Claims (6)

  1. Lame rotative adaptée aux machines à découper les denrées alimentaires pour une découpe mécanique des produits à découper, notamment les saucisses, le jambon, le fromage etc..., qui permet de découper et de déposer des tranches en respectant les critères de qualité, comportant un logement au moyen duquel peut être fixée la lame rotative pour l'actionnement de la machine à découper les denrées alimentaires, le rayon du tranchant par rapport à l'axe de rotation étant conçu soit de façon constante, soit en s'amplifiant en continu autour de la circonférence concernant le sens de rotation et la lame rotative étant ainsi conçue en tant que lame de faucille (1) ou lame rotative (12) avec tranchant lisse, qui présente une surface de découpe (3) commençant dans la lame (2) et se terminant dans la partie de surface inclinée (4), caractérisée par le fait que
    la surface de découpe (3) entièrement rotative présente des angles de coupe de taille différente (7 à 7n), disposés dans un ordre alternatif par rapport à leur circonférence totale si bien que la surface de découpe (3) révèle une structure superficielle ondulée.
  2. Lame rotative conformément à la revendication n°1, caractérisée par le fait que
    les angles de coupe (7 à 7n) sont conçus avec des mesures comprises entre 15 ° et 40 °, moyennant quoi une mesure de 20 ° des angles de coupe (7') et une mesure de 33 ° des angles de coupe (7") comprennent une mesure d'angle de 20 ° dans la conception privilégiée des angles de coupe (7).
