Abstract

Bei einer Armatur, insbesondere einer Heißwasserarmatur zum Zapfen von Wasser mit einer Temperatur von über 60° C, mit einem um eine vertikale Achse drehbaren Auslauf (6), der eine eine Wasserführung (3) umgebenden Außenhülle aufweist, und mit einem Absperr- und/oder Mischventil (2), wobei die Wasserführung (3) mit einer Auslauföffnung des Absperr- und/ oder Mischventils (2) verbunden ist, ist vorgesehen, dass die Wasserführung (3) im Auslauf (6) mit Abstand zur Außenhülle angeordnet ist, wobei im Zwischenraum zwischen Wasserführung (3) und Außenhülle des Auslaufs (6) eine Isolierschicht aus Luft eingeschlossen ist.

Description

Heißwasserarmatur mit isoliertem Auslauf
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Armatur, insbesondere eine Heißwasserarmatur zum Zapfen von Wasser mit einer Temperatur von über 60° gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
Neben Mischwasser- und Thermostatarmaturen sind Heißwasserarmaturen bekannt, die insbesondere kleine Mengen von Wasser oder Wasserdampf mit Temperaturen bis zu 110 ° C abgeben. Die letztgenannten kommen vor allem in Küchen zum Einsatz, wo heißes oder kochendes Wasser speziell in kleinen Mengen zum Brühen von Tee, Kaffee, Pochieren oder ähnlichem verwendet wird. Da aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen die Gefahr von Verbrühungen besteht, ist es erforderlich derartige Armaturen mit bestimmten Sicherungseinrichtungen zu versehen.
Da gerade in Küchen der Auslauf oft beim Füllen eines Gefäßes gedreht und somit angefasst wird, besteht gerade beim Zapfen von heißem Wasser die Gefahr, sich beim Berühren des Auslaufs zu verbrennen.
Aus der EP 0 792 970 Al ist beispielsweise eine Heißwasserarmatur bekannt, deren Auslauf mit einem wärmeisolierenden Material ausgekleidet ist. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Armatur bereitzustellen, bei der auch bei hohen Wassertemperaturen keine Gefahr von Verbrennungen beim Berühren besteht.
Diese Aufgabe wird von einer Armatur mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 erfüllt. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Mit der Erfindung wird eine Armatur, insbesondere eine Heißwasserarmatur zum Zapfen von Wasser mit einer Temperatur von über 60° C, mit einem um eine vertikale Achse drehbaren Auslauf, der eine eine Wasserführung umgebende Außenhülle umfasst und ein Absperr- und/oder Mischventil aufweist, wobei die Wasserführung mit einer Auslauföffnung des Absperr- und/ oder Mischventils verbunden ist, bei der die Wasserführung im Auslauf mit Abstand zur Außenhülle angeordnet ist, wobei im Zwischenraum zwischen Wasserführung und Außenhülle des Auslaufs eine Isolierschicht aus Luft eingeschlossen ist. Damit ist die Wasserführung von der Außenhülle des Auslaufs thermisch entkoppelt, so dass es keinen Wärmeübergang aufgrund von Wärmeleitung geben kann.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Wasserführung dabei aus einem flexiblen Schlauch vorgesehen. Dies ermöglicht es, den Schlauch flexibel jeder Auslaufform anpassen zu können.
Bevorzugt besteht der Schlauch aus einem Silikon oder einem anderen synthetischen Polymer, das eine hohe Wärmebeständigkeit aufweist. Weiterhin eignet sich auch Polyterafluoretylen (PTFE oder Teflon) oder ein Thermoplast mit ähnlichen Eigenschaften. Zur Verstärkung der Wasserführung oder des Schlauchs kann zusätzlich eine Ummantelung aus Edelstahl oder Kunststoffgewebe angeordnet werden kann. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im Folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigt in den Zeichnungen
Figur 1 eine erfindungsgemäße Armatur im Schnitt; Figur2 einen Schnitt durch Figur 1 entlang der Linie 2-2.
Figur 1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch eine Armatur zum Zapfen von Heißwasser. An einem Armaturenkörper 4 ist ein Auslauf 6 über einen Einsatz 5 drehbar befestigt. Von einem Heißwasserbereiter oder Boiler (nicht dargestellt) führt eine Wasserzuleitung 1 zu einer Wassereinlassöffnung eines Absperrventils 2. Von der Wasserauslassöffnung des Absperrventils 2 ist wiederum eine Wasserführung 3 in Form eines flexiblen Schlauchs bis zum Strahlbildner 7 am Ende des Auslaufs 6 angeordnet.
Figur 2 zeigt im Schnitt durch die Heißwasserarmatur aus Figur 1 einen Griff 9, der zur Betätigung des Absperrventils 2 vorgesehen ist. Die Griffhüllen derartiger Griffe 9 bestehen üblicherweise aus einem Kunststoffmaterial, so dass die Spindel des Absperrventils 2 ausreichend gegenüber dem Benutzer isoliert ist.
Als Befestigungseinrichtung 8 ist üblicherweise ein Gewindestange oder ähnliches mit zugehöriger Verschraubung vorgesehen, mittels derer die Heißwasserarmatur einer Armaturenbank oder Arbeitsplatte fixiert werden kann.
Da der Auslauf 6 beim Verschwenken an vielen verschiedenen Stellen ange- fasst werden kann, ist es notwendig, über dessen gesamte Länge für eine ausreichende Wärmeisolierung zu sorgen. Daher ist der flexible Schlauch von der Befestigungssteüε des Auslaufs 6 bis zum Strahlbiidner 7 bzw., dem Wasseraustritt mit Abstand zur Auslaufaußenhülle angeordnet, wodurch dieser von der Wasserführung 3 thermisch entkoppelt ist. Aufgrund der isolierenden Luftschicht zwischen Schlauch und Auslauf 6 kann es nicht zur direkten Wärmeübertragung kommen. Bezugszeichenliste

Patentansprüche
1. Armatur, insbesondere eine Heißwasserarmatur zum Zapfen von Wasser mit einer Temperatur von über 60° C, mit
- einem um eine vertikale Achse drehbaren Auslauf (6),
- mit einer eine Wasserführung (3) umgebenden Außenhülle
- einem Absperr- und/oder Mischventil (2),
- - wobei die Wasserführung (3) mit einer Auslauföffnung des Absperr- und/ oder Mischventils (2) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserführung (3) im Auslauf (6) mit Abstand zur Außenhülle angeordnet ist, wobei im Zwischenraum zwischen Wasserführung (3) und Außenhülle des Auslaufs (6) eine Isolierschicht aus Luft eingeschlossen ist.
2. Armatur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserführung (3) aus einem flexiblen Schlauch vorgesehen ist.
3. Armatur nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauch aus einem Silikon, Polysiloxan oder Polytetrafluorethylen vorgesehen ist.
4. Armatur nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauch eine Ummantelung aus Edelstahl- oder Kunststoffgewebe aufweist.
