Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Schwingungsdämpfung eines Schließbügels (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, eine Fahrzeugtür auszustatten, wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes aufweist:• eine obere Platte (1) die eine obere Fläche (10) und eine untere Fläche (11) aufweist, wobei die obere Fläche (10) dazu bestimmt ist, den Träger des Schließbügels (2) zu bilden, wobei die obere Platte (10) mit mindestens einer ersten Öffnung (100) versehen ist,• eine untere Platte (3), die dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Öffnung fest verbunden zu werden, wobei die untere Platte (3) mit mindestens einer ersten Öffnung (31) gegenüber der ersten Öffnung (100) versehen ist,• ein erstes Dämpfmittel (4), das Folgendes aufweist:- einen hohlen zentralen Teil (40), der sich auf dem umfänglichen inneren Rand der ersten Öffnung (100) erstreckt,- einen ersten unteren Teil (401), der sich zwischen die untere Platte (3) und die obere Platte (1) einfügt,- einen oberen Teil (400), der sich auf der oberen Fläche (10) der oberen Platte (1) erstreckt,• eine Schraube (5), die ausgebildet ist, um sich durch den zentralen Teil (40) derart einzufügen, dass sie ohne Berührung mit der oberen Platte (1) ist und Folgendes aufweist:Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube (5) in Bezug auf den oberen Teil (400) derart angeordnet ist, dass der zweite Schraubenkopf (51) den oberen Teil (400) gegen die obere Platte (1) andrückt.- einen Schraubenkörper,- einen ersten Schraubenkopf (50), der dazu bestimmt ist, die untere Platte (3) an der Tür zu befestigen,- einen zweiten Schraubenkopf (51), der von der oberen Fläche (10) der oberen Platte (1) vorsteht,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der obere Teil (400) ausgebildet ist, um gegen den Schraubenkörper anzuliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der:• der zentrale Teil einen Körper (40) mit Querschnitt, der zu dem Querschnitt der ersten Öffnung (100) komplementär ist, aufweist, wobei der Körper (40) zwei Enden und eine äußere umfängliche Oberfläche aufweist, die sich auf dem inneren umfänglichen Rand der ersten Öffnung (100) erstreckt,• der untere Teil einen unteren Kragen (401) aufweist, der sich an einem Ende des Körpers (40) erstreckt und sich zwischen die untere Platte (3) und die obere Platte (1) einfügt,• wobei der obere Teil einen oberen Kragen (400) aufweist, der sich an dem anderen Ende des Körpers (40) erstreckt, wobei der obere Kragen (400) auf die obere Fläche (10) der oberen Platte (1) und gegen den zweiten Schraubenkopf (51) zum Anliegen kommt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, die ferner ein Mittel zum Halten des ersten Dämpfmittels (4) gegen den zweiten Schraubenkopf (51) aufweist, wobei das Haltemittel zwischen dem oberen Teil (400) und dem zweiten Schraubenkopf (51) eingefügt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der das Haltemittel Folgendes aufweist:• eine Hülse (70), die ausgebildet ist, um mit dem oberen Teil (400) einzurasten,• einen Kragen (71), der eine radiale Stützfläche gegen den zweiten Schraubenkopf (51) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die ferner mindestens ein zweites Dämpfmittel (6) aufweist, das fest mit der oberen Platte (1) verbunden ist, wobei die obere Platte (1) mit mindestens einer zweiten Öffnung (101), in deren Innerem das zweite Dämpfmittel (6) eingerichtet ist, versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der das zweite Dämpfmittel (6) ausgebildet ist, um sich auf der oberen Platte (1) durch Einrasten in die zweite Öffnung (101) zu befestigen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der das zweite Dämpfmittel (6) Folgendes aufweist:• einen Stützkörper (60) mit Querschnitt, der zu dem Querschnitt der zweiten Öffnung (101) komplementär ist, ausgebildet, um sich in die zweite Öffnung (101) zufügen, wobei der Stützkörper (60) zwei Enden aufweist,• einen Kragen (61), der sich an einem Ende des Stützkörpers (60) erstreckt, wobei die untere Fläche (11) der oberen Platte (1) einen Anschlag für den Kragen (61) bildet,• einen geschmeidigen Kopf (62), der sich an dem anderen Ende des Stützkörpers erstreckt, wobei der geschmeidige Kopf (62) ausgebildet ist, um in die zweite Öffnung (101) einzurasten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der der Kragen (61) ausgebildet ist, um ein mechanisches Spiel mit der unteren Platte (3) im Wesentlichen gleich 1 mm zu lassen.
