Claims (9)
- Véhicule de transport destiné à distribuer un matériau sec, comportant un dispositif de mélange conprenant un réservoir de mélange (14) pour recevoir le mélange,
ledit véhicule (10) présentant, pour préparer et transporter un mélange prêt à l'emploi, un mélangeur tubulaire (20) au niveau de l'arrière du véhicule, dont l'entrée peut être reliée à la sortie du réservoir de mélange (14), ledit mélangeur tubulaire (20) présentant un tube de mélange et de transport (25) oblong qui est monté sur le véhicule (10) de manière pivotante autour d'un axe transversalement à la direction longitudinale du véhicule, l'entraînement (30) du mélangeur tubulaire (20) étant fixé, c'est-à-dire non rotatif, sur le véhicule de transport (10) et ayant un accouplement libérable pour une vis sans fin de mélange et de transport disposée dans le tube de mélange et de transport (25) pivotant, par l'intermédiaire duquel la vis sans fin de mélange et de transport peut être bridée à un arbre d'entraînement du mélangeur tubulaire (20) à l'extrémité de sortie d'un tube d'arrivée de mélangeur (32), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de l'arbre du mélangeur tubulaire (20) est montée mobile axialement dans le mélangeur tubulaire (20) de telle sorte que l'arbre dans le tube de transport et de mélange (25) puisse être séparé facilement de l'arbre d'entraînement. - Véhicule de transport selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le tube de transport et de mélange (25) est manoeuvré sur une caisse de mélange du mélangeur tubulaire (20) de manière pivotante autour d'un axe vertical.
- Véhicule de transport selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la caisse de mélange est montée pivotante au moins dans une position d'utilisation parallèlement à l'axe du véhicule et dans la direction de conduite selon un angle supérieur à 20 degrés par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du véhicule.
- Véhicule de transport selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le mélangeur tubulaire (20) est maintenu pivotant sur le véhicule de transport (10) sur un axe de pivotement vertical (24).
- Véhicule de transport selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'entraînement (30) du mélangeur tubulaire (20) est électrique ou hydraulique.
- Véhicule de transport selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins une alimentation en eau est disposée sur le mélangeur tubulaire (20).
- Véhicule de transport selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le mélangeur tubulaire (20) est maintenu détachable sur le véhicule de transport (10).
- Véhicule de transport selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins un réservoir d'eau (22) est disposé sur le véhicule (10) et est relié au mélangeur tubulaire (20) au niveau d'un tube d'arrivée de mélangeur (32).
- Véhicule de transport selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins un réservoir d'agrégats est disposé sur le véhicule (10) et est relié au mélangeur tubulaire (20).
