Definitions
- the invention relates to a telescopic vertical tube, which has an outer tube and an inner tube which can be displaced in the outer tube, with a stop which limits the relative movement of the tubes relative to one another.
- Such telescopic vertical tubes are used for setting up ceiling formwork, shoring or scaffolding.
- Vertical pipes are also referred to as a prop and z.
- As for formwork as scaffolding tube as part of a so-called modular scaffolding (spatial structure) or as part of a vertical frame used in facade scaffolding. Regardless of the purpose, these must be adjustable in height.
- the props In scaffolding, it is often necessary to adapt the individual vertical tubes or vertical frames formed thereon to the course of the substrate, for example to an inclined floor or steps.
- the props must occupy a predetermined defined height.
- the telescopic vertical tubes on an outer tube and an inner tube which is slidable and fixable for length and height adjustment in the outer tube and thus telescopic, this height adjustment can be done by moving the inner tube in steps or continuously, for example by inserted in through holes pin or thread.
- Such vertical tubes have to increase the footprint on the front side of a head or foot plate at one or both free ends. This serves to increase the footprint, so that a lower contact pressure against the counter surface, for example, a floor, a ceiling or a wall results. Without a foot plate, the vertical tube would possibly press into the ground or it could result in setting movements under load.
- Telescopic vertical tubes with an outer tube and an inner tube displaceable therein are subjected to high loads during dismounting and assembly, in particular during stripping, when the extended ones are used unfixed telescopic vertical tubes accidentally or deliberately fall into each other due to gravity.
- the inner tube falls into the outer tube. It bounce the stop limiting components hard on each other and the entire vertical tube jumps in person hazardous way uncontrollably high and to the side. Furthermore, this leads to strong bang-like noise pollution, since when stripping hundreds of Schal palmn can be solved in a short time.
- the following components are limit stop and thus form, for example, a stop in the sense of the invention:
- the footplate on the outer tube usually has a central opening communicating with the tube interior of the outer tube and allowing the fingers of the worker to reach into the inner bottom region of the outer tube. The worker often uses this opening when transporting the horizontally lying on the floor props, in order to comfortably and non-slip grip the lower end of the support. If during transport the support is erected, the inner tube can swing with momentum against the foot plate and thus also fingers of the worker and create injuries.
- the head of the inner tube may strike against the upper tube wall of the outer tube.
- US 5,967,702 discloses a telescoping vertical tube, namely a pit post, which has an outer tube and an inner tube movable in the outer tube, wherein the inner tube is fixable in different positions, with a frontal head and foot plate at both free ends, and with a stop which the maximum possible Insertion of the inner tube Limited to the outer tube.
- the top plate mounted on the inner tube contains a damper.
- CH 625 588 It discloses a telescoping vertical tube having an outer tube and an inner tube movable in the outer tube, wherein the inner tube is fixable in various positions, with a front-side head and foot plate at both free ends, and with a Stop, which limits the maximum possible insertion of the inner tube in the outer tube.
- the top plate mounted on the inner tube contains a damper.
- US-A 2003/0089050 relates to a prop that can measure and limit the deflection of steel beams during concreting.
- This comprises a telescopic vertical tube which has an outer tube and an inner tube displaceable in the outer tube, wherein the inner tube is displaceable and fixable in different positions, with a frontal head and foot plate at both free ends, and with a stop which the maximum possible insertion of the inner tube Restricted to the outer tube.
- a foot plate placed under the inner tube contains a spring whose travel is limited.
- FR 1493415 discloses a resilient vertical tube for clamping between fixed parts, such as floor and ceiling, which has an outer tube and an inner tube displaceable inner tube, wherein the inner tube is displaceable against a spring, with a front-side head and foot plate at both free ends, and with a Stop, which limits the maximum possible insertion of the inner tube into the outer tube, wherein a spring is provided as a stop.
- a sleeve-like or tubular damper meets these requirements in a particularly high manner, provided that it can absorb energy when folded by folding, the sleeve or, the tube can thus be upset,
- the damper is designed as follows:
- the outer tube has at its lower end to a front foot plate, which is the lower end the outer tube completely or partially closes. Inside the outer tube, the damper is arranged, which also stands on the inner part of the base plate. When inserting the inner tube, its lower end can strike the damper, which limits the insertion. In this case, there is no hard metallic stop, since the damper optionally intercepts the force of the falling inner tube.
- the damper is designed as a sleeve, its inner and outer diameter is to be dimensioned so that in the interior of the outer tube to a compression of the sleeve, in particular with multiple folding of the same comes. In case of incorrect design, it would be conceivable, for example, that the sleeve buckles at only one point and thus can perform less damping work.
- a telescopic vertical tube is understood here to mean that it has an outer tube and an inner tube displaceable therein for length or height adjustment, wherein the inner tube can be displaced and fixed in various positions in steps and / or steplessly and thus telescoped.
- This height adjustment can be done by moving the inner tube in stages, for example by inserted in through holes pin.
- the height adjustment and fixation can also be made continuously, for example, characterized in that the inner tube has an external thread, which is screwed in its corresponding mating thread or nut, wherein the mating thread or the nut is supported against the outer tube.
- the inner tube may therefore be loosely inserted into the vertical tube and related to other components, such as a thread foot plate.
- a vertical tube can also be installed horizontally, z. B. between walls or scarf walls, which also falls under the spirit of the invention.
- a spindle is used as an inner tube, it may optionally be inserted into the outer tube sufficiently loosely, so that the vertical tube can absorb only compressive forces in the axial direction.
- the pressure forces are from a screwed onto the spindle nut or more generally a mating thread taken, which in turn is supported against the opening of the outer tube or generally against the outer tube.
- the spindle and nut should be designed so that even with the maximum unscrewing of the spindle, this is performed sufficiently in the outer tube.
- the nut preferably has wings for turning without tools.
- the spindle can be inserted at the upper or lower end of the vertical tube and thus form a head or foot spindle.
- Such spindles preferably comprise a head or foot plate, a threaded tube and a spindle nut. These threaded spindles are z. B. also plugged into modular scaffolding vertical handles or vertical tubes of a facade or supporting framework.
- the theticianplatt has an opening through which the damper can be inserted into the interior of the outer tube. Since the diameter of the opening is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer tube and the outer diameter of the damper, it can not be pressed through the opening when striking.
- the damper is designed as a sleeve, the damper can be inserted, for example, through the upper opening of the outer tube during assembly.
- the diameter of the opening in the base plate and the inner diameter of the outer tube and the damper is designed and matched to one another such that the damper can be inserted under elastic deformation through the opening in the outer tube, but no longer by the Opening can be pushed out.
- the expert has numerous options available.
- the damper is according to the invention as a sleeve whose side wall is pressed for insertion so that its diameter is temporarily reduced so that the sleeve can be pushed through theticianplattenö réelle in the outer tube.
- the side walls can be moved against each other to temporarily reduce the diameter of the damper during insertion through the top plate opening. Thereafter, the sleeve springs open and the side walls of the slot face each other so that the slotted sleeve can behave almost like a continuous sleeve during the attack: Under load, because of the installation situation inside the pipe, the side walls not dodge against each other.
- This design is particularly preferred because it combines low material requirements, good compression and damping behavior and ease of mounting together.
- the vertical tube is part of a scaffolding, z. B. as scaffolding tube or as the two vertical posts in a scaffolding frame.
- a scaffolding frame two parallel vertical tubes in the lower and upper regions of the outer tube are connected to each other by horizontal beams to form a frame.
- So-called modular scaffolds are preferably connected by means of prefabricated system components and have corresponding connection options. This can be for example System with connecting posts on the vertical handle and waiter heads on the bars and diagonals to hang in the plates. Alternatively, this may be a system with prefabricated frames that are connected and stiffened by means of bars and diagonals.
- the vertical tube is preferably used for formwork or support purposes, for. B. as a prop, Also, the pipe or the support is reversible used. so that the terms “top” “bottom”, “top plate” and “bottom plate” are meaningfully interchangeable and not restrictive.
- Fig. 1 shows the inventive telescopic vertical tube 1 in a maximum extended position.
- 31 of the vertical tube 1 foot or head plates 4 are attached.
- Fig. 2 shows a detailed view of the lower portion 21 of the prop 1.
- the standing inside the outer tube 2 on the base plate 4 according to the invention damper 7 limits the insertion of the outer tube. 2 guided inner tube 3 at its lower end.
- the inner tube 3 is thus on the damper 7 .
- the inner tube 2 is guided with a clear game in the outer tube 2 by a slight Verschiebbarkelt to ensure under site conditions. So that the inner tube is still defined and not loosely guided in the outer tube, the inner tube 3 in the lower region a tube extension 33 , which ensures a corresponding sliding fit in the outer tube.
- Fig. 1 addressed fixing 24 there is a comparable sliding seat.
- Fig. 3 explains a preferred embodiment of the damper 7. This is designed as a sleeve which is designed such that it can support the lower open end 33 of the inner tube 3 . Diameter and wall thickness therefore correspond with the profile of the lower end 33 of the inner tube . 3
- the foot plate 4, on which the outer tube 2 is fixed, for example by welding, has a central opening 44 , which is smaller than the circumference of the sleeve 7 .
- the sleeve can not fall out through the opening 44 .
- the slot 71 which extends in the wall of the sleeve from top to bottom, the sleeve can be rolled up so that it can be inserted through the opening 44 and jump up inside the outer tube 2 ,

Description
Dabei zeigen:
- Figur 1:
- ein erfindungsgemäßes teleskopierbares Vertikalrohr In einer maximal ausgefahrenen Stellung in Seitenansicht;
- Figur 2:
- den unteren Bereich des Rohrs aus
Fig. 1 im Schnitt; und - Figur 3:
Fig. 2 Im Schnitt. -
Fig. 3 erläutert eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung des Dämpfers 7.
Claims (5)
die Fußplatte (4) eine Öffnung (44) zum Inneren des Außenrohres (2) aufweist, wobei der Durchmesser der Öffnung (44) geringer als der Innendurchmesser des Außenrohres an seinem unteren Ende (21) sowie der Außendurchmesser des Dämpfers ist; wobei der Dämpfer (7) eine Hülse aus elastischen Material, z.B Gummi, insbesondere eine seitlich geschlitzte Hülse ist;
