Claims (7)
- Trancheuse à pain (1) avec- un dispositif de coupe, qui comporte une lame rotative autour d'au moins un axe de rotation,- une zone d'amenage (4), dans laquelle une miche d'un pain à couper est insérable,- un dispositif d'avance, à l'aide duquel une miche à couper disposée dans la zone d'amenage (4) peut être avancée vers le dispositif de coupe, de sorte à pouvoir couper des tranches successives d'une extrémité antérieure de la miche au moyen du dispositif de coupe,- une zone de récupération (5), dans laquelle les tranches coupées sont récupérables de sorte qu'au fur et à mesure de la coupe d'une pluralité de tranches, il se forme à partir de celles-ci dans la zone de récupération (5) un paquet de tranches qui présente approximativement la forme de la miche non coupée, les tranches coupées s'appuyant chacune par une face inférieure sur une surface de pose (9) de la zone de récupération (5) et- un support de tranches (15), sur lequel peuvent s'appuyer la première tranche coupée et le paquet formé par cette dernière et par des tranches suivantes coupées par la suite, le support de tranches (15) étant déplaçable d'une position de départ, dans laquelle il est disposé à proximité du dispositif de coupe, du fait de la découpe continue de la miche, par le paquet de tranches se déplaçant en direction d'avance dans une position finale, dans laquelle la miche est entièrement découpée,

- Trancheuse à pain selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le support de tranches (15)- comporte un bras support (21), qui se trouve dans la zone de récupération (5) et qui sur une extrémité opposée à l'axe de rotation (16) comporte un élément support (14) sur lequel les tranches coupées peuvent s'appuyer et- comporte un bras de renvoi, qui sur une extrémité opposée à l'axe de rotation (16) est relié au dispositif de contrepoids (23), le bras support (21) et le bras de renvoi (22) étant disposés sur des côtés opposés de l'axe de rotation (16).
- Trancheuse à pain selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de rotation (16) s'étend sous un angle par rapport à la verticale et en ce que le dispositif de contrepoids (23) est un contrepoids (24) qui est accouplé de façon rigide avec le bras de renvoi (22), une distance entre le centre de gravité du contrepoids (24) et l'axe de rotation (16) étant de préférence réglable.
- Trancheuse à pain selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la ligne de conduite de la surface de pose (9) de la zone de récupération (5) s'étend à la parallèle de l'axe de rotation (16) du support de tranches (15).
- Trancheuse à pain selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément support (14) comporte une partie centrale (27) qui dans la position de départ du support de tranches (15) est orientée à la parallèle d'un plan de la lame, une partie de capture (28) se raccordant sur cette dernière et inclinée en direction de la lame et une partie d'appui tardif (29) se raccordant à la partie centrale (27) sur le côté de cette dernière qui est opposé à la partie de capture (18) et inclinée en s'éloignant de la lame (29).
- Trancheuse à pain selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée par un élément de butée (25) constitué de préférence d'une matière élastique caoutchouteuse, qui limite le mouvement de rotation du support de tranches (15) dans la position de départ.
