Elle traverse également l'élément de structure 9 par un trou 13 (ouvrant ou du dormant) et se visse dans un écrou 14 prisonnier dans une cage 21 (visible sur la figure 1) ou soudé en 22 à la tôle 9 du côté opposé à la gâche. La cage 21 solidarise en rotation l'écrou à la tôle 9. Comme visible sur la figure 5, la tige 17a de chaque pion 15 est espacée du trou 16 par un jeu périphérique j de l'ordre de 0,4 mm et la tête 17b est espacée du dessus de la plaque 3 d'une hauteur h de l'ordre de 1 mm. Comme repésenté sur la figure 6, avec des vibrations normales de fonctionnement, le coussinet 1 est apte à encaisser des déformations dont l'allongement x est compris entre - 0,4 et 0,4 mm, tout en conservant son élasticité. Au cours de ces déformations, les pions ne viennent pas en contact avec la plaque supérieure 3. Au delà de 0,4 mm de déformation, la matière du coussinet peut subir des déformations plastiques, voire se déchirer, se décoller ou rompre, comme indiqué par la pente raide sur le graphique illustrant la relation entre l'intensité de la force transversale de cisaillement F exercée sur le support et l'allongement du coussinet sous cet effort. A cet effet, on prévoit que la tige 17a des pions vient buter contre le bord des trous 16 de la plaque supérieure 3, au delà d'un allongement x correspondant à j = 0,4 mm, sous l'effet d'une force transversable de cisaillement. Dans le cas d'une force de traction T engendrée sur la gâche perpendiculairement au support, la plaque supérieure 3 viendra buter contre la tête 17b des pions, après une déformation de 1 mm du coussinet.   2. System according to Claim 1, characterised in that the second head (110) of the screw (4) has a diameter greater than that of the hole (6) in the top plate (3), in order to serve as a safety holding means for the top plate with respect to the bottom plate (2) in the event of longitudinal force (T) exerted on the said keeper (7), that is to say a force substantially perpendicular to the plane of the support.
  3. System according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the first head (11) is in a single piece with the rest of the screw (4).
  4. System according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the first head (111) consists of a washer slipped or screwed onto the threaded stem (12) of the screw (4) and clamped against the bottom plate (2) by means of the second head (10, 110).
  5. System according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the hole (8) for passage of the screw (4) in the bottom plate (2) has a diameter between that of the threaded stem (12) of the screw (4) and that of the first head (11, 111) so as to allow adjustment of the position of the keeper (7) with respect to the associated bolt which is mounted on the other facing element of the motor vehicle.
  6. System according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the edge of the hole (6) for passage of the screw (4) in the top plate (3) is covered with an annular elastic lining (18), for example made from rubber or the like, having towards the inside of the hole an elastic lip (19), so as to make the diameter of the hole (6) less than that of the first head (11, 111), to allow the fitting of the first head of the screw by elastic deformation of the lip when the head passes and to hold the screw (4) on the support, before it is fixed.
  7. System according to Claim 6, characterised by the fact that the annular lining (18) and the lip (19) are obtained by overmoulding of the top plate (3) and form part of the cushion (1).
  8. System according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support is fixed to the metal sheet (9) by clamping the threaded stem (12) of the screws (4) in nuts (14) captive in a cage (21) or welded (22) to the side of the metal sheet opposite to the keeper.
  9. System according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fixing security is increased by virtue of at least one stud (15) passing with peripheral clearance (j) through the top plate (3) through a hole (16), the shank (17a) of each stud (15) being fixed to the bottom plate (2) by screwing or riveting and the head (17b) of each stud being spaced apart and situated above the top plate (3) after it is fitted, the said head having a diameter greater than that of the hole (16) for passage of the stud through the top plate (3) in order to hold the latter in the event of rupture of the connection with the cushion (1).
