- An assembly device (1) arranged to fix one of the ends of a roller shutter casing on a slide, said device comprising at least:- one flange (3) fitted with a base (9) and a contour (15), and capable of being mounted at the end of the casing;- a tab (5) capable of being inserted in the slide, said tab (5) being able to alternatively assume a retracted position and a deployed position to be inserted in the slide, and being guided in translation on the flange (3); and- a blade guide (7), arranged to be fitted to the end of the slide and guide an apron of the shutter, assembly means (87, 89) being arranged between the flange (3) and the blade guide (7) to cancel all the degrees of liberty between these two pieces during their assembly and the nesting of said blade guide on the slide;said device being characterized in that:- the flange (3) comprises a notch (17) open on the outer edge (19) of the contour (15) and arranged on its lower side (21), said notch enabling passage and positioning of the tab (5) supported on the base (9);- the flange (3) comprises a stud (103) and the tab (5) comprises an opening (101) fitted with an upper end (105) and arranged to receive said stud (103) which keeps said tab sliding on said flange and forms a stop on which the upper end (105) is capable of being supported when the tab is in the deployed position;- the blade guide (7) comprises stop means (23, 25) configured to cooperate with the tab (5) so as to alternatively keep in the deployed position and in the retracted position relative to the flange (3).
- The assembly device (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that guide means (73) are arranged on the base (9) of the flange (3) to guide in translation the tab (5) relative to said base (9) and reinforce assembly of said flange (3) on the slide, the stop means (25) of the blade guide (7) keeping the tab (5) in position in said guide means (73).
- The assembly device (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that the guide means (73) are composed of two longitudinal stops (63, 71) forming a slide for the tab (5) guided in support on said stops.
- The assembly device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the stud (103) receives a washer (107) and a screw (109) ensuring the tab (5) is kept in position on said stud.
- The assembly device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the blade guide (7) comprises a first part (23) fitted with assembly means (87, 89) arranged to mount in sliding connection said blade guide with the flange (3) in a direction perpendicular to the base (9), the end (25) of said first part (23) forming a stop on the tab (5) during assembly of the blade guide on the flange.
- The assembly device (1) according to claim 5, characterized in that the first part (23) comprises nesting means (26, 27, 29) on the slide, the nesting means being capable of reinforcing assembly of the flange (3) on said slide.
- The assembly device (1) according to one of claims 5 or 6, characterized in that the blade guide (7) comprises a second part (33) arranged to guide the apron of the roller shutter during its introduction in the slide, said second part (33) comprising nesting means (39, 41) on the slide capable of ensuring assembly of the flange (3) on said slide.
- The assembly device (1) according to claim 7, characterized in that the blade guide (7) comprises a guide wing (43) capable of being sectioned for its adaptation as a function of the flange (3), said guide wing (43) physically separating the first part (23) and the second part (33).
- The assembly device (1) according to one of claims 5 to 8, characterized in that the first part (23) of the blade guide (7) comprises a stud (49) arranged to cooperate with the tab (5) and keep it in the deployed position or in the retracted position relative to the flange (3).
- The assembly device (1) according to claim 9, characterized in that the stud (49) is capable of engaging in at least one orifice (59) arranged on the tab (5).
- The assembly device (1) according to one of claims 9 or 10, characterized in that the stud (49) is capable of engaging in the opening (101) to abut on the lower end (111) of said opening (101) and keep the tab (5) in the deployed position.
