Claims (7)

  1. Récipient de transport et de stockage en matière plastique avec une partie de fond et quatre parois latérales reliées de manière fixe ou pivotante à la partie de fond, dans lequel au moins une paroi latérale (1) du récipient présente une ouverture de prélèvement (2) qui peut être couverte et fermée au moyen d'un clapet (3) articulé par une charnière sur l'un des bords latéraux (5, 8) dans l'ouverture de prélèvement (2) de la paroi latérale (1), caractérisé en ce que le clapet (3) présente des moyens de maintien pour la fermeture de l'ouverture de prélèvement (2), moyens de maintien au moyen desquels le clapet (3) peut être verrouillé avec la paroi latérale (1) dans l'état fermé, ces moyens de maintien étant disposés sur le clapet (3) de telle manière qu'ils ne puissent être actionnés que par l'intérieur du récipient.
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le clapet (3) est formé en deux parties par deux éléments de clapet (3a, 3b) et les deux éléments de clapet (3a, 3b) du clapet (3) sont reliés de façon pivotante l'un à l'autre au moyen d'une liaison formant charnière.
  3. Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le clapet (3) est articulé par une charnière sur le bord latéral inférieur (5) dans l'ouverture de prélèvement (2) de la paroi latérale (1) sur la paroi latérale (1) au moyen d'éléments formant charnières (14).
  4. Récipient selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu formé sur les deux bords latéraux verticaux (8) de la paroi latérale (1) en direction de l'ouverture de prélèvement (2) au moins un tenon (7) horizontal destiné à se mettre en prise dans un évidement (13) de l'élément de clapet inférieur (3b).
  5. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu dans les parties d'angle supérieures de l'élément de clapet supérieur (3a) des barres d'engagement (10) pour l'engagement amovible de l'élément de clapet (3a) avec la paroi latérale (1).
  6. Récipient selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les barres d'engagement (10) présentent une couverture sur la face extérieure de l'élément de clapet (3a).
  7. Récipient selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de clapet inférieur (3b) présente un élément en forme (12') complémentaire de la couverture (12) qui est disposé sur l'élément de clapet inférieur (3b) de telle manière que lorsque l'élément de clapet (3a) est rabattu, la couverture (12) se met en prise dans l'élément en forme (12').
