Abstract

The device (1) has a guidance flange (2) for guiding winding or unwinding of a shielding and/or darkening unit, and a support (3) subjugated at an end of a cabinet. Description

The invention relates to a device for mounting a winding mechanism of a means for concealing and / or obscuring an opening. It will find a particular application in the field of rolling shutters for example.

Generally, the winding mechanism of a roller shutter is integrated in a box, itself installed in a reserved location above an opening, such as a window or door for example.

This winding mechanism usually comprises a winding drum around which rolls or unwinds a shutter apron and a maneuver, such as for example a winch, for actuating the drum in rotation. The rolling shutter deck is laterally guided by two slides fixed at or near the frame.

The winding mechanism can be attached directly to the cheeks closing the chest at its ends. However, in many cases, the space reserved for said trunk is not of standard dimensions and the result is that the dimension between one end of the trunk and the slide associated with this end may vary. A roller shutter, as described above, whose mechanism is fixed directly to the cheeks closing said chest, can be, in use, difficult to pose in the case of non-standard dimensions.

In order to overcome this problem, the document is known FR-2898633 a device for mounting a rolling shutter winding mechanism of adjustable dimensions. More specifically, this device comprises a guide flange, including support of the winding mechanism, and a cheek for closing said trunk and a system for adjusting the bracing between the guide flange and cheek. Adjustment of the spacing between the guide flange and the cheek can be achieved by using spacers of different lengths.

Document is also known FR-2761728 a mounting device for a winding mechanism, comprising a guide flange, support of the winding mechanism, and a tip plate of chest. Joining means, in the form of notched parts, make it possible to ensure the adjustment of the spacing between said trunk tip plate and the guide flange. This adjustment is made possible by the position and spacing of the different teeth of the notched piece.

In this document, the guide flange consists of a support part intended to remain permanently in the trunk bound to said end plate by means of said serrated junction means, and a removable base relative to said support piece. . This removable base, generally called "drawer", cooperates slidably with respect to the support part to allow the removal of the winding mechanism and its deck through a hatch inspection of the trunk, especially in case of maintenance.

The object of the present invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks by proposing a mounting device whose adjustment of the spacing between the guide flange and the cheek is facilitated.

Said spacer 52 has a first end 54 cooperating with said projecting element 53 so as to ensure the positioning of said guide flange relative to said intermediate plate.

More specifically, the bracing means 51, according to the invention, can take the different forms of joining means such as for example developed in the document FR-2898633 from the same applicant.

According to one embodiment, illustrated in figure 2 , the device may have a removable blade guide 9, not on board the removable drawer, cooperating by interlocking with said cheek 3. Advantageously, bracing pieces may be optionally used between the blade guide 9 and said cheek 3 to adjust the positioning of said blade guide 9 with respect to said cheek 3.

According to one embodiment, the cheek 3 may have an area 10 of embossed materials located at an apex of said cheek 3 constituting an interlocking portion 11 for mounting said blade guide 9.

The removable drawer 6 has a notch 12 suitable for receiving said interlocking portion 11 when the drawer 4 is in place in said device 1.

The roller shutter, illustrated in the figures, is of the bay block type and comprises a trunk 100, among others extruded plastic, (only a section of length is shown), a cheek 3 for closing said trunk 100, a removable drawer 4 , a blade guide 9, a maneuver 8 for example a pulley 80 as illustrated (or a winch), a pipe end 82, a tube and an apron (not shown). The cheek 3 of the device according to the invention can be mounted on either side of the trunk 100.

The spool 4 is constituted by a self-supporting assembly which comprises the guide flange 2, an intermediate plate 6 adapted to cooperate slidably with said flange 3 and spacer means 51 connecting said flange 2 and said intermediate plate 6. The means 51 thus constitute said adjustment means 5 for the spacing between said guide flange and said flange.

The slide 4 cooperates with said cheek 3 by means 7 for guiding in translation between said intermediate plate 6 and said cheek 3, and more particularly thanks to four returns 71, in particular molded plastic, distributed on the inner face of the 3. These returns 71 are sized relative to the intermediate plate 6 to cooperate in sliding with two opposite edges 62, 63 of said intermediate plate 6.

According to the example described, the drawer 4 can be extracted from said cheek in a horizontal translation through a hatch of the trunk. For this purpose, the trunk 100 has a removable side face 101.

According to the illustrated example, the removable drawer 4 embeds the operation 8, in particular the pulley 81, as illustrated in the figures, interposed between said guide flange 2 and said intermediate plate 6. The end piece 82 of the winding tube passes through the guide flange 2 at a level opening 21 of the flange and cooperates in rotation with a pin 61 of the intermediate plate 6.

In this example, the bracing means 51 comprise a spacer 52 and a first projecting element 53 forming part of the connecting face 64 of the intermediate plate 6, as illustrated in FIG. figure 4 . This spacer 52 has a first end 54 cooperating with said projecting element 53 so as to ensure the positioning of said guide flange relative to said intermediate plate 6.

According to the example of the figures, the spacer 52 is integral with the guide flange 2, in particular integral with the latter, obtained by molding said part.

In this case, the adjustment of the spacing between said guide flange 2 of said cheek 3 is made possible by having a plurality of guiding flanges 2, the spacers 52 of which are of different lengths. The adjustment is made by choosing the guide flange 2, the length of said at least one spacer 52 is the most suitable for adjusting, in particular to align the guide flange 2 to the frame of the opening.

According to another embodiment, not shown, described in the document FR-2898633 the spacer may be completely removable from the guide flange 2 and the intermediate plate 6, the two ends of the spacer interlocking with a first projecting element and a second projecting element respectively belonging to the connecting face of the guide flange 2 and the connecting face of the intermediate plate. In this case, the adjustment is made by choosing the removable spacer whose length is most suitable for adjustment.

According to the example of the figures, the bracing means consist of four spacers 52 distributed at the four corners of the guiding flange 2 and cooperating with four projecting elements 53 distributed at the four corners of the intermediate plate 6.

Note also that the intermediate plate 6 comprises a cover 65 intended to cover, at the front side of the trunk 100 the interespace between the guide flange 2 and said intermediate plate 6. This cover 65 can be monobloc with said intermediate plate 6 in particular obtained by molding said part.

In general, the first projecting elements 53, the journal 61, the cover 65, said intermediate plate 6 are made during the injection molding of said part.

Said cheek 3 intended to close the trunk may also consist of a molded plastic part.

As illustrated in figure 1 this cheek may have a bottom wall 34 and side flanks 31, 32, 33 forming with the bottom wall 34 a housing for receiving the removable drawer 4. For this purpose, the width of the flanks 31, 32, 33 may globally correspond to the thickness of the drawer 4. This cheek is equipped with a removable blade guide 9 which cooperates by interlocking with said cheek 3.

Again, a bracing system (not shown) can be used to adjust the positioning of the blade guide 9 relative to said cheek 3, in order to align the removable blade guide 9 to the entrance of slides to guide the blade. shutter apron.
