Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour le raccordement entre des colonnes et des poutres préfabriquées comprenant une colonne (2) et des poutre préfabriquées (3), et le long de l'extension de ladite colonne (2), au moins une paire de parties d'appui (4a, 4b) qui sont agencées sur des côtés opposés par rapport à la direction de l'extension longitudinale (100) de ladite colonne, et sont mises en prise, en appui, par une partie d'extrémité (5) d'une poutre (3) respective, au niveau d'une région de ladite colonne (2) formée au-dessus de ladite au moins une paire de parties d'appui (4a, 4b) étant située au moins une ouverture débouchante (6), qui s'étend sensiblement parallèlement à l'extension longitudinale (101) desdites poutres (3) et accueille des moyens (7) pour le raccordement entre ladite colonne (2) et lesdites poutres (3), ladite ouverture (6) s'étendant sur une hauteur plus élevée que la hauteur desdites poutres (3), lesdits moyens de raccordement (7) comprenant une moulure de finition (8) qui passe au moins partiellement à travers ladite ouverture débouchante (6), et un bâti de renforcement (10) passant par ladite ouverture débouchante (6) et étant intégré dans ladite moulure de finition (8), caractérisé en ce que ladite moulure de finition (8) a une surface supérieure à la même hauteur que la surface supérieure (3a) desdites poutres (3) de sorte qu'il reste une région libre entre la surface supérieure de la moulure de finition (8) qui passe par l'ouverture débouchante (6) et le sommet de l'ouverture débouchante (6), et un corps de raccordement (9) qui est prévu, qui est agencé à l'intérieur de ladite région libre au-dessus de la surface qui est dirigée vers le haut de ladite moulure de finition (8) et qui passe au moins partiellement à travers ladite ouverture débouchante (6) et raccorde mutuellement les surfaces (3a) orientées vers le haut desdites poutres (3), et ledit bâti de renforcement (10) étant raccordé entre les bâtis de renforcement (11) des poutres qui sont agencées sur les côtés opposés par rapport à ladite au moins une ouverture débouchante (6).
  2. Dispositif pour le raccordement entre des colonnes et des poutres préfabriquées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps de raccordement (9) est adapté pour fournir une chape structurelle.
  3. Dispositif pour le raccordement entre des colonnes et des poutres préfabriquées selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, dans l'épaisseur dudit corps de raccordement (9) qui forme ladite chape structurelle, au moins un corps de bâti de renforcement auxiliaire (13) qui s'étend de manière sensiblement parallèle à la direction longitudinale principale (101) desdites poutres (3).
  4. Dispositif pour le raccordement entre des colonnes et des poutres préfabriquées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, le long de l'extension de ladite colonne (2), deux paires de parties d'appui (4a, 4b) qui sont agencées sur les côtés opposés par rapport à la direction de l'extension longitudinale (100) de ladite colonne (2) et sont conçues pour être mises en prise, en appui, par une partie d'extrémité (5) d'une poutre (3) respective.
  5. Dispositif pour le raccordement entre des colonnes et des poutres préfabriquées selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdites poutres (3) ont, au niveau de leur partie d'extrémité (5) conçue pour s'appuyer contre les parties d'appui (4a, 4b) respectives, un évidement (14) longitudinalement allongé dans lequel la concavité est dirigée vers le haut, sa dimension transversale correspondant sensiblement à la dimension transversale de ladite ouverture débouchante (6), ledit évidement (14) étant conçu pour être au moins partiellement rempli par ladite moulure de finition (8).
  6. Dispositif pour le raccordement entre des colonnes et des poutres préfabriquées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit bâti de renforcement (11) de la poutre (3) comprend au moins une barre qui a une partie d'extrémité (11a) filetée respective qui est associée, de manière stable, avec un manchon (15) intérieurement fileté qui peut être mis en prise par une partie d'extrémité (12a) respective d'une barre de raccordement (12) respective qui fait au moins partie dudit bâti de renforcement de raccordement (10), ledit manchon (15) fileté étant au moins partiellement encastré à l'intérieur de ladite poutre (3).
  7. Dispositif pour le raccordement entre des colonnes et des poutres préfabriquées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une ouverture débouchante (6) est fournie par une boîte tubulaire (16) qui est encastrée à l'intérieur de ladite colonne (2) et est raccordée de manière stable à un bâti de renforcement (17) de la colonne.
  8. Dispositif pour le raccordement entre des colonnes et des poutres préfabriquées selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit bâti de renforcement auxiliaire (13) fournit un raccordement entre des supports (18) qui font saillie de la surface supérieure (3a) des poutres (3) agencées sur les côtés opposés par rapport à ladite ouverture débouchante (6).
