Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de montage et de démontage d'une brique (10; 10') de balayage réfractaire ou d'une douille (30; 30') réfractaire formant une ouverture (31, 31') de coulée dans une busette (5; 5'; 25; 25') de coulée et de celle-ci, qui est insérée dans une ouverture (4; 24) d'un récipient (1) de métal fondu et qui a une ouverture (6; 6'; 26; 26') de busette de coulée, une nouvelle brique (10; 10') de balayage ou une nouvelle douille (30; 30') étant introduite dans l'ouverture (6; 6'; 26; 26') de la busette de coulée et y étant mise en position et immobilisée, un intervalle (15; 15'; 35; 35') présent entre l'ouverture (6; 6'; 26; 26') de la busette de coulée et la brique (10; 10') de balayage ou la douille (30; 30') étant ensuite empli d'une masse réfractaire, caractérisé en ce que, pour le démontage d'une brique (10; 10') de balayage obturée ou d'une douille (30; 30') obturée, on retire la masse réfractaire de l'intervalle (15; 15'; 35; 35') défini et on peut remplacer la brique de balayage ou la douille ainsi détachée, la masse réfractaire étant percée ou fraisée au moyen d'un perçoir, de préférence d'un perçoir à couronne, et/ou brûlée au moyen d'une ou de plusieurs lances.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on fraise la masse réfractaire, de préférence par des fraises à queue, dans l'intervalle polygonal se rétrécissant ou s'élargissant coniquement verticalement ou polygonal en section transversale horizontale entre la busette de coulée et la brique de balayage ou la douille.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on effectue l'insertion de la nouvelle brique (10; 10') de balayage ou de la nouvelle douille (30; 30') dans l'ouverture (6; 6'; 26; 26') de la busette de coulée au moyen d'un dispositif, comme par exemple un robot, d'un outil de levage ou d'une barre formant poussoir.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le positionnement de la nouvelle brique (10; 10') de balayage ou de la nouvelle douille (30; 30') dans l'ouverture (6; 6'; 26; 26') de la busette de coulée est assisté par une mesure laser et/ou par des méthodes optiques.
  5. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on remplit l'intervalle (15; 15', 35; 35') entre la busette (5; 5'; 25; 25') de coulée et la nouvelle brique (10; 10') de balayage ou la nouvelle douille (30; 30') de la masse réfractaire au moyen d'une pompe, par coulée, par projection ou par enfoncement.
  6. Récipient de métal fondu pour effectuer le procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant au moins une ouverture (4; 24), dans laquelle est montée une busette (5; 5'; 25; 25') de coulée réfractaire, et comprenant une brique (10; 10') de balayage réfractaire insérée dans l'ouverture (6; 6'; 26; 26') de la busette de balayage ou une douille (30; 30') réfractaire formant une ouverture (31; 31') de coulée, caractérisé en ce que
    il est formé, entre l'ouverture (6; 6'; 26; 26') de la busette de coulée et la brique (10; 10') de balayage ou la douille (30; 30'), un intervalle (15; 15'; 35; 35') défini et empli d'une masse réfractaire, la masse réfractaire pouvant être retirée de l'intervalle (15; 15'; 35; 35') annulaire en vue du remplacement de la brique (10; 10') de balayage ou de la douille (30; 30') au moyen d'un perçoir (16; 16'; 36), de préférence d'un perçoir à couronne, et/ou au moyen d'une ou de plusieurs lances, la brique (10; 10') de balayage ou la douille (30; 30') ayant à cette fin une surface (12b; 10a; 30a; 30a') extérieure cylindrique et l'intervalle (15; 15'; 35; 35') étant annulaire.
  7. Récipient suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'intervalle (15; 15'; 35; 35') a une largeur de 10 à 100 mm.
  8. Récipient suivant la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la brique (10; 10') de balayage ou la douille est constituée de deux parties (11; 12) coaxiales fabriquées en une pièce, dont la partie intérieure à une forme extérieure conique et dont la partie extérieure à une forme intérieure conique correspondante, l'intervalle (15) empli de la masse réfractaire étant formé entre une surface (12b) extérieure de la partie (12) extérieure et l'ouverture (6) de la busette de coulée.
  9. Récipient suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la surface (12b) extérieure d'une partie (12) extérieure est cylindrique et l'intervalle (15) est annulaire.
  10. Récipient suivant l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (6; 6'; 26; 26') de la busette de coulée est cylindrique.
