufweisend, und/oder das Tray einen Verstärkungsboden (20) aufweist, der auf dem Boden (3) zu liegen kommt.
  8. Tray gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tray genau zwei Spannelemente aufweist, wobei je ein Spannelement (10) über die Haltestreifen (11) je einer Seitenwand (4, 5) geführt ist.
  9. Selbstentfaltendes Display (2), aufweisend
    - einen Displaymantel (17), umfassend eine Rückwand (13) und zwei an die Rückwand angelenkte Displayseiten (18, 18'),
    und
    - mindestens ein Tray (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
  10. Selbstentfaltendes Display (2) gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei die Rückwand (13) mindestens eine Falzlinie (b) aufweist.
  11. Selbstentfaltendes Display (2) gemäß Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei die Falzlinie (b)
    in einer Flucht mit der Falzlinie (a) des Trays angeordnet ist.
  12. Display gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Display aus Wellpappe besteht.
  13. Display gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Display mindestens zwei Trays (1), bevorzugt drei bis fünf Trays (1) aufweist.
  14. Display gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Display zusätzlich einen Sockel (19) aufweist.
