Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for producing a door leaf, after which two cover elements are equipped with a recess and after which the cover elements are placed on a supporting frame.
  • Door leaves are usually struck door hinges on door frames and form in this way a door.
  • the door leaf is equipped with a first and a second plate-like cover element which receive a center element between them.
  • the center element or the center plate is equipped with a rectangular recess which forms a pocket with top opening after the plates are arranged and connected to each other.
  • this bag with top opening can insert a filling plate from above.
  • This filling plate can be a glass plate, a mirror plate, a wooden plate, plastic plate, stone plate, etc., that is, a decoration or functional element. This has proven itself in principle.
  • the invention is based on the technical problem of further developing a method of the initially described procedure in such a way that the production is simplified as a whole and in particular also complex shaped recesses can be defined as decorative elements in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner.
  • a method according to claim 1 is provided.
  • the two cover elements are placed on the frame carrying them, and that without the recess has been introduced into the cover elements.
  • the cover elements are therefore largely unedited united with the frame, for example by gluing.
  • the frame is equipped with a frame pocket, namely designed U-shaped with the above opening.
  • the two cover elements so expressly do not have the recess. Rather, this recess is introduced into the two cover elements only when in the frame pocket with the above opening previously a middle element placeholder has been introduced.
  • the middle element placeholder regularly has a comparable size and shape as the center element introduced at the end, but serves only as a placeholder or dummy for the middle element for the subsequent processing steps.
  • the thus assembled door leaf is processed, in particular introduced the one or more recesses.
  • the respective recess is simultaneously introduced or milled into both cover elements and the center element spacers located between them.
  • a recess of the front cover element is directly aligned with an associated recess of the rear cover element and has the same size and shape.
  • both recesses are introduced in a single step in the two mutually positioned cover elements and at the same time in the middle element placeholder.
  • the one recess or the plurality of recesses can also be initially mounted in the front-side cover element and then the rear-side cover element and do not have to be aligned directly with one another or have the same size and shape.
  • the door leaf is realized on both sides in different variants.
  • the center element placeholder ensures that the respective recess can be easily introduced into the associated cover element. In this case, one will usually proceed so that a hereby regularly connected milling or milling process in any case does not penetrate to a central plane of the middle element placeholder, but the center element placeholder only and possibly on its surface undergoes a machining.
  • the relevant recess is introduced by a milling process or by milling in the front and / or the rear cover element (and also the central center element placeholder).
  • the middle element placeholder a cost-effective and at the same time easy to process material such as wood flour or sawdust for use.
  • the center element placeholder is usually a chipboard or wood meal board or the like.
  • the middle element placeholder not only ensures that the two cover elements do not bend inwardly when the recess is introduced, or that the recesses in the front and rear cover elements are congruent. But the middle element placeholder at the same time ensures that the door leaf has the necessary stability in its mostly machining steps. In fact, the center element placeholder is inserted directly into the frame pocket, when the two cover elements are combined with the frame carrying them (for example by gluing or other adhesive methods or also by screws).
  • the center element placeholder already ensures that, in particular, the front cover element does not "sag" in the described connection process with the frame. That is, the final union of the two cover elements with the frame arranged therebetween takes place already under stabilizing interposition of the middle element placeholder, so that both cover elements - even with a small layer thickness - undergo stabilization in this prefabrication.
  • the center element placeholder remains after curing of the sizing or the described pre-assembly or prefabrication in place in the frame pocket of the frame. This is especially true not only for the operation in which the one or more recesses are introduced into the cover elements. But the door leaf is practically completely manufactured by one or more folds are attached, fittings, Spigot or the like experienced a commitment.
  • the cover element and the frame are generally machined on their respective surface and / or on the edge, with the recirculation area omitted.
  • the circulation area is defined by the fact that the frame is generally U-shaped overall and its U-legs, in conjunction with a U-base, define the circulation area. This circulation area is now usually left out when the two cover elements are processed at their respective recesses or the one or more recesses are introduced. In contrast, the circulation area undergoes edge processing, for example, by fittings, pins or the like are used in this circulation area.
  • the door panel according to the invention with standard fittings, standard Mosbändem etc. equipped.
  • a rebated and not rebated design of the door leaf is conceivable and is encompassed by the invention. That is, the door panel produced according to the described manufacturing method can be used for all purposes and applications, using standard fittings and door hinges.
  • the entire periphery for attaching the door leaf in a door frame remains the same, so that the door leaf according to the invention is particularly suitable, inter alia, for the replacement or replacement of existing door leaves and is predestined for this purpose.
  • the door leaf according to the invention can be used to set visual accents in particular. This primarily takes care of the completion of the production in the frame pocket instead of the middle element placeholder introduced middle element.
  • this center element may be a glass plate, a metal plate, a wooden plate or a plastic plate as well a material plate of combinations of the aforementioned materials act. Since as a result of introduced into the cover elements at least one recess, the view of the center element and possibly thereby released, this contributes significantly to the visual appearance. In addition, this appearance can basically change if instead of the existing center element a differently designed for Use comes.
  • the center element placeholder is removed from the frame pocket after the door has been completely and in particular machined. At this time, there may still be some minor surface finishing in the sense of finishing, in the course of the application of a surface coating. In fact, it is advisable to remove before the application of the surface coating the middle element placeholder to properly capture any edges or edges of the recess with, for example, paint or varnish. Only when the surface coating has been applied and cured, the center element is finally placed in the frame pocket.
  • the frame bag is arranged so that it has an opening at the head of the door leaf. It follows that when installed in a door frame door leaf, the middle element can not slide out of the frame pocket or is held by its own weight in the frame pocket. In addition, it is of course within the scope of the invention to attach and place the frame bag so that said opening is realized laterally of the door leaf or on the foot and thus the insertion of the central element as the center element placeholder from the side or from below Reference is made to the door leaf.
  • the opening of the opening of the frame pocket can be closed after insertion of the central element, for example by a bar, an applied foil or by another closure.
  • these measures are designed so that the closure can be removed again, for example, if the center element for replacement or repair must be removed from the door panel.
  • a lubricant such as silicone oil are worked, which is introduced into the frame pocket.
  • the center element placeholder it is within the scope of the invention to equip the center element placeholder with fasteners if necessary, for example with hooks to facilitate its removal from the frame pocket machine.
  • the center element placeholder After the center element placeholder has been removed from the frame pocket, it can be easily chopped up or recycled, for example. Because in the middle element placeholder is advantageously a chipboard or other wood-based panel, which is equipped in the course of the described manufacturing process with the one or more recesses. As already explained, the center element placeholder has approximately the same dimensions and appearance as the final center element or the plurality of center elements. In fact, several center elements can also be accommodated in the frame pocket, for example in the form of center element strips. It will be understood that the composite extent of these center element strips corresponds to that of the previously introduced center element placeholder.
  • the center element placeholder assumes the position of the finally introduced central element in the essential production steps (except for the surface coating).
  • the two experience the frame between them receiving cover elements a support in the individual manufacturing steps. In this way it is ensured that any introduced recesses coincide, even if they have a complex shape. That was previously not possible with this precision.
  • a door leaf 1 is shown, which in a merely in the Fig. 1 indicated frame or a door frame 2 is added.
  • the door leaf 1 is composed essentially of two cover elements 3, 4, which are mounted on a contrast intermediate frame 5.
  • the two cover elements 3, 4 are glued to the overall U-shaped frame 5 in the example case.
  • the two U-legs 5a and a U-base 5b of the U-shaped frame 5 can be seen. Due to the U-shaped nature of the frame 5, the frame 5 defines a frame pocket 6 with respect to its U-base 5b, in which a center element placeholder 7 respectively after completion of the door leaf 1, a middle element 8 can be inserted.
  • center element placeholder 7 and the middle element 8 are made comparable in terms of their dimensions. Both in the middle element placeholder 7 and the middle element 8 are in the embodiment each rectangular plates 7, 8 in about the same width and length and about the same strength. The width and length of both the center element placeholder 7 and the center element 8 are adapted to the frame pocket 6 and the distance between the two U-legs 5a of the U-shaped frame 5.
  • the thickness of the center element placeholder 7 as the center element 8 corresponds to the thickness of the frame 5 as shown Fig. 3 or is slightly smaller than this dimensioned, so that both the middle element placeholder 7 and the middle element 8 can be easily inserted into the frame pocket 6 and removed therefrom.
  • the door leaf 1 has a total of a circulation area 9, which defines in the embodiment of the two U-legs 5a and the U-base 5b of the frame 5 becomes. In this circulation area 9 not shown fittings (door lock), pins (door hinges) etc. are introduced.
  • the door leaf 1 has its maximum material thickness and consists entirely of wood or wood-based materials.
  • the finished door leaf 1 has in the region of the frame pocket 6 via an insert in the form of the central element 8, which may be made in the example of glass (or other material). So that the central element 8 made of glass in the example can also be viewed from the outside and unfolds its effect, one or more recesses 10 in the door leaf 1 are present.
  • the recesses 10 are each defined congruently in both the front-side cover element 3 and the rear-side cover element 4.
  • the two cover elements 3, 4 are rectangular plates or Fumierplatten lesser material thickness.
  • the recesses 10 are in the example of the Fig. 2 elliptical or circular designed, which is of course only to be understood as an example. Because the Fig. 4 shows other ways to bring such recesses 10 in the two cover elements 3, 4 can.
  • the production of the door leaf 1 takes place in the context of the steps described below.
  • the two plate-like cover elements 3, 4 are placed on the interposed frame 5 and connected to this example, adhesive (by sizing).
  • adhesive by sizing.
  • the door panel 1 does not yet have a fold 11, like him Fig. 3 shows.
  • Other processing steps such as the introduction of fittings and pins have not yet been completed.
  • the center element placeholder 7 is already introduced into the frame pocket 6 in this prefabrication step, in order in particular to support the front cover element 3 during the subsequent curing of the connection with the frame 5 and to prevent possible sagging of the cover element 3. Consequently, at the end of this prefabrication step, the door leaf 1 with the inserted central element placeholder 7 is available for further (machining) processing.
  • the cover elements 3, 4 are firmly connected to the frame 5.
  • the middle element placeholder 7 ensures that the two cover elements 3, 4 do not dodge during this process and experience the necessary stability through support. As a consequence, it is ensured that after this process, the two recesses 10 have been introduced congruently on the one hand in the front cover element 3 and on the other hand in the back cover element 4. Also, the middle element placeholder 7 has the respective recess 10th
  • the surface coating - if necessary - are applied.
  • the Fig. 2 clear that the one or more recesses 10 have each been introduced into an open area of the door leaf 1, which is enclosed by the circulation area 9.
  • the two cover elements 3, 4 and possibly the frame 5 have experienced on their surface and / or edge of the described processing.
  • the machining of the door leaf 1 of the center element placeholder 7 is removed from the frame pocket 6.
  • the surface finishing follows in the sense of a finishing, for example by applying a surface coating.
  • the application of the surface coating is done with removed center element placeholder 7 in order to achieve any edges or edges of the recess 10 properly with the surface coating can.
  • this surface coating is optional and may be omitted, for example, in case a natural wood door or a natural wood door leaf is desired.
  • the middle element 8 can be introduced into the frame pocket 6, and an opening 12 remaining on the top side of the frame pocket 6 can be closed.
  • the invention uses a film, a strip or another removable closure back.
  • the center element placeholder 7 can be recycled or otherwise utilized.
