Der Fahrmischer 10 hat ein Chassis 12, auf dem ein Behälter für einen Trockenbaustoff in Form einer Mischtrommel 14 drehbar angetrieben gehalten ist. Der Antrieb 16 der Mischtrommel 14 befindet sich an ihrer Vorderseite. An der Rückseite der Mischtrommel 14 ist das Zugabe- bzw. Auslassende 18 angeordnet. Unter diesem Auslassende 18 ist ein Rohrmischer 20 - vorzugsweise lösbar - gehalten. Der Rohrmischer 20 ist ausgebildet für die Aufbereitung eines in der Mischtrommel 14 an die Baustelle angelieferten Trockenbetongemischs mit Wasser und Additiven. Hierfür ist der Rohrmischer 20 mit an sich bekannten Mischorganen versehen. Das Aufbereiten des in der Mischtrommel 14 befindlichen Trockengemisches erfolgt an der Baustelle entweder kontinuierlich oder chargenweise. Hierfür weist das Transportfahrzeug vorzugsweise einen Wassertank 22 auf, welcher mit dem Rohrmischer 20 verbunden ist. Das Wasser kann jedoch auch an der Baustelle vorgehalten werden. Für die Betätigung des Rohrmischers 20 ist eine Steuerung vorgesehen, über den sich der Rohrmischer 20 selbst betätigen lässt als auch die notwendigen Dosier bzw. Zufuhreinrichtungen für Wasser und Additive. Die hierfür vorzusehenden Leitungen und Pumpen sind in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt, ebenso wie gegebenenfalls vorzusehende Tanks für Additive, die beim gebrauchsfertigen Aufbereiten der Betonmischung mit zugegeben werden.The
Ein wesentlicher Aspekt der Erfindung besteht darin, dass das vom Transportfahrzeug angelieferte Bindemittel/Zuschlaggemisch noch nicht abbindefertig ist, weshalb es beliebig lange transportiert werden kann, ohne dass die Verarbeitungsqualität des Gemischs durch zwischenzeitliches Abbinden während des Transports beeinträchtigt worden ist. Zudem ist an der Baustelle dder Trockenbaustoff ideal homogenisiert, so dass eine gleich bleibend hohe Qualität des verarbeitungsfertigen Baustoffes über den gesamten Abgabezeitraum gewährleistet ist. Weiterhin kann die Mischung besser auf die Verarbeitungsbedürfnisse an der Baustelle abgestellt werden. Vorzugsweise ist an dem Transportfahrzeug auch ein Behälter und eine Zudosiereinrichtung für den Beschleuniger vorgesehen. - Transport vehicle as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, in which the in-line mixer (20) is releasably held on the transport vehicle (10).
- Transport vehicle as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, in which at least one water tank (22) is disposed on the vehicle (10) and is connected to the in-line mixer (20) in the region of a mixer inlet pipe (32).
- Transport vehicle as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, in which at least one tank for additional materials is disposed on the vehicle (10) and is connected to the in-line mixer (20).
