Definitions

  • the invention relates to a rosette arrangement for a door according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • handle rosettes In the field of building hardware, a distinction is made between handle and key rosettes. While handle rosettes are usually located in the upper lock area, the key rosettes are located in the lower lock area to disguise the keyholes. The determination of the key rosettes on the door usually takes place by means of screws. However, these often remain visible, which can be perceived as aesthetically disturbing.
  • US Pat. No. 3,939,680 describes a rosette arrangement with two stop plates on opposite sides of a door. To connect the stop plates, these each have a base receptacle with a central bore. A separate pin is inserted on both sides in these socket receptacles and held there by force or friction. In various embodiments, the pin is described as cylindrical, with longitudinal ribs or with a circumferential projection.
  • DE 22 62 322 A1 describes a rosette arrangement with two stop plates on opposite sides of a door. To connect the stop plates, these each have a base receptacle with a central bore. A separate pin is plugged into both sides of these socket receptacles and held there frictionally. For this purpose, the bolt and the base receptacle each have a cylindrical diameter.
  • the aim of the invention is to overcome these and other disadvantages of the prior art avoid and to create a rosette for a door, in particular for the area of the keyhole, which is inexpensive by simple means and easy to handle.
  • a solution is to be created that allows to make the rosette as flat as possible and to assemble without any tools.
  • Required fasteners should be invisible after installation.
  • the installation should be independent of the door thickness and ensure a permanently firm and correct fit.
  • the rosette arrangement for a door, wherein the rosette arrangement comprises two stop elements, which can be attached to both sides of the door attachable and with at least one fastening device to each other, wherein the fastening device consists of at least a first and at least a second fastening element
  • the invention provides that the at least one first fastening element is arranged on the back of a stop element and the at least one second fastening element on the back of the other stop element, that the at least one first fastening element in which at least one second fastening element can be fixed, wherein the at least one second fastening element has a receiving element, into which the at least one first fastening element can be inserted, and wherein the receiving element is reversibly deformable by the insertion of the at least one first fastening element such that the at least one first fastening element in the receiving element is non-positively fixed.
  • the stop elements can be fixed directly to each other. It is expedient here if the fastening elements are designed such that the first fastening element can be fixed in the second fastening element.
  • the second fastening element has an axial bore or a sleeve for receiving the first fastening element.
  • the first fastener has the shape of a bolt which is inserted into the sleeve or the axial bore and held there by frictional engagement.
  • the first fastening element has, for fixing in the receiving element at a front end, a bolt thickening, which is essentially a deformation of the cross section of the first fastening element.
  • the Bolzenaufdickung consists of two opposite bulges, each projecting beyond the circular or cylindrical periphery of the fastener, and two receding behind the circumference of the fastener recesses in the form of flat side surfaces.
  • the first fastening element retains its circular cross-section in the remaining regions, namely at the front end and between the pin boss and the shoulder on the stop element.
  • the opposing bulges are dimensioned such that their crest is greater than the circular inner diameter of the recess of the second fastener into which the first fastener is inserted for assembly.
  • the invention thus offers the great advantage that in the stop elements neither additional, visible from the outside holes for further fasteners nor other cover in any form are necessary. Consequently, the entire Rosette arrangement are designed to be particularly flat and visually appealing.
  • a particular advantage of the invention is that the receiving element is reversibly deformable by the insertion of the at least one first fastening element, that the first fastening element in the receiving element is non-positively fixed. In this way, no further fastening and / or guide elements are necessary.
  • the attachment can be done completely without additional tools by the two components are simply pushed together.
  • the production of the stop elements is possible without major assembly of a complicated fixing mechanism.
  • the second fastener may simply consist of a short cam with thread on the back of the Stop element is attached. On the thread then the receiving element can be screwed.
  • the receiving element consists of a flexible material such as polyoxymethylene (POM). Of course, it is also conceivable to use another correspondingly flexibly deformable plastic material.
  • POM polyoxymethylene
  • the stop elements For mounting the rosette assembly on the door, it is therefore only necessary to arrange the stop elements on both sides of the door, they move through a previously introduced into the door hole on each other and thereby push the first fastener into the receiving element. Once the receiving element is deformed by the first fastener, the stop elements hold each other firmly. The stop elements are then - overcoming the already acting frictional force - pushed so long to each other until they rest firmly on both sides of the door. It can be seen that it is a further particular advantage of the invention if the insertion of the first fastening element in the receiving element is infinitely effected. In this way, the rosette assembly according to the invention can be mounted on doors with different thicknesses.
  • the fastening device comprises two first fastening elements and two second fastening elements.
  • each receiving element has a first and a second fastening element, wherein the first and second fastening elements are point or axially symmetrical to the center of the respective stop element.
  • first and a second fastening element are arranged on each rear side in the symmetrical manner described above, the first fastening element of the one stop element and the second fastening element of the other stop element and vice versa are in the arrangement of the stop elements on the door.
  • a further advantage of the invention lies in the fact that the fastening elements are aligned in an axial direction to the back of the stop elements. This facilitates namely the joining of the stop elements into one another.
  • the rosette arrangement has a centering device. This ensures that the stop elements can always be mounted in the correct function on the door. It also ensures that the already mounted stop elements can not be moved radially or rotated in the circumferential direction. It is expedient if the centering device comprises at least one securing element which is arranged on the back of one of the two stop elements. Preferably, the securing element engages in the assembled base of the rosette arrangement in a recess of the door. For example, it is conceivable that in the door leaf or in the lock assembly, two through holes are present, the size and distance from each other is such that the mounted on the back of the stop elements fasteners can be inserted straight through the two holes.
  • the respective stop element applied in this way to the door it can not be displaced in the radial direction nor rotated in the circumferential direction and is simultaneously held in the axial direction by the opposite stop element on the door. It can be seen that it is particularly favorable if the securing element is formed by a first and / or second fastening element.
  • the particular advantages of the rosette arrangement according to the invention are that it can be mounted without any tools, that the fastening elements are not visible in the installed state, that they are independent of the Door thickness can be mounted and that it always ensures a permanently firm and correct fit.
  • rosette assembly is designed for a (not shown) door, which is usually provided with a mortise, which is embedded in a conventional manner end face in a door leaf. It consists of two stop elements 11, 11 ', which are arranged on both sides of the door leaf and by means of a fastening device 20 to each other can be fixed.
  • the fastening device consists in the present embodiment of two first fastening elements 30 and two second fastening elements 40th
  • the first fastening element 30 consists in each case of a bolt which protrudes in the axial direction X from the rear side 13 of the stop elements 11, 11 '.
  • the fastening element 30 is provided at its front end 31 with a bolt thickening 32 (cf. Fig. 2 , Cutout Z out Fig. 1 ). This is essentially a deformation of the cross section of the first fastener 30, for example, by this laterally flat crushed or pressed in a limited section.
  • the Bolzenaufdickung 32 thus consists of two opposing bulges 33, each projecting beyond the preferably circular or cylindrical periphery 35 of the fastener 30 and two behind the periphery 35 of the fastener 30 receding recesses 34 in the form of flat side surfaces.
  • the first fastening element 30 retains its circular cross-section, in particular at the front end 31 and between the thickening 32 and the projection on the respective stop element 11, 11 '.
  • the opposing bulges 33 are dimensioned such that their summation is greater than the preferably circular inner diameter of a recess 61 of the second fastening element 40, in which the first fastening element 30 is inserted for assembly.
  • the second fastening element 40 consists of a receiving element 60, which is mounted on a mounting cam 50 and also protrudes in the axial direction X of the back 13.
  • the receiving element 60 consists of a cylindrical sleeve made of a reversibly deformable material, which is formed with a recess 61. In this recess 61, the first fastening element 30 can be introduced during assembly of the rosette assembly 10.
  • the receiving element 60 is screwed onto the mounting cam 50.

  • the previously circular cross section of the receiving element 60 is deformed into an oval cross-section at the point at which the receiving element 60 encloses the pin boss 32 of the first fastening element 30.
  • the frictional forces arise from the fact that on one side the pin boss 32 pushes against the plastic inner wall of the receiving element 60 and that on the other side the plastic material tends to return to its original shape, in turn pushing against the pin boss 32. It can be seen at this point the advantage of the recesses 34.
  • the bolt thickening 32 is dimensioned for this purpose such that its circumference has a different shape than the circumference 35 of the remaining first fastening element 30.
  • the size of the circumference of the stud thickening 32 is equal to or even slightly smaller than the size of the periphery 35 of the remaining first fastener 30.
  • the assembly of the rosette assembly 10 is particularly fast and easy.
  • the stop members 11, 11 ' are simply arranged on both sides of the door (not shown) and slid toward each other through a hole provided in the door, with the first fastener 30 engaging the second fastener 40, respectively.
  • the stop elements 11, 11 ' hold each other firmly. All you have to do is push them towards each other until they are close to the door.
  • This entire assembly is limited to only two steps, which are carried out quickly and easily by the bolts are threaded into the corresponding holes and then pushed towards each other. Neither additional fasteners are necessary, nor needed for the months any tool, which not only has a favorable effect on the handling of the rosette assembly, but also significantly reduces the manufacturing and assembly costs.

  • rosette arrangement 10 can then take place on doors with different thickness, without it being necessary to stockpile special components for each door thickness.
  • the fastening device 20 simultaneously forms the centering device 70.
  • FIG. 3 A simplified principle of the centering device 70 can be seen in Fig. 3 , Here, the illustration of the receiving element 60 has been omitted on one side to illustrate the structure of the second fastening element 40.
  • each stop member 11, 11 ' has a first fastener 30 and a mounting cam 50 for a second fastener 40.
  • the on the one (concealed) mounting cam 50 patch receiving element 60 causes together with the opposite first fastener 30 of the other stop element eleventh the determination of the rosette assembly 10th
  • Both the fastening cam 50, on which no receiving element 60 is placed, and the fastening element 30, which lies opposite this fastening cam 50 in the illustrated exemplary embodiment, can be regarded as examples of embodiments for securing elements 71 of the centering device 70. Both have in common that they can each engage in a designated hole or recess in the door or in the lock and so prevent rotation of the stop elements 11, 11 'about the axis passing through the telescoping fasteners 30, 40 prevent. It can easily be seen that a simple pin or pin is also conceivable as the securing element 71.
  • the securing elements 71 can be adapted to the shape of the recesses.
