Definitions

  • Ropeways with free-hanging ropes have been known for over a century and transport loads and people in the load-carrying units.
  • Mainly cable cars of this kind are used in the area of tourist areas, amusement parks and industry.
  • Ropeways are usually made by tensioning a free hanging rope between at least two points. To achieve directional changes of the suspension ropes, these are deflected by intermediate masts or one of the Endaufhnatureungsvorraumen is completely moved.
  • the load-bearing units are then moved, either on a gradient by using gravity in conjunction with brake systems, with almost horizontally tensioned wire ropes with engine power through additional traction cables or rotating suspension ropes on which the loads are firmly attached.
  • the basic basic structure of a cable car is clear from the document DE000000479671 A. This is a mainly designed for passenger transport system in which the person receiving unit moves from a higher starting position along the rope to the lower end position.
  • the example also shows supports of the support cable between the two stationary Endauf hanging stations. This example is characteristic of the basic structure of cable cars to the present day.
  • the catenary ends are also fixedly connected to an end suspension device, one of which can be moved or tilted horizontally on the ground so that the catenaries may be restricted over a horizontal surface or only moved laterally, as opposed to immobile end suspension devices such as a mountain - And valley stations or masts, where the position of the suspension cables is completely unchangeable.
  • an end suspension device one of which can be moved or tilted horizontally on the ground so that the catenaries may be restricted over a horizontal surface or only moved laterally, as opposed to immobile end suspension devices such as a mountain - And valley stations or masts, where the position of the suspension cables is completely unchangeable.
  • the claim 1 is based on the problem that in the cable cars known today, the possibility of position or inclination change of the supporting cable during operation is very limited.
  • EndhCodehdicaungsvorraumen on which the Tragseilenden are connected be moved extensively on the ground, which requires both a level terrain, and obstacle clearance. Due to the pivoting of the supports, the utilization area is only slightly extended horizontally.
  • passenger cable cars there are no constructions that allow a change in position of the suspension ropes and it is currently possible to approach only one entry and exit station per each end of the suspension rope. Cable cars that use gravity to move loads can only make use of it in one direction. None of the known cable cars has the possibility to change the suspension points during operation exclusively in the vertical direction, so as to reverse the inclination of the entire suspension cable.
  • the angle of inclination of the supporting cables in horizontal and vertical direction can be changed individually and controlled.
  • load-bearing units which move due to gravity on the carrying cable, can be influenced by pure inclination change of the supporting cables in the direction and way. If instead of a simple carrying cable a circulating carrying cable or pulling cable with motor drive is used, the load receiving unit can be controlled even more controlled.
  • the outstanding advantage is that with this technique, the direction and direction of the load-bearing unit are variable during operation, both in the vertical and in the horizontal direction, without an end suspension device, such as a cable car station or a mast must be moved.
  • the embodiment according to claim 4 allows a maximum radius of use.
  • the embodiment according to claim 7 is particularly advantageous as amusement ride.
  • arranging a plurality of supporting cables on a rotating carrier many passenger units can be moved simultaneously in opposite directions and positions, whereby all passenger units can be boarded at the same lowest point.
  • the embodiment in claim 8 makes it possible to use gravity in conjunction with the changing angles of inclination individually for entertainment purposes.
  • Fig. 1 shows the basic embodiment of the invention with a movable and a fixed carrying cable end.
  • Fig. 2 shows the embodiment with two movable supporting cable ends
  • Fig. 3 shows an embodiment with two rotated by 90 ° to each other raceways
  • Fig. 4 shows an embodiment with supporting cable ends, which are guided on vertical circular raceways.
  • Fig. 5 shows an embodiment in which a supporting cable end is guided in a horizontal circular path.
  • Fig. 6 shows an embodiment in which a supporting cable end is guided in a horizontal circular path cutout.

  • the carrying cable 1 is stretched between the end suspension device 8 and the movable carriage 2, which runs on the track 4 held by tie rods 3.
  • the passenger unit 5 moves in the opposite direction. Via flaps, the passenger unit can be turned in the corresponding direction of travel.
  • this system offers the advantage that the direction of travel can be changed during operation to increase the attractiveness and the passengers can experience many different perspectives.
  • the speed can also be influenced depending on the strength of the inclination 8 of the support cables 1.
  • the passenger unit is instead moved by means of a pull rope or a revolving carrying rope with motor drive, it is possible to use higher speeds, accelerations and braking effects in conjunction with the different angles of inclination and heights.
  • Fig. 2 shows a variant of the embodiment of Figure 1, which is also usable as amusement equipment.
  • the support cable 1 is stretched between two carriages 2, but on both sides can ride on a supported by tension struts 3 runway 4.
  • This system allows a very strong change in inclination 8 of the supporting cable, as well as the discontinuation of the loads or passengers at both ends of the cable ends, as they can be moved to the ground.
  • the control of the catenary ends is synchronous in this performance, i. the carriages are dependent on each other. If the left carriage 2 is lifted by means of a winch 10 with a pull cable 11 running over a deflection roller 9, the winch 10 winds the pull cable 11 while the pull cable 14 for the right carriage 2 is unwound and vice versa. This ensures that the two carriages 2 are always at the same distance from each other and the Seii warmth remains the same.
