Claims (10)

  1. Ciseau à ébaucher équipé d'une tête de ciseau (10) et d'un manche de ciseau (20), le manche de ciseau (20) supportant une douille de serrage (23) dans laquelle le manche de ciseau (20) est maintenu de façon imperdable en direction de son axe longitudinal et de façon à pouvoir tourner librement autour de son axe longitudinal ;
    la douille de serrage (23) supportant des éléments d'arrêt s'emboîtant dans une rainure circonférentielle d'une section d'arrêt (22) du manche de ciseau (20), faisant que la douille de serrage est maintenue de façon à pouvoir tourner librement tout en restant imperdable dans la direction de l'axe du ciseau à ébaucher ;
    caractérisé en ce que :
    le manche de ciseau (20) supporte, au niveau de son extrémité opposée à la tête de ciseau (10), un prolongement de manche (20.1) ;
    le prolongement de manche (20.1) comporte un logement d'outil (26) ; et
    le logement d'outil (26) est accessible dans la direction de l'axe du ciseau via une zone d'entretoise du prolongement de manche (20.1) reculée par rapport à la surface d'enveloppe du manche de ciseau (20) et/ou par rapport à la surface d'enveloppe de la douille de serrage (23).
  2. Ciseau à ébaucher selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'entretoise située entre la surface d'enveloppe du manche de ciseau (20) cylindrique a un premier diamètre (D1) et est constituée d'une section d'extrémité (29) du prolongement de manche (20.1) de deuxième diamètre (d1), le deuxième diamètre (d1) étant inférieur au premier diamètre (D1).
  3. Ciseau à ébaucher selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que :
    les axes centraux longitudinaux du manche de ciseau (20) et de la section d'extrémité (29) sont alignés ; et
    la zone d'entretoise est constituée par l'espace annulaire formé entre le premier et le deuxième diamètre (D1 et d1).
  4. Ciseau à ébaucher selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le logement d'outil (26) est constitué par une rainure circonférentielle.
  5. Ciseau à ébaucher selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement de manche (20.1) comporte une section rentrable (27) et une section sortable par pression (28) alignées transversalement par rapport à l'axe central longitudinal du ciseau à ébaucher.
  6. Ciseau à ébaucher selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le manche de ciseau (20) et/ou le prolongement de manche (20.1) sont guidés dans le logement d'outil (25) via un chanfrein (25).
  7. Ciseau à ébaucher selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que :
    un disque antiusure (50) est tiré sur la douille de serrage (23), ledit disque maintenant la douille de serrage (23) dans un état précontraint ;
    le disque antiusure (50) pouvant être tiré par la douille de serrage (23) en direction de la tête de ciseau (10) ;
    le disque antiusure (50) tiré est disposé dans une section de transition (21) du manche de ciseau (20) formée entre la tête de ciseau (10) et la douille de serrage (23), libérant ainsi la douille de serrage (23).
  8. Ciseau à ébaucher selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la tête de ciseau (10) comporte des surfaces déflectrices (11) dans le raccord avec la pointe du ciseau (12), lesdites zones étant recouvertes d'une cuirasse (15) réalisée par application de soudure dans la zone orientée vers la pointe du ciseau (12).
  9. Ciseau à ébaucher selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de transition de la tête de ciseau (10) en direction du manche de ciseau (20), la tête de ciseau (10) comporte un élément d'union (13) au niveau duquel une section de transition (21) cylindrique menant au logement d'un disque antiusure (50) est rattachée.
  10. Ciseau à ébaucher selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que :
    il supporte un disque antiusure (50) présentant une paroi circonférentielle (52) délimitant un godet (53) ; et
    un élément d'union (13) de la tête de ciseau (10) est logé dans le godet (53).
