Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de coupe (1) pour la découpe d'étiquettes, avec
    un élément de coupe (3) pour la découpe en étiquettes individuelles d'une bande d'étiquettes dotée d'une pluralité d'étiquettes disposées les unes derrière les autres dans le sens de la longueur de la bande d'étiquettes, ledit élément de coupe (3) comportant un outil de coupe (4) parallèle à un premier axe (A) autour duquel l'élément de coupe (3) est rotatif,
    un rouleau de contre-pression (2) pour l'application de la bande d'étiquettes, ledit rouleau de contre-pression (2) étant rotatif autour d'un deuxième axe (B) parallèle au premier axe (A) et comportant au moins une contre-lame de coupe (6) prévue sensiblement parallèlement au deuxième axe (B) sur la surface périphérique du rouleau de contre-pression (2),
    la ou les contre-lames de coupe (6) ayant une largeur perpendiculairement au deuxième axe (B), laquelle est inférieure à la longueur de la contre-lame de coupe (6) parallèlement au deuxième axe (B),
    la ou les contre-lames de coupe (6) ayant une largeur telle que la position de coupe où l'élément de coupe (3) contacte la contre-lame de coupe (6) lors de la découpe de l'étiquette, est déplaçable sur la contre-lame de coupe (6),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la contre-lame de coupe (6) a une largeur de 5 à 20 mm, préférentiellement de 13 à 14 mm, et la ou les contre-lames de coupe (6) présentent une pluralité d'ouvertures (66) en liaison avec des ouvertures (65) à la surface du rouleau de contre-pression (2), de telle manière qu'une bande d'étiquettes appliquée sur la contre-lame de coupe (6) est maintenue contre la contre-lame de coupe (6) par génération d'une dépression par le rouleau de contre-pression (2).
  2. Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les ouvertures (65) du rouleau de contre-pression (2) sont disposées en plusieurs rangées parallèles les unes aux autres, lesquelles sont sensiblement perpendiculaires aux contre-lames de coupe (6) à la surface du rouleau de contre-pression (2).
  3. Dispositif de coupe selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pluralité d'ouvertures (66) de la contre-lame de coupe (6) est disposée sur une rangée sur la longueur de la contre-lame de coupe (6) et sensiblement au milieu de la largeur de la contre-lame de coupe (6).
  4. Dispositif de coupe selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit dispositif de coupe (1) est réalisé pour que la position de coupe sur la contre-lame de coupe (6) soit déplaçable de manière à permettre un positionnement du début d'une étiquette sur la bande d'étiquettes tel que la pluralité d'ouvertures (66) soit située en dehors des étiquettes.
  5. Dispositif de coupe selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit dispositif de coupe est réalisé de manière à pouvoir être commandé par un dispositif de commande réalisé pour un déplacement de la position de coupe sur la contre-lame de coupe (6) en décalant la position de rotation du rouleau de contre-pression (2) et de l'élément de coupe (3) l'un par rapport à l'autre, d'une position de rotation initiale où un outil de coupe (4) apparaît toujours à un emplacement défini de la largeur de la contre-lame de coupe (6) lors du contact avec une contre-lame de coupe (6) du rouleau de contre-pression (2), vers une autre position de rotation.
  6. Dispositif de coupe selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la position de coupe est déplaçable par un dispositif d'entraînement prévu pour la variation au moins temporaire d'une vitesse périphérique au moins d'un élément en rotation qui est l'élément de coupe (3) ou le rouleau de contre-pression (2), par rapport à l'autre élément en rotation respectif.
  7. Dispositif de coupe selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la position de coupe est déplaçable par un dispositif d'entraînement (5) prévu pour le ralentissement au moins temporaire de la vitesse périphérique de l'élément de coupe (3) par rapport à la vitesse périphérique du rouleau de contre-pression (2).
  8. Dispositif de coupe selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la position de coupe est déplaçable par un dispositif d'entraînement (5) prévu pour l'accélération au moins temporaire de la vitesse périphérique de l'élément de coupe (3) par rapport à la vitesse périphérique du rouleau de contre-pression (2).
  9. Dispositif de coupe selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la position de coupe est déplaçable par un dispositif d'entraînement prévu pour le ralentissement au moins temporaire de la vitesse périphérique du rouleau de contre-pression (2) par rapport à la vitesse périphérique de l'élément de coupe (3).
  10. Dispositif de coupe selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la position de coupe est déplaçable par un dispositif d'entraînement prévu pour l'accélération au moins temporaire de la vitesse périphérique du rouleau de contre-pression (2) par rapport à la vitesse périphérique de l'élément de coupe (3).
  11. Dispositif de coupe selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la position de coupe est déplaçable par un dispositif d'entraînement prévu pour la variation au moins temporaire de la vitesse d'amenée de la bande d'étiquettes par rapport à la vitesse périphérique du rouleau de contre-pression (2) et/ou la vitesse périphérique de l'élément de coupe (3).
  12. Installation d'étiquetage avec un dispositif de coupe (1) selon une des revendications précédentes, et pour l'application des étiquettes coupées par le dispositif de coupe (1) sur des objets à pourvoir d'étiquettes.
  13. Procédé de coupe pour la découpe d'étiquettes avec un élément de coupe (3) pour la découpe en étiquettes individuelles d'une bande d'étiquettes dotée d'une pluralité d'étiquettes disposées les unes derrière les autres dans le sens de la longueur de la bande d'étiquettes, ledit élément de coupe (3) comportant un outil de coupe (4) sur le premier axe (A) autour duquel l'élément de coupe (3) est entraîné en rotation, et l'outil de coupe (4) contactant une contre-lame de coupe (6) d'un rouleau de contre-pression (2) sur lequel la bande d'étiquettes est appliquée lors de la découpe de la bande d'étiquettes, le rouleau de contre-pression (2) étant entraîné en rotation autour d'un deuxième axe (B) parallèle au premier axe (A), et comportant au moins une contre-lame de coupe (6) prévue sensiblement parallèlement au deuxième axe (B) sur la surface périphérique du rouleau de contre-pression (2), la ou les contre-lames de coupe (6) ayant une largeur perpendiculairement au deuxième axe (B), laquelle est inférieure à la longueur de la contre-lame de coupe (6) parallèlement au deuxième axe (B),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la position de coupe où l'élément de coupe (3) contacte la contre-lame de coupe (6) lors de la découpe de l'étiquette, est déplacée sur la largeur de la contre-lame de coupe (6) avant la découpe de la bande d'étiquettes en étiquettes individuelles, la contre-lame de coupe (6) ayant une largeur de 5 à 20 mm, préférentiellement de 13 à 14 mm, et la ou les contre-lames de coupe (6) présentant une pluralité d'ouvertures (66) en liaison avec des ouvertures (65) à la surface du rouleau de contre-pression (2), de telle manière qu'une bande d'étiquettes appliquée sur la contre-lame de coupe (6) est maintenue contre la contre-lame de coupe (6) par génération d'une dépression par le rouleau de contre-pression (2).
