Claims (9)
- Système de fixation d'une gâche (7) à une tôle (9) de la carrosserie ou d'un ouvrant d'un véhicule automobile, dans lequel une gâche est montée sur un support réalisé au moyen de deux plaques superposées (2, 3) dont la plaque inférieure (2), l'insert, est destinée à être solidarisée à ladite tôle (9) et la plaque supérieure (3) porte la gâche (7), les deux plaques étant réunies l'une à l'autre par collage, ou tout moyen connu, sur les deux faces d'un coussinet (1) de matière filtrante de vibrations, notamment en caoutchouc ou matière synthétique souple, placé en sandwich entre les deux plaques, le support de gâche étant pourvu d'au moins un trou de passage de vis, le diamètre du trou (6) dans la plaque supérieure (3) et du trou (5) dans le coussinet (1) étant supérieur à celui du trou (8) dans la plaque inférieure (2), la plaque inférieure (2) étant fixée à la tôle (9) au moyen d'au moins une vis (4), dont la tête (11, 111) présente une section transversale supérieure à celle du trou (8) de la plaque inférieure (2) et inférieure à celle du trou (6) de la plaque supérieure (3), caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une vis (4) présente une double tête, une première tête (11, 111) et une deuxième tête (10, 110), et comporte entre ladite première tête et ladite deuxième tête une partie médiane (4a) de diamètre inférieur à celui desdites têtes, la première tête (11, 111) étant destinée à venir en appui sur la plaque inférieure (2) et à serrer celle-ci sur la tôle (9) pour la fixation de la gâche, alors que la deuxième tête (10, 110) fait saillie du côté de la plaque supérieure (3) opposé au coussinet (1) pour servir de moyen de retenue de sécurité de la plaque supérieure (3) par rapport à la plaque inférieure (2) en cas d'effort transversal (F) exercé sur ladite gâche (7), c'est à dire un effort sensiblement parallèle au plan du support, ladite deuxième tête (10, 110) étant sans contact avec la plaque supérieure (3) en fonctionnement normal de filtration des vibrations par le coussinet (1).
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième tête (110) de la vis (4) a un diamètre supérieur à celui du trou (6) de la plaque supérieure (3), pour servir de moyen de retenue de sécurité de la plaque supérieure par rapport à la plaque inférieure (2) en cas d'effort longitudinal (T) exercé sur ladite gâche (7), c'est à dire un effort sensiblement perpendiculaire au plan du support.
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la première tête (11) est monobloc avec le reste de la vis (4).
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la première tête (111) est constituée par une rondelle enfilée ou vissée sur la tige filetée (12) de la vis (4) et serrée contre la plaque inférieure (2) par l'intermédiaire de la deuxième tête (10, 110).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le trou (8) de passage de la vis (4) dans la plaque inférieure (2) a un diamètre compris entre celui de la tige filetée (12) de la vis (4) et celui de la première tête (11, 111) de manière à permettre un ajustement de la position de la gâche (7) par rapport au pêne associé qui est monté sur l'autre élément en vis à vis du véhicule automobile.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le bord du trou (6) de passage de la vis (4) dans la plaque supérieure (3) est recouvert d'une garniture annulaire (18) élastique, par exemple en caoutchouc ou analogue, présentant vers l'intérieur du trou une lèvre (19) élastique, de manière à rendre le diamètre du trou (6) inférieur à celui de la première tête (11, 111), à permettre la mise en place de la première tête de la vis par déformation élastique de la lèvre lors du passage de la tête et à retenir la vis (4) sur le support, avant sa fixation.
- Système selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la garniture annulaire (18) et la lèvre (19) sont obtenues par surmoulage de la plaque supérieure (3) et font corps avec le coussinet (1).
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support est fixé sur la tôle (9) par serrage de la tige filetée (12) des vis (4) dans des écrous (14) prisonniers dans une cage (21) ou soudés (22) sur le côté de la tôle opposé à la gâche.
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la sécurité de la fixation est renforcée grâce à au moins un pion (15), traversant avec du jeu périphérique (j) la plaque supérieure (3) par un trou (16), la tige (17a) de chaque pion (15) étant solidarisée à la plaque inférieure (2) par vissage ou par rivetage et la tête (17b) de chaque pion étant espacée et située au-dessus de la plaque supérieure (3) après sa mise en place, ladite tête ayant un diamètre supérieur à celui du trou (16) de passage de pion dans la plaque supérieure (3) afin de retenir celle-ci en cas de rupture de la liaison avec le coussinet (1).
