  1. A device for damping vibrations of a strike (2) intended to equip an opening panel of a vehicle, the said device comprising:
    • an upper plate (1) having an upper face (10) and a lower face (11), the upper face (10) being intended to form a support for the strike (2); the upper plate (10) being provided with at least a first orifice (100) ;
    • a lower plate (3) intended to be secured to the opening panel, the lower plate (3) being provided with at least a first opening (31) opposite the first orifice (100) ;
    • a first damping means (4) having:
    - a central hollow part (40) extending over the interior peripheral edge of the first orifice (100);
    - a bottom part (401) intercalating between the lower plate (3) and the upper plate (1);
    - a top part (400) extending over the upper face (10) of the upper plate (1);
    • a screw (5) shaped to engage through the central part (40) so as to be without contact with the upper plate (1) and including:
    - a screw body;
    - a first screw head (50) intended to fix the lower plate (3) to the opening panel;
    - a second screw head (51), projecting from the upper face (10) of the upper plate (1);
    the said device being characterized in that the screw (5) is disposed relative to the top part (400) such that the second screw head (51) comes to hold the top part (400) flat against the upper plate (1).
  2. The device according to claim 1, in which the top part (400) is shaped to rest against the screw body.
  3. The device according to claim 1 or 2, in which:
    • the central part has a body (40) having a cross-section complementary to the cross-section of the first orifice (100), the said body (40) having two ends and an exterior peripheral surface extending over the interior peripheral edge of the first orifice (100);
    • the bottom part has a lower collar (401) extending at one end of the body (40), and intercalating between the lower plate (3) and the upper plate (1);
    • the top part has an upper collar (400), extending at the other end of the body (40), the said upper collar (400) coming to rest on the upper face (10) of the upper plate (1) and against the second screw head (51).
  4. The device according to one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a holding means of the first damping means (4) against the second screw head (51), the holding means being intercalated between the top part (400) and the second screw head (51).
  5. The device according to claim 4, in which the holding means comprises:
    • a socket (70) shaped to fit together with the top part (400);
    • a collar (71) forming a radial support surface against the second screw head (51).
  6. The device according to one of the preceding claims, further comprising at least a second damping means (6), integral with the upper plate (1), the upper plate (1) being provided with at least a second orifice (101) in the interior of which the second damping means (6) is arranged.
  7. The device according to claim 6, in which the second damping means (6) is shaped for being fixed on the upper plate (1) by locking into the second orifice (101).
  8. The device according to claim 7, in which the second damping means (6) comprises:
    • a support body (60), having a cross-section complementary to the cross-section of the second orifice (101), shaped to engage in the second orifice (101), the support body (60) having two ends;
    • a collar (61) extending at one end of the support body (60), the lower face (11) of the upper plate (1) forming a stop for the collar (61);
    • a flexible head (62) extending at the other end of the support body, the flexible head (62) being shaped to lock into the second orifice (101).
  9. The device according to claim 8, in which the collar (61) is shaped to leave a mechanical play with the lower plate (3) substantially equal to 1 mm.
