Claims (11)

  1. Struktur zur Befestigung einer Klammer für ein Schreibinstrument, das einen Schaft aufweist, der sich entlang einer longitudinalen Achse (A) erstreckt, mit:
    einem Rastorgan (4; 4') aus Kunststoff, das mit dem Schaft (3,3') verbunden ist und das bezüglich des Schaftes eine proximale Wand (35;35') und eine distale Wand (45;45') aufweist, wobei die proximale Wand und die distale Wand sich gegenüberstehend angeordnet sind und sich im Ganzen in je einer Ebene erstrecken (P1, P2), wobei die Ebenen im Wesentlichen parallel sind, derart, dass sie zwischen einander eine Ausnehmung (10, 11; 10') bilden, die ein offenes Einführungsende (47;47') aufweist;
    einer Klammer (1; 1'), die einen Befestigungsabschnitt (2,2') umfasst, der eine im Wesentlichen einheitliche Dicke (e) aufweist, und geeignet ist, in der Ausnehmung (10, 11; 10') über das offene Einführungsende (47;47') befestigt zu werden;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der proximalen Wand und der distalen Wand eine Vielzahl von Ausstülpungen (42; 43; 43') aufweist, die zum Inneren der Ausnehmung (10, 11; 10') überstehen, wobei mindestens eine erste Ausstülpung eine erste Spitze (42 A, 43'A) aufweist, die in einem ersten Abstand (d1) von der Wand (45;35') angeordnet ist, die geeignet ist, die erste Spitze mit dem Befestigungsabschnitt (2, 2') in Kontakt zu bringen, und wobei mindestens eine zweite zwischen der ersten Ausstülpung und dem offenen Einführungsende (47; 47') angeordnete Ausstülpung der Wand (45;35') eine zweite Spitze (42B; 43'B) aufweist, die in einem zweiten Abstand (d2) von der Wand (45; 35') angeordnet ist, wobei der zweite Abstand (d2) kleiner als der erste Abstand (d1) ist.
  2. Befestigungsstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die proximale Wand (35) und die distale Wand (45) miteinander über eine zentrale Wand (41) verbunden sind, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der proximalen Wand und der distalen Wand verläuft und sich in einer radialen Ebene (P5) erstreckt, wobei die zentrale Wand (41) die Ausnehmung (10, 11) in zwei seitlich sich gegenüberstehende Abschnitte teilt.
  3. Befestigungsstruktur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die proximale Wand (35) eine ebene Oberfläche aufweist.
  4. Befestigungsstruktur nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Spitze (42A) in einem dritten Abstand (g1) zu der proximalen Wand angeordnet ist, wobei der dritte Abstand höchstens genauso groß wie die Dicke (e) des Befestigungsabschnittes (2) ist.
  5. Befestigungsstruktur nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Spitze (42B) in einen vierten Abstand (g2) zu der proximalen Wand (35) angeordnet ist, wobei der vierte Abstand größer als die Dicke (e) des Befestigungsabschnittes (2) ist.
  6. Befestigungsstruktur nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die distale Wand (45) mindestens zwei erste Ausstülpungen und mindestens zwei zweite Ausstülpungen aufweist.
  7. Befestigungsstruktur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die proximale Wand (35) und die distale Wand (45) jeweils mindestens eine Ausstülpung (42,43) aufweisen, wobei die jeweiligen Spitzen der Ausstülpungen der proximalen Wand und der distalen Wand derart angeordnet sind, dass die erste Spitze (42A) in einen fünften Abstand (g'1) zur Spitze (43A) auf der gegenüberliegenden Wand (35) in radialer Richtung angeordnet ist, wobei der fünfte Abstand höchstens genauso groß ist wie die Dicke (e) des Befestigungsabschnittes (2).
  8. Befestigungsstruktur nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstülpungen (42, 43) sich jeweils entlang einer bezüglich der zentralen Wand (41) im Wesentlichen senkrechten Richtung erstrecken und je einen einheitlichen Querschnitt in dieser Richtung aufweisen.
  9. Befestigungsstruktur nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (2) zwei Befestigungsränder (20) aufweist, die sich beiderseitig eines Schlitzes (9), der sich longitudinal erstreckt, gegenüber stehen, wobei jeder Befestigungsrand (20) ein Profil hat, das mindestens einen Hohlraum (22) aufweist, und dass die zentrale Wand (41) zwei sich gegenüberstehende Seitenwände aufweist, die je mindestens eine seitliche Ausstülpung (44) aufweisen, die senkrecht zur zentralen Wand übersteht, wobei jede seitliche Ausstülpung (44) geeignet ist, mit einem der Hohlräume (22) wechselzuwirken.
  10. Befestigungsstruktur nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine seitliche Ausstülpung (44) zwischen einer ersten Spitze (42A) und einer zweiten Spitze (42B), die zu der ersten Spitze (42A) benachbart ist, angeordnet ist.
  11. Befestigungsstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (10') aus einem hohlen seitlich geschlossenen Abschnitt gebildet ist, und dass die Klammer (1') einen Befestigungsabschnitt (2') mit einem U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
