Claims (7)

  1. Système (1) pour le traitement de récipients, avec un dispositif de remplissage (4) qui remplit les récipients (10) avec une substance fluide, et avec un dispositif d'étiquetage (6) situé en aval dudit dispositif de remplissage (4) dans la direction de transport des récipients (10), lequel applique des étiquettes sur une paroi extérieure des récipients (10) remplis, un dispositif de transport (12) étant prévu entre le dispositif de remplissage (4) et le dispositif d'étiquetage (6), lequel transporte les récipients du dispositif de remplissage (4) au dispositif d'étiquetage (6), un dispositif de séchage (8) étant disposé le long du chemin de transport des récipients (10) entre le dispositif de remplissage (4) et le dispositif d'étiquetage (6), lequel sèche les récipients en les exposant notamment à un fluide gazeux,
    caractérisé en ce que
    ledit système (1) comporte un dispositif de déformation (2), lequel transforme les pré-formes en matière plastique en récipients (10) en matière plastique, et en ce que
    ledit système (1) comporte un dispositif d'amenée, lequel alimente le dispositif de séchage (8) avec un fluide gazeux généré dans le dispositif de déformation (2).
  2. Système (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    ledit système (1) comporte un dispositif de déformation (2), lequel transforme les pré-formes en matière plastique en récipients (10) en matière plastique, et en ce que ledit dispositif de déformation (2) est situé en amont du dispositif de remplissage (4).
  3. Système (1) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'un dispositif de transport (12) est prévu entre le dispositif de remplissage (4) et le dispositif d'étiquetage (6) pour le transport des récipients du dispositif de remplissage (4) au dispositif d'étiquetage (6), ledit dispositif de transport (12) transportant les récipients individuellement.
  4. Système (1) selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de transport (12) est un convoyeur à vis (12).
  5. Système (1) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de remplissage (4) est bloqué par le dispositif d'étiquetage (6).
  6. Système (1) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    ledit système (1) comporte un élément de séchage (16), lequel sèche les récipients (10) par contact mécanique.
  7. Procédé de traitement de récipients, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - remplissage des récipients (10) avec une substance fluide au moyen d'un dispositif de remplissage (4) ;
    - transport des récipients (10) du dispositif de remplissage (4) à un dispositif d'étiquetage (6), les récipients (10) étant transportés individuellement ;
    - application d'étiquettes sur les récipients remplis ;
    au moins une zone de la paroi extérieure der récipients (10) et en particulier une zone des récipients (10) à étiqueter étant séchée au moyen d'un dispositif de séchage après remplissage, les récipients étant notamment exposés à un fluide gazeux,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les récipients sont formés à partir de pré-formes en matière plastique par un dispositif de déformation (2) avant remplissage, et séchés au moyen d'un fluide gazeux généré dans le dispositif de déformation (2).
