Claims (9)

  1. Rotor de pompe turbomoléculaire à plusieurs étages (10 ; 40), comprenant au moins deux bagues à disques à ailettes séparées (17, 17') qui comportent chacune une bague de rotor (12) et au moins un disque à ailettes (14), caractérisé par un tube de renforcement cylindrique (18) placé entre les disques à ailettes (14) de bagues à disques à ailettes voisines (17, 17') et qui entoure extérieurement sans jeu la bague de rotor (12) des bagues à disques à ailettes (17, 17').
  2. Rotor de pompe turbomoléculaire à plusieurs étages (10 ; 40) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la matière du tube de renforcement (18) est différente de celle des bagues à disques à ailettes (17).
  3. Rotor de pompe turbomoléculaire à plusieurs étages (10 ; 40) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la matière du tube de renforcement (18) est une matière plastique renforcée à la fibre de carbone.
  4. Rotor de pompe turbomoléculaire à plusieurs étages (10 ; 40) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une bague à disques à ailettes (17) présente un seul disque à ailettes (14).
  5. Rotor de pompe turbomoléculaire à plusieurs étages (10 ; 40) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les bagues à disques à ailettes sont serrées axialement entre deux corps de serrage d'arbre de rotor (20, 22).
  6. Rotor de pompe turbomoléculaire à plusieurs étages (10 ; 40) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les bagues de rotor (12) des bagues à disques à ailettes (17, 17') sont empilées sur au moins un corps d'appui de rotor (24, 26 ; 42, 48).
  7. Rotor de pompe turbomoléculaire à plusieurs étages (40) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps d'appui de rotor (42, 48) est composé au moins en partie de matière plastique renforcée à la fibre de carbone.
  8. Rotor de pompe turbomoléculaire à plusieurs étages (10 ; 40) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le rotor de pompe (10 ; 40) présente une cavité (38) destinée à recevoir un palier de rotor.
  9. Pompe turbomoléculaire comportant un rotor de pompe turbomoléculaire à plusieurs étages (10 ; 40) selon la revendication 8 et un palier de rotor, caractérisé en ce que le palier de rotor est un palier magnétique.
