Claims (15)
- Couteau de coupe à entraîner en rotation pour des machines destinées à trancher des produits alimentaires tels que saucissons, saucisses, produits à base de viande, fromages et similaire, en particulier pour une trancheuse à haute vitesse, comprenant un corps de base (12), un tranchant (14) réalisé à la périphérie extérieure du corps de base (12), une zone de fixation (16) pour la fixation du corps de base (12) sur la machine, et une surface (22) qui se trouve entre le tranchant (14) et la zone de fixation (16), détournée du produit à découper pendant la découpe,

caractérisé en ce que le tracé des lignes (28, 30, 32) suit respectivement le tracé du tranchant (14). - Couteau de coupe selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que, pour une pluralité de directions radiales (34, 36, 38), plusieurs bosses (26) sont agencées respectivement les unes derrière les autres. - Couteau de coupe selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le même nombre de bosses (26) est respectivement placé sur chaque ligne (28, 30, 32) et/ou dans chaque direction radiale (34, 36, 38) parmi une pluralité de directions radiales. - Couteau de coupe selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les bosses (26) sont à distance les unes des autres, en particulier régulière, en direction périphérique et/ou dans une direction radiale (34, 36, 38) dans laquelle plusieurs bosses (26) sont agencées les unes derrière les autres. - Couteau de coupe selon la revendication 11,
caractérisé en ce que la distance entre les bosses (26) est plus grande en direction périphérique qu'en direction radiale (34, 36, 38), ou inversement. - Couteau de coupe selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que chaque bosse (26) comprend des moyens (40) pour la fixation sur le corps de base (12), en particulier un tronçon de fixation ou d'enfichage semblable à un bouchon, qui est reçu dans un évidement ménagé dans le corps de base (12) lorsque la bosse (26) est fixée sur le corps de base (12). - Couteau de coupe selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le couteau de coupe (10) est réalisé comme un couteau circulaire qui circule en particulier de manière planétaire pendant la coupe, comme un couteau en forme de faucille ou comme un couteau spiralé. - Machine pour trancher des produits alimentaires tels que saucissons, saucisses, produits à base de viande, fromages et similaires, en particulier trancheuse à haute vitesse,
comprenant un couteau de coupe (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, ou bien
comprenant un jeu de couteaux de coupe (10) réalisés chacun selon l'une des revendications précédentes, qui se distinguent les uns des autres pour ce qui concerne leur zone de contact (26) pour l'adaptation à des produits de propriétés différentes et/ou à des exigences différentes quant à la dépose de tranches de produits.
