Claims (15)

  1. Elément de mélange statique qui présente une dimension en largeur Db et qui convient pour le montage dans un corps creux (10) avec une dimension en largeur Db sensiblement identique, par l'axe longitudinal duquel est définie une direction d'écoulement principale, où l'élément de mélange statique est constitué d'un premier agencement (21) et d'un deuxième agencement (31), où le premier agencement (21) présente au moins un premier élément de barre (3) et le deuxième agencement (31) au moins un deuxième élément de barre (4), où le premier agencement (21) est disposé en croix relativement au deuxième agencement (31), et le premier agencement (21) et le deuxième agencement (31) forment un angle inégal à 0° relativement à la direction d'écoulement principale, et le premier agencement (21) forme avec le deuxième agencement (31) un angle supérieur à 0°, et où lors d'une projection du premier agencement (21) et du deuxième agencement (31) à un plan de projection qui se situe perpendiculairement à la direction d'écoulement principale, se situent entre le premier élément de barre (3) et le deuxième élément de barre (4) au moins partiellement des espaces intermédiaires.
  2. Elément de mélange statique selon la revendication 1, où le premier élément de barre (3) est disposé au voisinage du deuxième élément de barre (4).
  3. Elément de mélange statique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où le premier élément de barre (3) et le deuxième élément de barre (4) présentent une surface côté afflux et une surface côté écoulement, et la surface côté afflux est délimitée par une première arête longitudinale, une deuxième arête longitudinale, une première arête transversale et une deuxième arête transversale.
  4. Elément de mélange statique selon la revendication 3, où la première arête longitudinale présente relativement à la deuxième arête longitudinale un écart qui définit une largeur de l'élément de barre, mesurée dans un plan normal à la direction d'écoulement principale.
  5. Elément de mélange statique selon la revendication 4, où la largeur de l'élément de barre, qui est déterminée par un premier plan normal, se distingue de la largeur d'un élément de barre, qui est déterminé par un deuxième plan normal, où le premier plan normal est inégal au deuxième plan normal.
  6. Elément de mélange statique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où subsiste une fente entre l'arête longitudinale droite du premier élément de barre et l'arête longitudinale gauche du deuxième élément de barre également dans la projection sur un plan normal à la direction d'écoulement principale.
  7. Elément de mélange statique selon la revendication 6, qui présente une surface qui est ondulée, de sorte que la fente présente une largeur de fente variable.
  8. Elément de mélange statique selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, où au moins une des première ou deuxième arêtes longitudinales présente une courbure.
  9. Elément de mélange statique selon la revendication 8, où la courbure est convexe ou concave.
  10. Elément de mélange statique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où au moins un élément de barre fait saillie au moins par sections de l'agencement associé.
  11. Elément de mélange statique selon la revendication 10, où l'élément de barre présente une structure ondulée.
  12. Elément de mélange statique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où la surface côté écoulement est sensiblement parallèle à la surface côté afflux.
  13. Elément de mélange statique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où la surface côté afflux présente un écart de la surface côté écoulement, qui définit une épaisseur de l'élément de barre.
  14. Elément de mélange statique selon l'une des revendications 4 à 13, où chacun des éléments de barre présente une largeur médiane H, où la largeur moyenne est la valeur moyenne d'une largeur définie par différents plans normaux, et la somme relative z des largeurs moyennes H des éléments de barre, mesurée en direction de la dimension en largeur Db de l'élément de mélange, est plus petite que 95% de la dimension en largeur Db de l'élément de mélange.
  15. Elément de mélange statique selon la revendication 1, où la direction d'écoulement principale se situe dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal d'un corps creux dans lequel l'élément de mélange est reçu.
