Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif (1) permettant de façonner des ébauches en matière plastique de manière à les transformer en récipients en matière plastique et de traiter des récipients en matière plastique, comprenant un système de façonnage (2), lequel étant conçu pour façonner des ébauches en matière plastique de manière à les transformer en récipients en matière plastique (10), comprenant un système de remplissage (4), lequel étant conçu pour remplir les récipients en matière plastique (10) d'un milieu coulant, dans lequel le système de façonnage (2) étant agencé en amont du système de remplissage (4) dans la direction de transport ; et comprend un système d'étiquetage (6) qui étant agencé en aval du système de remplissage (4) dans la direction de transport des récipients en matière plastique (10) et qui étant conçu pour munir d'étiquettes une paroi extérieure des récipients en matière plastique (10) remplis, dans lequel un système de transport (12), lequel étant conçu pour transporter les récipients en matière plastique (10) du système de remplissage (4) au système d'étiquetage (6) le long d'un trajet de transport, étant prévu entre le système de remplissage (4) et le système d'étiquetage (6), dans lequel ce système de transport (12) étant conçu pour guider un à un les récipients en matière plastique, dans lequel le dispositif (1) comprenant un système de fermeture (9) agencé entre le système de remplissage (4) et le système d'étiquetage (6) et destiné à fermer les récipients (10) au moyen de bouchons (10a), et dans lequel le système de remplissage (4), le système d'étiquetage (6) et le système de façonnage (2) étant bloqués les uns avec les autres,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - un système de séchage (8), lequel est conçu pour sécher les récipients en matière plastique et, à cette occasion, pour leur appliquer un milieu gazeux, est agencé entre le système de remplissage (4) et le système d'étiquetage (6) le long du trajet de transport des récipients en matière plastique (10), dans lequel le système de séchage (8) est agencé le long du trajet de transport pour les récipients (10) à la suite du système de fermeture (9) ; et en ce que
    - le système de remplissage (4) est synchronisé avec le système d'étiquetage (6) lors d'un fonctionnement de l'installation, et à cette occasion cette synchronisation est suspendue de manière ciblée en cas de défaillance de l'installation.
  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif (1) comprend un système d'amenée, lequel est conçu pour amener un milieu gazeux généré dans le système de façonnage (2) au système de séchage (8).
  3. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système de transport (12) est un transporteur à vis (12).
  4. Dispositif (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif (1) comprend un élément de séchage (16), lequel est conçu pour sécher les récipients en matière plastique (10) par contact mécanique.
  5. Procédé permettant de façonner des ébauches en matière plastique de manière à les transformer en récipients en matière plastique et de traiter les récipients en matière plastique, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - façonner les récipients en matière plastique, avant leur remplissage, à partir d'ébauches en matière plastique au moyen d'un système de façonnage (2) ;
    - remplir les récipients en matière plastique (10) d'un milieu coulant au moyen d'un système de remplissage (4) ;
    - transporter les récipients en matière plastique (10) du système de remplissage (4) à un système de fermeture (9), dans lequel les récipients en matière plastique (10) sont transportés un à un ;
    - fermer les récipients en matière plastique (10) au moyen de bouchons (10a) ;
    - transporter les récipients en matière plastique (10) du système de fermeture (9) à un système d'étiquetage (6), dans lequel les récipients en matière plastique (10) sont transportés un à un ;
    - appliquer les étiquettes sur les récipients en matière plastique remplis ;
    dans lequel
    au moins une zone de la paroi extérieure des récipients en matière plastique (10) et en particulier une zone à étiqueter des récipients en matière plastique (10) est séchée après la fermeture au moyen d'un système de séchage, dans lequel un milieu gazeux est appliqué sur les récipients en matière plastique,
    dans lequel
    le système de remplissage (4), le système d'étiquetage (6) et le système de façonnage (2) sont bloqués les uns avec les autres, dans lequel le système de remplissage (4) est synchronisé avec le système d'étiquetage (6) lors d'un fonctionnement de l'installation, et ainsi cette synchronisation est suspendue de façon ciblée en cas de défaillance de l'installation.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les récipients en matière plastique (10) sont séchés au moyen d'un milieu gazeux généré dans le système de façonnage (2).
