Definitions

  • the invention relates to a round sling, which has a mecanical and a mecanical receiving sheath, which is designed as a hollow braid and whose end portions are inserted into one another in a connection zone and overlapping each other.
  • Round slings of this type are used for lifting loads.
  • the round sling is first placed around the load to be lifted, that the load is in the loop opening, and then hung on the hook of a crane or a comparable lifting device.
  • a round sling usually consists of a load-bearing yarn package - the mecanicgelege - which is covered by a protective cover of a mesh.
  • the inner layer may be formed by a wire rope or a strand wound.
  • the protective cover of the round sling protects the scrim from damage due to wear and cutting loads and, on the other hand, bundles the many strands of the inner scrim into a single, manageable strand.
  • a long way Dissemination has in practice, for example, from the DE 37 03 547 A1 described manufacturing process, in which a woven tube is prefabricated and compressed in its longitudinal direction together compressed on a round sling machine.
  • Prerequisite for the above-described manufacturing method is a large cross-sectional ratio of cladding to scrim. This is the only way to increase the envelope and create the winding of the inner lining with the required reliability.
  • the necessary large cross-section of the envelope has the consequence that the finished round sling has a relatively flat cross-sectional shape and the réellegelege is guided relatively loose in the enclosure.
  • the fabric of the flat sheath unavoidably forms folds on the round sling underside associated with the load. These wrinkles cause increased wear, since the envelope is exposed to a higher abrasion load in the area of the folds than in the area of the remainder of its outer surface. Furthermore, the wrinkling leads to a weakening of the maximum tensile strength of the roundsling, because the resulting thickening adversely affect the flow of force in the load receiving réellegelege. To make matters worse, that the individual yarns of relatively loosely lying in the protective inner lining can move against each other, with the result that the yarns of the Geleges be charged unevenly overall.
  • round slings whose wrapping is designed as a hollow braid.
  • Such a round sling is for example in the DE 10 2006 052 279 A1 described.
  • round slings of this type is known from the field of conventional Kernmantelseile itself Possibility to use an inner yarn core surrounded by a braided shell.
  • the hollow braid can be braided directly around the réellegelege around. Alternatively, it can be prefabricated to then be filled with the réellegelege.
  • a hollow braid has the advantage that it can be upset under the expansion of its free cross-section and narrowed again during subsequent pulling. With the upsetting is simultaneously accompanied by a shortening of the length of the hollow braid enclosure. Likewise, stretching the hollow braid, in addition to reducing the diameter, results in lengthening of the effectively effective length of the wrapper.
  • the DE 20 2007 001 484 U1 shows a cable loop of a coreless braided hollow braid, wherein the cable ends are connected by splicing together, for which openings are provided in the cable ends.
  • the object of the invention was to provide a round sling, which allows to take advantage of a hollow braid sheath and can be made at the same time simple and inexpensive.
  • This object is achieved by a trained according to claim 1 round sling.
  • the design of a round sling according to the invention is based on the idea of holding one on the end section located in the connecting zone Securing element to guide through an opening of the outboard end portion there that the end portions are secured in the manner of a positive connection against separation in consequence of acting in their longitudinal direction forces.
  • a round sling according to the invention in accordance with the prior art, has an inner layer and an inner covering which receives the inner layer.
  • the sheath is formed as a hollow braid whose end portions are connected together in a connection zone, wherein the end portions are aligned so that they overlap each other.
  • the invention is based on such round slings, in which prefabricated the envelope as a hollow braid, then puffed, then filled with the forming the inner scrims winding, then stretched back the hollow braid enclosure and finally the end sections are firmly connected.
  • At least one lateral opening leading to the peripheral surface of the end section is formed on the one hand in such a round loop in the end section located in the connection zone.
  • a securing element is held, which is guided through the opening of the outer end portion.
  • the fuse element sets in this way the end portions in the manner of a positive connection so against each other so that they are seen in their longitudinal direction at best can move relative to each other within the scope of the unavoidable compliance of the envelope or the securing element.
  • Another way of fixing is to selectively bond the fibers of the hollow braid by applying an adhesive together. Also, in fabricating the entire braid of fibers that melt at higher temperatures, the desired cohesive bonding of the fibers can be made by applying heat.
  • a further improvement in the security with which the end sections are coupled to one another in accordance with the invention can be achieved by having at least two openings spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction in the end section located in the connection zone and the securing element being guided through each of these openings. If two such openings are provided, then these openings can be arranged opposite one another, in order to allow as even as possible a load on the envelope, even under high load.
  • the securing means provided according to the invention may in principle be any element which is suitable for being fastened to the end section of the casing lying in the connecting zone.
  • the securing element may be a pin, a button or a similar shaped body fastened to the respective end section and projecting relative to it.
  • a securing element which is designed in the manner of a strip, bands or rope. It can be such a band glued, sewn, riveted or otherwise firmly connected to the in the connection zone inside end portion of the enclosure so that its one end protrudes freely from the inner end portion and can be guided through the associated opening.
  • the securing element loosely in the end portion. In this way, it can be positioned by simply moving in each case so that it on the one hand represents an optimal backup, but on the other hand can be particularly easily fixed in its position outside the connection zone.
  • the securing element is a band, rope or similar element.
  • the securing element can be easily passed through the openings in this case, so that it is led out of the connection zone at both end sections of the round sling.
  • connection zone beyond the ends of the fuse element can be brought together and firmly connected to each other.
  • position of the fuse element is fixed in a very simple way outside the connection zone.
  • An intervention in the connection zone itself, for example, by a sewing machine or adhesive is not required, so that any risk of obstruction of the mobility of the inner lining is excluded.
  • end portions of the enclosure fuse elements in a suitable manner outside the Enclosure be fixed in position, if this achieves the advantages explained above.
  • the end sections of the securing element can alternatively or additionally also be connected to one another by means of a connecting element.
  • This connecting element may be, for example, one or more layers of a tear-resistant film or textile material.
  • an identification means can be attached to the securing element, which carries a unique identification of the round sling information. This not only allows the respective round sling to be assigned to a specific storage location in a simple manner or to determine its service life and technical data etc., but such an identification means can also be used to track and ascertain the respective location of use of the round sling. This is particularly easy if the identification means is machine-readable.
  • the identification means may be an active or passive transponder element.
  • the enclosure can be readily designed so that it rests tightly and tightly against the réellegelege, that is the enclosure of the finished round sling is filled with the réellegelege.
  • the psychologygelege can be formed in a conventional manner by a wire rope winding or a strand winding.
  • the inner layer may be formed by a yarn winding. Since, according to the invention, the end portions of the envelope are not gripped in the inner layer, the inner layer can always move freely. Accordingly, in the case of a round sling according to the invention, the individual fibers of the inner scrim automatically align themselves in such a way that they optimally receive the respective load on them. Accordingly, it is also possible without difficulty for the inner layer of a round sling according to the invention to use those fibers which, although they have a particularly high load-bearing capacity, are however only limitedly extensible.
  • a protective sleeve may be provided which covers the connection zone with respect to the environment.
  • This cuff can be designed so that it encloses the securing element and the optionally existing identification means and also optional existing connection element, so that these parts are protected from the environment.
  • the invention thus provides a round sling which makes it possible to utilize the advantages of a hollow-woven cladding and which at the same time can be produced simply and inexpensively.
  • Round sling 1 shown has a pre-produced, designed as a hollow braid, hose-like sheath 2, the two end portions 3,4 are firmly and inseparably connected to each other in a connection zone 5.
  • connection zone 5 When finished round sling 1 is, as in Fig. 1 shown, the connection zone 5 thereby surrounded by a protective sleeve 6.
  • the braid fabric of the sheath 2 has been subjected to a so-called "heat setting" in which so much heat is supplied to the fabric that its fibers melt and stick together at their points of intersection.
  • the braided fabric of the sheath 2 forms a solid unit which has a high cut resistance and is protected against the withdrawal of loops.
  • each of the end sections 3, 4 of the sheath 2 two openings 7a, 7b and 8a, 8b arranged opposite one another are formed which lead in the radial direction from the inner surface 9 to the peripheral surface 10 of the respective end section 3, 4.
  • a strip-shaped, band-shaped, consisting of a solid and flexible textile material securing element 11 is first pushed through the openings 7a, 7b of the one end portion 3 and aligned so that its end portions 12,13 about equally long over the end section 3 stand out.
  • the sheath 2 is pushed onto a guide rail 14 which is U-shaped in cross-section.
  • the envelope 2 as in Fig. 3 indicated, compressed and positioned so that the securing element 11 between its bottom and the inner surface 9 of the end portion 3 is located.
  • the inner diameter of the casing widens so far that subsequently the fiber strands 16, which together form an inner fabric 15 of the round loop 2, can be pushed into the casing 2 without difficulty.
  • the guide rail 14 not only holds the sheath 2 in a defined position, but also ensures that the fiber strands 16 of the inner fabric 15 take their proper position.
  • the guide rail 14 is pulled out of the casing 2 and the casing 2 is pulled along the inner layer 15 in the length until the end section 4 in the connection zone 5 from the outside to the now inside arranged end portion 3 rests.
  • the end sections 3, 4 overlap one another such that their associated openings 7a, 8a and 7b, 8b are aligned with each other.
  • the securing element 11 lies with its region located inside the inner end section 3 of the casing 2 between the inner surface 9 of the casing and the inner layer 15 (FIG. Fig. 5 ), so that the inner cover 15 can move freely from the securing element 11.
  • an identification means 17 has been threaded onto the one end section 12.
  • the identification means 17 has for this purpose a strip-shaped cut support layer of tear-resistant material, which is folded into a loop.
  • a machine-readable transponder element not shown here, is arranged between the superimposed ends of the carrier layer, while the respective end section 12 of the securing element 11 is guided through the loop opening of the identification device 17.
  • the end portion 12 provided with the identification means 17 has then been placed around the peripheral surface 10 of the outer end portion 4 until it is substantially parallel to the other end portion 13 of the securing member 11. Subsequently, the part of the end section 12 standing freely beyond the identification means 17 has been sutured by means of a connecting element 18 to the part of the other end section 13 of the securing element 11 lying next to it.
  • the connecting element 18 is in this case formed by two strips consisting of a tear-resistant foil material which are aligned transversely to the end sections 12, 13 and extend over them. In this way, a positional fixation of the securing element 11 outside of Connection zone 5 reached without having to intervene in the enclosure.
  • the protective sleeve 6 which is formed from a blank of a tear-resistant film material, the longitudinal edges of which are sewn together to position the protective sleeve 6 tightly against the connecting zone 5.
  • the end portions 12,13 of the securing element 11 are initially arranged so that they lie between the superimposed longitudinal edges of the protective sleeve 6, so that they are detected by the connecting the longitudinal wheels of the protective sleeve 6 seam.
  • the protective sleeve 6 thus not only protects the connection zone 5, the identification means 17 and the connection element 18, but also represents a further fixation of the securing element 11 sewn thereto.
  • the suturing of the end sections 12, 13 with the protective sleeve 6 can also be so formed in that it is possible to dispense with the separate connecting element 18 with regard to the simplest possible and inexpensive production, if it turns out that the fixing of the securing element 11 additionally achieved by the connecting element 18 is not necessary in practice.
