Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif comprenant:
    - une charnière (3) pour relier de façon pivotante au moins deux parties de meuble (1, 2), dans lequel la charnière (3) présente au moins deux parties formant butée pouvant être fixées à une partie de meuble (1, 2), lesquelles sont reliées ensemble de façon articulée par au moins un axe d'articulation (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7), dans lequel la première partie formant butée présente une cuvette de charnière (14) et la deuxième partie formant butée présente un bras de charnière (24),
    - un système d'entraînement (4) pour ouvrir et / ou fermer la charnière (3), avec une commande électrique conçue comme un élément fermé, dans lequel la commande électrique présente un boîtier (5), un moteur électrique (18) et un dispositif d'actionnement (8) pour la transmission d'une force ou d'un moment de couple du moteur électrique (18) à la charnière (3),
    - dans lequel le boîtier(5) de la commande électrique comprend un dispositif de guidage d'où est guidé le dispositif d'actionnement (3) de façon déplaçable,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement (8) est conçu comme un levier, dans lequel l'une des extrémités du levier est logée de façon pivotante dans le dispositif de guidage et l'extrémité du levier, opposée à cette extrémité, présente une zone de fixation (9) à laquelle le dispositif d'actionnement (8) peut être relié de façon détachable à la charnière (3), la zone de fixation (9) pouvant être encliquetée dans un évidement (30'; 30") de la charnière (3).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage, dans l'état monté du système d'entraînement (4) est disposé de façon fixe par rapport à l'une des parties de meuble (1, 2).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage présente au moins un trou longitudinal (6) disposé dans le boîtier (5) de la commande électrique ou dans le dispositif d'actionnement (8), dans lequel engrène un tourillon de guidage ou une broche de guidage (7) agencé(e) sur l'autre de ces deux parties (5, 8).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le moteur électrique (18) présente un axe de moteur (27), dans lequel l'axe de moteur (27) peut être mis en relation active avec le dispositif d'actionnement (8) par une roue dentée (20, 22, 29) et /ou une roue de friction et / ou une roue à denture hélicoïdale (21) logée sur lui, dans lequel une crémaillère (19), pouvant être mise en relation active avec la roue dentée (20, 22, 29) et /ou la roue de friction et / ou la roue à denture hélicoïdale (21), est logée dans le dispositif de guidage, d'où est guidé le dispositif d'actionnement (8) de façon déplaçable.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le moteur électrique (18) est approprié pour amortir ou pour freiner le mouvement relatif des parties de meuble (1, 2) l'une par rapport à l'autre, de préférence en fonction d'au moins une valeur prédéfinie ou d'une fonction prédéfinie, lors d'un mouvement d'ouverture et / ou de fermeture.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant butée à laquelle le dispositif d'actionnement (8) peut être relié de façon détachable, est le bras de charnière (24) ou une pièce intermédiaire (16) disposée sur le bras de charnière (24) ou la cuvette de charnière (14).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le système d'entraînement (4) peut être fixé, de préférence clipsé, sur une plaque de base (10) séparée de la charnière (3).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le système d'entraînement (4) peut être posé sur l'une des parties formant butée ou être fixé à côté de l'une des parties formant butée.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement (8) présente une section en forme de U qui chevauche le bras de charnière (24) ou une pièce intermédiaire(16) disposée sur le bras de charnière.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le levier du dispositif d'actionnement (8) est conçu à deux bras.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le levier à deux bras présente deux bras de levier (11, 12), lesquels peuvent pivoter l'un par rapport à l'autre au moyen d'un axe de rotation (15).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le premier bras de levier (11) est guidé de façon déplaçable dans le dispositif de guidage et en ce que le deuxième bras de levier (12) présente la zone de fixation (9), laquelle peut s'encliqueter dans l'évidement (30', 30") de la charnière (3).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendication 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la zone de fixation (9) présente au moins une première partie d'appui conçue essentiellement de façon rigide (31) et au moins une deuxième partie d'appui (32) conçue essentiellement de façon élastique ou sollicitée par ressort, dans lequel la première partie d'appui conçue essentiellement de façon rigide (31) peut être mise en prise dans l'évidement (30') de la charnière (3).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la force du ressort agissant sur la deuxième partie d'appui (32) sollicite la deuxième partie d'appui (32) dans le sens opposé à la première partie d'appui (31).
  15. Meuble avec un corps de meuble (1) et une porte de meuble (2) logée de façon pivotante sur le corps de meuble (1), caractérisé par un dispositif monté sur le corps de meuble (1) et sur la porte de meuble (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14.
