Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verpackungsbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lebensmitteln in einem von einem Behälterboden (2) sowie einer umlaufenden Behälterwand (3) begrenzten Behälterinnenraum und einem darauf angeordneten und den Behälterinnenraum oberseitig verschließenden Deckelelement (4). Um einen Verpackungsbehälter anzugeben, der auch zur Aufnahme und Bevorratung von mit einer Füllung (11) versehenen Brotware (12) geeignet ist, soll auf der dem Behälterinnenraum zugewandten Seite des Behälterbodens eine, sich vom Behälterboden über zumindest einen Teilbereich der Höhe der Behälterwand erstreckende, entweder als eine Anzahl umlaufend verteilt angeordneter Trennelemente oder als umlaufende Trennwandung ausgebildete Trenneinrichtung (6) vorgesehen sein, die den Behälterinnenraum in einen zwischen der Behälterwand und der Außenseite der Trenneinrichtung angeordneten äußeren Behälterinnenraumbereich (7) und einen von der Trenneinrichtung umschlossenen inneren Behälterinnenraumbereich (8) abgrenzt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verpackungsbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lebensmitteln in einem von einem Behälterboden sowie einer umlaufenden Behälterwand begrenzten Behälterinnenraum und einem darauf angeordneten und den Behälterinnenraum oberseitig verschließenden Deckelelement.
  • Aus der Praxis sind derartige Behälter bekannt. Sie dienen beispielsweise zur Aufnahme von Lebensmitteln wie Joghurt, Margarine oder dergleichen. Das Deckelelement kann als Folie ausgebildet sein, dass beispielsweise auf den oberen Rand der Behälterwand aufgeklebt oder aufgeschweißt ist. Auch wiederverwendbare Varianten von Deckelelementen sind möglich.
  • Nachteilig ist, dass sich derartige Verpackungsbehälter nicht zur Aufnahme von Lebensmitteln, die aus einer taschenförmig ausgebildeten Brotware, wie z. B. Brötchen, Fladenbrot oder dergleichen, die mit einer Füllung, wie Fleisch oder Sauce, befüllt sind, geeignet sind, da die Brotware mit der Füllung in Kontakt ist. Ein Beispiel für ein solches Lebensmittel ist ein Döner.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die vorgenannten Nachteile zu vermeiden und einen Verpackungsbehälter anzugeben, der auch zur Aufnahme und Bevorratung von mit einer Füllung versehenen Brotware geeignet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass auf der dem Behälterinnenraum zugewandten Seite des Behälterbodens eine, sich vom Behälterboden über zumindest einen Teilbereich der Höhe der Behälterwand erstreckende, entweder als eine Anzahl umlaufend verteilt angeordneter Trennelemente oder als umlaufende Trennwandung ausgebildete Trenneinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die den Behälterinnenraum in einen zwischen der Behälterwand und der Außenseite der Trenneinrichtung angeordneten äußeren Behälterinnenraumbereich und einen von der Trenneinrichtung umschlossenen inneren Behälterinnenraumbereich abgrenzt.
  • Die Füllung, wie beispielsweise das Fleisch, die Saucen, das Gemüse oder dergleichen, wird in dem Behälterinnenraumbereich bevorratet. Anschließend wird die Brotware so über die Trenneinrichtung gestülpt, dass die Ränder der Brotware in den äußeren Behälterinnenraumbereich hineinragen. Damit ist die Füllung durch die Trenneinrichtung im Bereich der Trenneinrichtung von der Brotware getrennt.
  • Für den Verzehr kann der erfindungsgemäße Verpackungsbehälter mit der Brotware und der Füllung vorzugsweise nach Entfernen des Deckelelementes beispielsweise in einer Mikrowelle erwärmt werden. Anschließend wird die Brotware ergriffen und der Verpackungsbehälter um 180°, d.h. auf den Kopf, gedreht. Nach Herausnehmen der Brotware rutscht die Füllung in die Brotware und der Döner kann verzehrt werden.
  • Die Trenneinrichtung muss sich nicht über die komplette Höhe des Verpackungsbehälters erstrecken. Der erfindungsgemäße Verpackungsbehälter kann beispielsweise zur Aufbewahrung eines Lebensmittels in einer Kühltheke oder auch in einer Tiefkühltheke verwendet werden. Die Trenneinrichtung kann mittig und konzentrisch angeordnet sein.
  • Der Verpackungsbehälter kann eine runde Ausgestaltung haben. Auch andere Ausgestaltungen wie beispielsweise eine rechteckige Ausgestaltung sind möglich. Bei einem solchen Ausführungsbeispiel besteht die Behälterwand aus 4 entsprechenden Behälterwandbereichen.
  • Die Trenneinrichtung kann länglich, insbesondere oval, ausgebildet sein. Selbstverständlich sind auch andere Ausgestaltungen, wie z. B. eine runde Ausgestaltung möglich.
  • Vorzugsweise bietet sich an, wenn die Trenneinrichtung vollständig geschlossen ausgebildet ist, d.h. beispielsweise keine Löcher oder dergleichen aufweist. Bei einer solchen Ausgestaltung sind der innere und der äußere Behälterinnenraumbereich vollständig voneinander abgegrenzt im Bereich der Trenneinrichtung.
  • Zwischen der Oberkante der Trenneinrichtung und dem Deckelement kann in an dem am Verpackungsbehälter angebrachten Zustand ein Freiraum von wenigstens 1 cm, vorzugsweise von wenigstens 2 cm, verbleiben. Dieser Freiraum dient zur Aufnahme des Teils der Brotware, der sich oberhalb des inneren Behälterinnenraumbereiches und der Trenneinrichtung befindet.
  • Vorzugsweise kann sich die Trenneinrichtung in etwa über ¾ der Höhe des Verpackungsbehälters erstrecken.
  • Die Höhe der Trenneinrichtung kann in seitlichen Bereichen geringer als in den dazwischenliegenden mittleren Bereichen sein. Bei einer solchen Ausgestaltung weist die Trenneinrichtung in den seitlichen gegenüberliegenden Bereichen eine größere Höhe auf als in den dazwischenliegenden gegenüberliegenden mittleren Bereichen. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist die Trenneinrichtung optimal an die Kontur einer über die Trenneinrichtung übergestülpten taschenartig ausgebildeten Brotware, wie einem Brötchen, angepasst.
  • Der Verpackungsbehälter kann einstückig ausgebildet sein. Beispielsweise kann es sich um einen Kunststoffverpackungsbehälter handeln, der im Spritzgussverfahren hergestellt ist.
  • Das Deckelelement kann als Folie ausgebildet sein. Diese kann auf den umlaufenden Rand der Behälterwand aufgeklebt bzw. aufgeschweißt sein.
  • Es bietet sich an, wenn der Verpackungsbehälter mikrowellengeeignet ist. Auch kann das Deckelelement, das beispielsweise als Folie ausgebildet ist, aus einem mikrowellengeeignetem Material bestehen.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Verpackungsbehälter als Aromaschutzverpackungsbehälter ausgebildet bzw. geeignet. Während des Verschließens des Verpackungsbehälters findet eine Schutzbegasung mit einem Kohlensäure-/Stickstoffgemisch statt. Damit ist das darin bevorratete Lebensmittel hinreichend konserviert, ohne dass beispielsweise ein Vakuum wie bei einer Vakuumverpackung gezogen werden muss. Selbstverständlich ist der erfindungsgemäße Verpackungsbehälter aber auch zur Verwendung als Vakuumverpackungsbehälter geeignet.
  • Im Folgenden wird ein in den Zeichnungen dargestelltes Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • In allen Figuren werden für gleiche bzw. gleichartige Bauteile übereinstimmende Bezugszeichen verwendet.
  • In den Figuren ist ein Verpackungsbehälter 1 dargestellt, der einen Behälterboden 2 sowie eine umlaufende Behälterwand 3 aufweist. Der Behälterboden 2 und die umlaufende Behälterwand 3 begrenzen einen Behälterinnenraum.
  • Oberseitig ist der Behälterinnenraum mit einem Deckelelement 4 verschließbar. In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel handelt es sich bei dem Deckelelement 4 um eine Folie, die auf den Rand der Behälterwand 3 aufgeschweißt oder aufgeklebt ist. Eine entsprechende Schweißnaht 5 ist angedeutet. Der Verpackungsbehälter 1 ist aus Kunststoff und beispielsweise mittels Spritzgießens hergestellt.
  • Auf der dem Behälterinnenraum zugewandten Seite des Behälterbodens 2 ist eine sich vom Behälterboden 2 über zumindest einen Teilbereich der Höhe der Behälterwand 3 erstreckende Trenneinrichtung 6 vorgesehen. In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Trenneinrichtung 6 als umlaufende Trennwandung ausgebildet ist. Diese Trennwandung ist in etwa oval und vollständig geschlossen ausgebildet. Die Trenneinrichtung 6 grenzt den Behälterinnenraum in einen zwischen der Behälterwand 3 und der Außenseite der Trenneinrichtung 6 angeordneten äußeren Behälterinnenraumbereich 7 und einen von der Trenneinrichtung 6 umschlossenen inneren Behälterinnenraumbereich 8 ab.
  • Wie insbesondere Figur 4 zu entnehmen ist, ist die Höhe der Trenneinrichtung 6 in den beiden seitlichen Bereichen 9 geringer als in den dazwischenliegenden beiden mittleren Bereichen 10. In den mittleren Bereichen 10 erstreckt sich die Trenneinrichtung 6 in etwa über ¾ der Höhe des Verpackungsbehälters 1.
  • Der innere Behälterinnenraumbereich 8 dient zur Aufnahme einer Füllung 11. Bei der Füllung 11 kann es sich beispielsweise um Fleischstücke, Saucen, Gemüse oder dergleichen handeln. Nach der Eingabe der Füllung 11 wird von oben eine in etwa halbkreisförmig und taschenartig ausgebildete Brotware 12, wie z. B. ein Fladenbrot, mit seiner nach unten ausgerichteten Öffnung so in den Verpackungsbehälter 1 eingeführt, dass die Brotware 12 mit ihrem Randbereich in den umlaufenden äußeren Behälterinnenraumbereich 7 eingreift und damit die Brotware 12 praktisch über die Trenneinrichtung 6 gestülpt wird. Damit ist die Füllung 11 im Bereich der Trenneinrichtung 6 von der Brotware 12 getrennt.
  • Wie Fig. 6 zeigt, ist zwischen der Oberkante der Trenneinrichtung 6 und dem Deckelement 4 in an dem am Verpackungsbehälter 1 angebrachten Zustand ein Freiraum von wenigstens 1cm, vorzugsweise von wenigstens 2 cm, vorgesehen. Dieser Freiraum dient zur Aufnahme des Teils der Brotware 12, der sich oberhalb des inneren Behälterinnenraumbereiches 8 und der Trenneinrichtung 6 befindet.

Claims (10)

  1. Verpackungsbehälter (1) zur Aufnahme von Lebensmitteln in einem von einem Behälterboden (2) sowie einer umlaufenden Behälterwand (3) begrenzten Behälterinnenraum und einem darauf angeordneten und den Behälterinnenraum oberseitig verschließenden Deckelelement (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der dem Behälterinnenraum zugewandten Seite des Behälterbodens (2) eine, sich vom Behälterboden (2) über zumindest einen Teilbereich der Höhe der Behälterwand (3) erstreckende, entweder als eine Anzahl umlaufend verteilt angeordneter Trennelemente oder als umlaufende Trennwandung ausgebildete Trenneinrichtung (6) vorgesehen ist, die den Behälterinnenraum in einen zwischen der Behälterwand (3) und der Außenseite der Trenneinrichtung (6) angeordneten äußeren Behälterinnenraumbereich (7) und einen von der Trenneinrichtung (6) umschlossenen inneren Behälterinnenraumbereich (8) abgrenzt.
  2. Verpackungsbehälter (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trenneinrichtung (6) länglich, insbesondere oval, ausgebildet ist.
  3. Verpackungsbehälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trenneinrichtung (6) vollständig geschlossen ausgebildet ist.
  4. Verpackungsbehälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Oberkante der Trenneinrichtung (6) und dem Deckelement (4) in an dem am Verpackungsbehälter (1) angebrachten Zustand ein Freiraum von wenigstens 1cm, vorzugsweise von wenigstens 2 cm, verbleibt.
  5. Verpackungsbehälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Trenneinrichtung (6) in etwa über ¾ der Höhe des Verpackungsbehälters (1) erstreckt.
  6. Verpackungsbehälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Trenneinrichtung (6) in seitlichen Bereichen (9) geringer als in den dazwischenliegenden mittleren Bereichen (10) ist.
  7. Verpackungsbehälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungsbehälter (1) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
  8. Verpackungsbehälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Deckelelement (4) als Folie ausgebildet ist.
  9. Verpackungsbehälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungsbehälter (1) mikrowellengeeignet ist.
  10. Verpackungsbehälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungsbehälter (1) als Aromaschutzverpackungsbehälter ausgebildet ist.
